Despite the benefits, budget constraints, lack of managerial support, and low digital competencyremain major obstacles. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected from Indonesian startups through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Findings indicate that startups with clear digital transformation roadmaps, strong leadership engagement, and structured employee training programs are more successful in integrating HRM technology. However, many startups still rely on manual HR processes, limiting efficiency and innovation. This study highlights that HRM should be a strategic function rather than an administrative task, focusing on technology-driven efficiency, digital upskilling, and cultural adaptation. To ensure sustainable growth, startups must prioritize digital innovation, workforce development, and managerial commitment in their HRM transformation.

The results of the study indicate that the production process implemented by UD. Alwin is still dominated by the use of manual tools and traditional methods. This has an impact on limited production capacity and high dependence on weather conditions, especially in the drying stage. The main obstacles faced are weather factors, limited labor, and minimal modernization of production equipment. However, the synergy between the owner and employees in identifying problems and formulating solutions is a major strength in maintaining business continuity. Overall, improvements in the production process have been proven to have a positive impact on increasing production capacity, although not optimal. Thus, this study concludes that the increase in red brick capacity at UD. Alwin is greatly influenced by the effectiveness of production process management. The recommendations given are the need for innovation in the use of appropriate technology, improving workforce skills, and more efficient work time management to support business desires and competitiveness.

The study suggests a collaborative approach involving government, local communities, and private sectors to establish sustainable and inclusive coastal tourism strategies. Strengthening infrastructure, promoting eco-tourism, and enhancing digital tourism platforms are recommended to maximize economic benefits. These findings provide insights for policymakers and stakeholders to formulate more effective coastal tourism policies in Indonesia.

ffee farmers still face several problems both internally and externally. Therefore, research is needed to determine the strategy for developing Arabica coffee farming businesses in Enrekang Regency by examining the analysis of internal and external factors. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Respondents in this study were coffee farmers and traders, determined intentionally. Data collection used in the study included observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the strategy applied to coffee farming is in quadrant one, namely Aggressive (growth-oriented strategy), or is in a dynamic growth position, or is in a strength-opportunity strategy position (using strengths to take advantage of opportunities in decision making). This shows that there is an opportunity to develop Arabica coffee farming, in addition to having greater strengths compared to its weaknesses, it also has greater opportunities compared to its threats.

database, this study evaluates scientific publications based on the number of documents, country contributions, institutional affiliations, keywords, and collaborative networks between authors. The analysis shows that the number of publications fluctuates, with a significant spike in 2024. China is the country with the highest contribution to publications, while contributions from Indonesia remain very minimal. In terms of affiliations, Chinese universities dominate scientific production in this field. Network visualization shows that collaboration between researchers remains low and fragmented. The most dominant keywords are decentralization, blockchain, and performance evaluation, which form several research clusters that show links to financial management and public policy topics. These findings indicate the need to increase the involvement of Indonesian researchers and strengthen global collaborative networks on the topic of decentralization and performance evaluation.

Job preferences, including factors such as salary, work-life balance, and career development, are crucial in determining an individual’s ability to secure desirable employment. This research, based on a sample of 280 graduates from various universities, reveals that well-defined and realistic job preferences positively influence SPE. The analysis shows a significant and strong relationship between job preferences and employability, with a high path coefficient (0.986) and a T-statistics value far exceeding the significance threshold. The results highlight the importance of aligning personal career goals with market demands, enhancing individuals’ self-confidence in their employability. Educational institutions also play a key role in shaping job preferences and employability by providing skills that match labor market needs. The study underscores the need for better integration between education and industry to improve graduates’ market readiness. Universities in Bandung should integrate skill training aligned with labor market demands, career guidance, industry trend seminars, and job search strategies to ensure graduates possess relevant preferences and skills for the workforce. This study employed the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method to analyze the factors influencing graduate employability preferences. As a recommendation, higher education institutions and policymakers should emphasize industry collaboration and adopt policies that enhance graduates’ readiness for the evolving job market.

influences stock prices is the company's financial performance. This study aims to examine the effect of ROA and EPS on stock prices, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of the population of all banking companies listed on the IDX for the period 2020–2023. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 13 companies with a total of 52 data. Data analysis used multiple linear regression after going through the classical assumption test to ensure the feasibility of the model. The results of the study showed that partially, Return on Assets (ROA) did not have a significant effect on stock prices. This is thought to be due to the instability of external factors and market expectations that are not fully focused on the efficiency of asset use. Conversely, Earnings Per Share (EPS) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, indicating that investors tend to prioritize earnings per share as the main indicator in assessing a company's prospects. This finding confirms that in the context of banking companies in Indonesia, EPS is more important than ROA in making investment decisions

The findings indicate that effective HR practices can reduce costs, enhance productivity, and lower turnover rates, all contributing to improved financial performance. The results support Wright and McMahan's (2011) theory that effective HR management acts as an enabler for achieving competitive advantage. The study also aligns with Huselid’s (1995) research, which highlights the importance of competitive compensation policies in boosting productivity and financial health. While the Act has demonstrably improved procurement processes, reduced instances of corruption by a significant 25%, and streamlined public spending efficiency by 15% over the past decade, persistent challenges remain. These include inadequate institutional capacity, inconsistent enforcement of legal frameworks, and limited stakeholder engagement, collectively hindering the full realization of the reforms' transformative potential. Employing a mixed-methods approach, including secondary data analysis and in-depth interviews with government officials, procurement professionals, and civil society representatives, this study provides critical insights. While procurement reforms have made tangible contributions to economic growth evident in an estimated 10% annual savings in government expenditure significant enhancements are imperative in areas such as capacity building, regulatory enforcement, and fostering robust public-private collaboration.
