Abraheem Alsanousi Bilrras Ali, Yousef, Widayati, Ani
Abstract: This study aims to understand how price sensitivity and limited purchasing power of students affect their purchasing decisions, and how service quality can play a role in increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty. This… s study is a quantitative study using a causal-comparative approach. This sampling is done using a purposive sampling technique. The researcher aims to collect data from 189 respondents with different backgrounds and characteristics. This research method uses IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software. The first hypothesis in this study is accepted because there is a positive influence between discounts on purchasing decisions. The second hypothesis can also be accepted because there is a positive influence between service quality on purchasing decisions. Price reductions in the form of discounts can increase the attractiveness of a product, make it more affordable, and motivate consumers to buy the product compared to products with normal prices. Quality service can increase customer satisfaction, which ultimately encourages consumers to make purchases. Consumers tend to prefer companies that provide a satisfying service experience because they feel appreciated and cared for. Good service quality will also increase consumer trust in the company, which is a key factor in making purchasing decisions. The limitations of this study were only conducted on students at Yogyakarta State University, so the results may not fully represent the general population of Grab Food users. Researchers examined discounts and service quality as independent variables. The data collected may only reflect conditions at a certain time. Respondents who are students may provide biased answers, especially if they feel that the questions in the questionnaire are too directed or less relevant.

William, Daitey, Eddy Mary, Takyi, Nathalie, Bonnah
Abstract: This study investigates the revitalization and preservation of indigenous Ghanaian textiles in contemporary fashion design, emphasizing their cultural significance, economic potential, and modern challenges. Traditional… textiles such as “kente”, “kete”, “adinkra”, and “fugu”/ “batakari” are central to Ghana’s cultural heritage, symbolizing identity and tradition. However, the industry faces hurdles including high production costs, competition from cheaper imports, and diminishing traditional knowledge among younger generations. Adopting a qualitative approach, the research utilized interviews, focus group discussions, and observations involving artisans, fashion designers, educators, and consumers. Findings reveal that despite the immense value of indigenous textiles, their integration into modern fashion is impeded by limited access to raw materials, fluctuating market demand, and inadequate artisan support. Innovative designers, however, are blending traditional textiles with contemporary trends, showcasing adaptability and global appeal. The study recommends strategies such as public education campaigns, financial and technical support for artisans, and stronger intellectual property protections. Promoting sustainable practices, addressing regional production disparities, and fostering designer-artisan collaborations are also key to the industry’s sustainability. This research underscores the role of Ghanaian textiles in economic empowerment and cultural preservation, advocating for a balanced approach that merges tradition with modern innovation to ensure global relevance and sustainability.

Abstract: This study aims to explore and understand the dynamics of community participation in the village development planning process (Musrenbangdes) in Tambayoli Village, Soyo Jaya District, North Morowali Regency. Using a qualitative… itative approach, data were collected through purposive sampling, open data collection methods, and analysis of both textual and visual materials. The primary methods of data collection included participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document review. The findings reveal that, although some awareness of Musrenbangdes has been achieved through existing announcement systems, the overall effectiveness of community participation remains limited. Many residents perceive the process as a formality, with decisions dominated by specific stakeholders, leading to low levels of trust and engagement. The study identifies significant barriers to active participation, such as inadequate information dissemination, lack of transparency, and limited involvement in both the implementation and benefit-sharing of development projects. The research suggests that for Musrenbangdes to be more effective, there needs to be a concerted effort to enhance transparency, ensure equitable information distribution, and create a more inclusive participatory framework. These findings have implications for improving governance and promoting sustainable development at the village level.

Dianrachma, Mitari, Sugiyono, Heru, Sakti, Muthia
Abstract: The agreement providing a corporate guarantee does not provide a limit on the nominal amount that will be guaranteed by the corporate guaranteed provider because the corporate guarantee provider will guarantee the entire… debt including interest, fines, fees and other amounts of money that must be paid. In Indonesian limited liability company law, directors are required to seek shareholder approval in the case of pledging more than fifty percent of the company's assets, but in practice, approval from shareholders is not always required to provide a corporate guarantee. Especially in the case of corporate guarantees known as limited corporate guarantees, where the guarantee value does not exceed fifty percent of the Company's total assets. The aim of this research is to analyze the legal certainty of providing corporate guarantees without shareholder approval for credit applications whose value is less than fifty percent of the Company's assets. This type of research is normative juridical, namely a type of research with a conceptual approach. This research has the result that a corporate guaranteed agreement to guarantee the value of a credit facility whose value is not more than 50% of the company's assets provided without shareholder approval does not provide legal certainty.
