Legal Certainty Regarding Sharia Banking Dispute Resolution In The Context Of Constitutional Court Decision Number 93/PUU/X/2012

Abstract: Disputes resolution in the field of Islamic banking are actually arranged in Article 55, paragraph (1), (2), and (3) of the Law on Islamic Banking. The Problem appear when choice of legal forum (choice of forum) for finish… sh dispute banking agreed for choose one of the legal forums in settlement dispute when the parties No want to finish it through religious courts and their contracts No stated in a way clear the choice of legal forum selected. This is where the need for certainty of law in settling the dispute in question arises, and how the Constitutional Court's decision for certainty of law can be realized in Islamic banking disputes. The research method used is descriptive normative. Research results explain that the Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 93/PUU/X/2012 confirms certainty of law by deleting dualism of authority justice, making the Religious Court as an institution the sole authority to finish Islamic banking through track litigation. Thus, it can be concluded that this decision cancels the explanation of Article 55 paragraph (2) of the Sharia Banking Law, eliminates forum selection to the District Court; however, it still allows non-litigation settlement, such as Sharia arbitration. The settlement process of disputes in Islamic banking, as arranged in Article 55 paragraph (1), (2), and (3) of the Sharia Banking Law, has given duties and authorities to courts in the neighborhood religious courts.

The writers on this article use qualitative method… ethod which can help the reader to explore more about the context of the object. This forgiveness shows how Kenna and Ledger can forgive each other and move forward into better future. The analysis look at how Kenna tries to reach forgiveness in order to escape from her past memories while Ledger wants Kenna forgive him for what he has done to her. In conclusion, the writers confirm that Kenna and Ledger get their better relationship while forgive each other and move forward into recconciliation.

Abstract: Karena setiap negara mempunyai undang-undang dan peraturan yang berbeda, penyelesaian sengketa hukum internasional dalam masalah perlindungan hewan merupakan suatu perkara yang rumit. Terdapat permasalahan unik terkait hukum… ukum dan yurisdiksi internasional dalam konflik antara Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) dan organisasi kesejahteraan hewan Amerika. Artikel ini mengkaji proses dan mekanisme penyelesaian konflik internasional yang relevan, termasuk metode penyelesaian sengketa alternatif seperti arbitrase dan mediasi serta proses berbasis pengadilan. Metode ini berupaya memahami inisiatif untuk membakukan peraturan perlindungan hewan di seluruh negara. Menurut laporan tersebut, perjanjian lintas batas masih menghadapi hambatan besar dalam menegakkan standar perlindungan hewan dan menegakkan peraturan, meskipun terdapat proses hukum internasional yang dapat menjelaskan perbedaan tersebut. Artikel ini juga membahas implikasi penyelesaian perselisihan ini terhadap perkembangan hukum perlindungan hewan secara global, khususnya dalam konteks kolaborasi akademis dan organisasi internasional.

Abstract: This paper investigates matters of district and pessimism to the police in Franz Kafka’s flash fiction entitled Give It Up!. The story is about a walker who gets lost on a town street and then asks a policeman to find the… the route to his destination. Unexpectedly, the policeman told the man to give up looking for the path while turning away and laughing. This story reflects the author's expression of distrust then leads to a state of pessimism either as a philosophical doctrine or as a psychological mentality. In analysis through qualitative method, the figure of the police is an analogy of how the attitude of distrust emerged and developed into a form of pessimism especially to public apparatus. In conclusion, distrust and pessimism are not ex nihilo, but such reaction of any ignorance from public apparatus to any civilian.

Application Of Hutagogy System For Transforming Basic Proficient Course Training At Pusdiklatcab Jombang

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the application of the Hutagogy (Self-Determined Learning) system in basic proficient course training at Pusdiklatcab Jombang, East Java. Hutagogy is a learning approach that gives trainees greater… ater control and responsibility in organizing and directing their own learning. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews with trainees and instructors, and analysis of training-related documents. The results of this study are expected to provide insight into the effectiveness and benefits of implementing the Hutagogy system in the context of basic proficient course training. A significant 75% strongly agree with the use of diverse media in learning, indicating an understanding of the value of multimedia technologies. Furthermore, 50% strongly agree that students actively participate in course assessments, demonstrating a willingness to evaluate and improve the learning process. Finally, an overwhelming 81.3% support a thorough approach to assessment that includes pre-tests, post-tests, reviews, feedback, and reflections, demonstrating commitment to a holistic evaluation process. And all of the finding explained that hutagogy was applied at Pusdiklatcab Jombang , East Java.

