However, the question arises: what is the legal certainty for creditors following the Constitutional Court's decision that encourages debtors to pursue legal action? This study uses a descriptive normative research method to analyze the legal issues related to such actions. The findings indicate that the legal recourse available to debtors in specific circumstances significantly impacts creditors. This leads to uncertainties regarding payment, especially if the debtor decides to file for legal action. Additionally, these uncertainties can affect the creditor's business operations. The Constitutional Court's decision, subsequently reinforced by a Circular Letter from the Supreme Court, does not adequately address the gaps in legal certainty faced by creditors. This situation complicates creditors' efforts to secure their rights, which are the obligations of the debtor.

This has become a discourse and issue of legal norms for sharia arbitration as an option for sharia insurance dispute resolution, and so far the resolution of sharia insurance disputes through sharia arbitration is regulated by Supreme Court Regulation Number 14 of 2016. The results of this study explain that state policy in managing sharia insurance disputes is still a discourse, so that constitutional authority still uses Article 58 of Law no. 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power. Therefore, it is necessary to amend Law No. 30 of 1999, specifically regarding the article regarding the District Court, which must be supplemented by the Religious Courts and procedures for resolving disputes through sharia arbitration.

Additionally, this research will explore the role of geospatial maritime intelligence in enhancing situational awareness and response to maritime incidents. The study findings indicate that a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait requires the integration of advanced sensor systems (including multi-spectral radar and meteorological/oceanographic sensors), redundant communication networks, and AI/ML-based intelligent data processing. The adaptive capabilities of the system, including the use of UAVs and USVs, are critical to maintaining operational effectiveness in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, international cooperation and a robust policy framework, encompassing climate change adaptation and ethical considerations, are fundamental to the successful implementation and sustainability of surveillance systems. The Malacca Strait case study highlights specific vulnerabilities and proposes concrete solutions, illustrating a shift from a reactive to a proactive paradigm in maritime security. Building a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait is a strategic imperative to safeguard global trade, regional stability, and environmental sustainability amid increasing climate uncertainty. Despite the majority having below the recommended 7 hours of sleep per night, the study found a weak negative correlation (-0.088) between sleep duration and academic performance (GPA). However, the p-value of 0.684 suggested that this correlation was not statistically significant. Discussion highlighted the importance of sleep for cognitive functions and academic success. Although the study contradicted some existing theories, it emphasized the need for further research with larger samples and more specific performance measurements. The findings could guide educational institutions in developing evidence-based interventions to improve students' sleep quality and, potentially, academic performance. this research contributes to the understanding of the complex relationship between sleep and academic achievement, prompting further exploration for a more comprehensive perspective.

The Data was collected from 20 participants. The researchers, analyzed the data using pearson's correlation coefficient JASP to examine the relationship between excessive assignment and mental health condition. Based on the findings, the result showed a significant positive correlation (r = 0.900, p <.001) between excessive assignment and mental health condition, indicating that 81.0% of the variance in students' mental health could be attributed to their perceived workload. Educational institutions should take proactive steps to manage student workloads and provide mental health support services, such as counseling, time management training, and flexible deadlines. Promoting a balanced approach to academic assessment that prioritizes both academic excellence and student well-being is crucial for fostering the success and well-being of English language students. This research limited due to the small sample size and focus on a specific student population. Future research with larger and more diverse samples is needed to further explore the complex relationship between academic demands and student mental health. The findings highlight the urgent need for universities and educators to prioritize student mental health alongside academic achievement. Implementing practical strategies to manage workloads and provide mental health support can promote a more holistic and student-centered educational environment.
