Using a qualitative phenomenological approach and adopting an active participatory method, data were collected through in-depth interviews, document reviews, and observations with purposive sampling (management, DPS, IT/cybersecurity units, and customers). The analysis refers to the Miles & Huberman model (data reduction–data presentation–conclusion drawing); validity is maintained through source triangulation, member checking, and audit trails. The findings consolidate five key domains: (1) the role of DPS in digital decisions and ongoing supervision, (2) human resource capabilities and risk culture, (3) IT & cybersecurity architecture (data protection, incident response, business continuity), (4) risk management–compliance (synchronization of OJK–DSN–MUI guidelines), and (5) digital customer literacy and experience. The theoretical contribution integrates the Institutional, Accountability, and TAM/UTAUT perspectives to explain the drivers and barriers to adoption. Practically, a risk-based digital governance roadmap is developed that prioritizes cybersecurity governance, strengthening the role of the DPS through digital oversight, and data governance policies.

study indicates that MSMEs have a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, but many MSMEs still face challenges in financial management due to a lack of financial literacy. This study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 158 MSMEs in the area. The results of the analysis indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant influence on both financial behavior and financial management of MSMEs. MSMEs with higher levels of financial literacy tend to exhibit healthier financial behaviors, such as the ability to manage expenses, create budgets, and save. Similarly, good financial literacy significantly improves MSMEs' abilities in planning, recording, reporting, and evaluating business finances. Multivariate analysis confirmed that financial literacy simultaneously significantly influences both aspects. The high coefficient of determination (80.7% for financial behavior and 83.7% for financial management) indicates that financial literacy is a dominant factor in explaining variation in both dependent variables.

ment. Sampling was carried out using a simple purposive sampling technique so that 44 students were obtained. Data collection used an online questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that the partial test (t-test) concluded that learning styles had a significant effect on academic achievement and learning motivation had a significant effect on academic achievement. Based on the F test, it was concluded that learning styles and learning motivation jointly influenced the learning achievement of FEB students at Makassar State University. Therefore, teachers are advised to analyze student learning styles in determining teaching methods and always motivate students to increase the intensity of their learning efforts.

The primary theory underlying this study is Goal Setting Theory. This study used a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results show that leadership can contribute to lecturer performance. Work motivation contributes to lecturer performance. Leadership contributes to lecturer performance through job satisfaction. Similarly, motivation contributes to lecturer performance through job satisfaction. The results showed that HR planning at SMK Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli was carried out through three main steps: (1) needs analysis and preparation of technology-based teacher formation, (2) competency mapping and identification of information and communication technology (ICT) training needs, and (3) empowerment of teachers and staff through workshops, mentoring, and discussion forums. Obstacles faced included limited digital literacy among teachers and staff, unequal network access, and resistance to changes in technology-based learning methods. Efforts made by the school included providing digital literacy training, optimizing available devices and networks, utilizing offline learning applications, and creating a work culture that is adaptive to innovation. This study concluded that targeted HR planning, infrastructure support, and continuous competency development are important factors in realizing effective digital transformation in schools. These findings are expected to be useful for SMK Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli, other educational institutions, and further researchers in developing digitalization strategies for school management.

The study employs a rigorous mixed-methods analysis, incorporating in-depth case studies from 35 districts, a national survey of 300 procurement officers, and comprehensive spend analytics, to illustrate the transformative outcomes associated with enhanced procurement maturity. Consolidated purchasing platforms reduce processing costs by 53% and capture 92% of rebates. The results of the study indicate that the use of Facebook as a promotional medium by UD. Tahu Murni has not been optimally implemented. The promotional content uploaded is still simple, inconsistent, and has not utilized strategic features such as paid advertising (Facebook Ads), customer interaction, and social media analytics. The main inhibiting factors in optimizing promotions through Facebook are the business owner's limited digital knowledge, limited time, and the lack of a workforce focused on digital marketing. This study recommends that business actors improve their understanding and skills in social media management, utilize digital promotional features optimally, and develop attractive and consistent content strategies to reach more consumers.

This study used a quantitative approach using a census method, sampling the entire population, consisting of 49 employees of the West Java PLTGU Operations Division. The data analysis technique used was Partial Least Squares (PLS) to test the direct and indirect relationships between variables in the research model. The results showed that financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Work flexibility was also shown to have a positive effect on loyalty, although this effect was not mediated by job satisfaction. Meanwhile, job satisfaction acted as a significant mediator in the relationship between financial compensation and employee loyalty. These findings suggest that employee loyalty can be enhanced through both increased compensation and direct provision of work flexibility.

e study is crucial as it addresses an understudied area, aiming to inform policymakers, foster collaboration, stimulate economic development, and promote sustainable growth. The methodology involved qualitative interviews with eight social entrepreneurs across Indonesia. Collected data was analyzed using content analysis techniques, facilitated by the MAXQDA platform. Findings indicate that despite social entrepreneurship being an emerging field in Indonesia, there is a notable lack of effective policies and regulations. Six of eight respondents perceived inadequate current regulatory support, and half cited financial challenges as a significant issue. Conversely, seven respondents acknowledged existing government assistance, suggesting a willingness to support the sector. Based on these results, key recommendations for the government to foster a supportive ecosystem include developing non-overlapping policies, implementing substantive policy changes, promoting useful policies, simplifying bureaucracy, and engaging in direct dialogue with social entrepreneurs. The research concludes that addressing these areas can empower social entrepreneurs to create lasting social impact. This study uniquely fills a gap by directly engaging social entrepreneurs, though future research should include government representatives for broader perspectives.
