and the design used in this research is cross sectional. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Samples were 112 people. The instrument used was a structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed with chi-square test. Results showed that knowledge OR; 2,918 95% Cl=(1,306-6,522), attitude OR; 2,293 95% Cl=(1,305-5,083), were knowledge and attitude are associated with self awareness in implementing health protocols.

The analysis reveals an increase in built-up land area from 171.29 hectares (7.31%) in 2015 to 395.66 hectares (16.89%) in 2025, while non-built-up land experienced a decline. These findings indicate a rapid development rate and highlight the importance of sustainable spatial planning. In conclusion, understanding the patterns and intensity of land cover changes in Tiakur City is crucial for evaluating spatial planning policies and improving infrastructure development planning for the future.

earnings management, and sales growth. Using a quantitative method, hypothesis testing was conducted based on secondary data collected from the financial statements of energy companies. Through a purposive sampling approach, the analysis included 20 companies, resulting in a dataset consisting of 73 observations. The analysis revealed several interesting findings: profitability did not show a significant effect on tax avoidance, while company size was found to have a significantly positive impact. Meanwhile, earnings management did not significantly contribute to tax avoidance, and sales growth demonstrated a significantly negative relationship with tax avoidance. Challenges such as time constraints and reliance on informal learning are common, affecting the consistency and quality of training. Effective training programs were identified as those that provide comprehensive, ongoing instruction and incorporate innovative methods like virtual reality and gamified learning. The study also highlights the importance of mentorship programs and regular feedback to enhance training outcomes. Recommendations for improving training programs include developing detailed curricula, addressing time constraints, and adapting to emerging trends. By implementing these strategies, hotels can enhance room attendants' skills, satisfaction, and overall service quality, leading to improved guest experiences and operational success.

Through content analysis qualitative study, the study attains the targeted exploration. 5 experienced English teachers are selected to conduct semi-structured interviews. The data were analyzed and reviewed by the researchers and experts for affording the valid results. The results provide valuable insights towards the issues that are raised. This study sheds a light on the essence of digital environment in ELT which assists the feasible various sources of learning to be attained. Findings revealed that Connectivism can definitely foster learners’ language skills, such as speaking, listening, and pronunciation through the various digital platforms that are provided. Interestingly, connectivism is advantageous for strengthening learners' 21st century skills, namely critical thinking, collaboration, communication skills, and creativity in learning English. On the other hand, the challenges encountered by teachers in integrating connectivism are 1) inadequate facilities and infrastructure, 2) lack of training and development in educator resources, and 3) low internet network access or the bandwidth.

Increase in staff turnover is correlated with the appearance of opportunities that have resulted from the tourism recovery programme that the Indonesian government has implemented as a response to the Covid-19 outbreak, as was stated before. The research aims to investigate the employees' perception of the workplace climate at Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi and determine the extent to which the work environment impacts their intention to continue working at the hotel. The research uses the literature study research method, which involves a series of activities that focus on collecting data from literature studies. The research uses books about hadith as the main data source, this process includes reading, recording and managing the necessary data. In data analysis, researchers apply a qualitative approach, namely efforts to organize and sort data. The goal is to create manageable units of data, implement systematic methods, look for patterns, and ultimately identify important things worth studying. The final stage involves the decision to share the research results with others, conveying the findings that have been discovered during the research process. The research results show that the position of hadith in Islamic education has similarities with the Koran as the main reference, but the two also have differences. Even though the Qur'an is considered a global revelation that requires interpretation, hadith have an important role in providing explanations of the concepts contained in the Qur'an, including in the educational context. Hadith also serve as examples and guidelines for individuals in living their lives according to Islamic teachings.

This research was carried out at Ciasmara 01 State Elementary School, Bogor Regency, Class IV A, and IV B in November, the odd semester. The research instrument uses pretest and posttest instruments which produce an N-Gain calculation for the Project Based Learning model of 80 with high criteria and an N-Gain value for the Problem Based Learning model of 73 with very high criteria. So the N-Gain in the experimental class with the Problem Based Learning model is greater than the control class with the Discovery Learning model. The researcher also carried out a normality test with the Lilliefors test for both samples having a normal distribution because the values for both samples were smaller than the L table. In the Problem-Based Learning class group, the value Lcount ≤ Ltable was obtained, namely 0.028 ≤ 0.189, and in the discovery learning class group, the value Lcount ≤ Ltable was obtained, namely 0.041 ≤ 0.189. Then, in the homogeneity test, the data is homogeneous because it is smaller than X2table, a value of 0.75 ≤ 5.991 is obtained. Furthermore, in the hypothesis test, the count of 7.29 was greater than the table of 2.01808, indicating that H0 (null hypothesis) was rejected and Ha (alternative hypothesis) was accepted. Based on the research results above, it can be stated that the problem-based learning and discovery learning models have differences in learning outcomes for the sub-theme of gratitude for diversity, in other words, the problem-based learning model is more effective than the discovery learning model for the sub-theme of gratitude for diversity.

uccess of regional development is the effectiveness of local revenue reflected through local taxes. The effectiveness of local taxes is a study of the collection performance carried out by the Regional Revenue Service during one fiscal year to determine the effectiveness of local taxes realized with the set target. Sleman Regency is one of the regions that currently has high Regional Original Revenue and one of the sources of revenue is restaurant tax. Sleman as one of the strategic areas provides many opportunities to increase Regional Original Revenue through taxes, including restaurant tax. The results of calculations and observations of data on the effectiveness of restaurant tax revenue in Sleman Regency for the last 4 years starting from 2019 to 2022 have fluctuated. The average effectiveness rate that reaches 112% indicates a very effective achievement. In terms of restaurant tax contribution to Regional Original Revenue, 2022 is the year with the largest restaurant tax contribution over the past 4 years because in that year Indonesia has begun to recover from covid-19, but the contribution of restaurant tax to Sleman Regency's Original Revenue is still in the category of less with an average restaurant tax contribution of 10.66%.