The Analysis of Curriculum Merdeka Development in English Education Study Program

Abstract: Curriculum Merdeka is a diverse and content-optimizing intracurricular learning curriculum that gives learners enough time to explore concepts and strengthen their competencies.  The development of this independent curriculum… iculum has implications for many things, namely changes in the previous curriculum, changes in learning models, learning media, evaluation of learning outcomes, and last but not least, the collaboration of universities with other universities that characterize the independent campus. The purpose of this study is to analyze the development of the Independent Curriculum that runs in the English Tadris study program, IAIN Palangka Raya. This research uses qualitative approach method. Researchers collect data use the  Data that can then be processed and described properly regarding the development of the Independent Curriculum in the English Tadris study program, IAIN Palangka Raya.

The Teacher’s Role in The Implementation of Curriculum Merdeka in English Classroom

Abstract: The Independent curriculum is a new curriculum used in Indonesia and a transitional curriculum from K-13 curriculum. Therefore, this study aims to examine how the role of a teacher in implementing the new curriculum in the… he class they teach, especially English teachers. This study used library research methods, the data were taken from several articles and similar research. The source of data came from Google Scholar by using keywords the role of the teacher in the independent curriculum and the application of the independent curriculum in English classes. The results of this study indicate that English teachers are people who play an important role in implementing the independent curriculum. The English teacher in this curriculum acts as a giver of understanding, and has influence to improve the quality of education as well as an adapter that aligns the curriculum with the characteristics and needs of students. English teachers can implement an independent curriculum by changing teaching methods, using new strategies to improve learning outcomes. For curriculum implementation there are several strategies that English teachers can use such as games, music, using interactive learning media when teaching, then you can also use Role-play, Information-gap activities, Jigsaw activities, open-ended discussions and debates.

The Implementation Of Authentic Assessment In English Language Teaching

Abstract: This study aims to compare four types of authentic assessment in an educational context: project assessment, portfolio assessment, written assessment, and performance assessment. The research method used is library research.… rch. The research findings show that authentic assessment is effective in promoting deep concept understanding and application of knowledge in real situations. Project assessment provides students with opportunities to integrate skills and knowledge in tasks relevant to the real world. Portfolio assessment allows students to reflect on their development holistically through a collection of work. Simulation assessments give students the experience of applying knowledge in a structured context. Case study assessments develop critical thinking skills in complex situations. In conclusion, educators need to consider learning objectives and student characteristics in choosing the appropriate type of authentic assessment. This research provides practical guidance for educators in designing effective assessments that motivate students. The results of this study encourage further discussion and research on the development of authentic assessment methods in education.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the format for the preparation of the Curriculum Merdeka and the appropriate presentation media for this curriculum. A format preparation is a decision made about learning objectives and the strategies… rategies and methods needed to achieve these goals as well as a study of the effectiveness and meaning of these methods and strategies. In addition, the Government gives authority to schools to make their vision, mission and characteristics a reference for operational curriculum development. Presentation media is said to be a graphic, photographic tool, and can also be in the form of an electronic device that has the function of capturing, processing and rearranging information in the form of verbal or visual. English learning is developing English language skills in a contextual and acceptable manner according to the context and conditions and situations of students' daily lives. This is to produce a form of learning English that is more in touch with the language needs of students. Curriculum Merdeka is a curriculum which in its development is the result of adjustments to the latest conditions in an area and in accordance with the development of students due to contemporary issues that are currently happening. This research is use method literature study. Data collected and analyzed entirely from the literature as well as other documentation materials, such as writing in journals or other media relevant and still being studied.

Performance of Staff Administrative Services in The Regional Personnel Agency South Kalimantan Province

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the performance of personnel administration services at the South Kalimantan Provincial Civil Service Agency and what factors hinder its implementation. The research method used in this study is… s a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Technical data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Technical analysis of data is done by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data was carried out using data triangulation techniques.The results of the study show that the quality of the performance of personnel administration services at the South Kalimantan Provincial Civil Service Agency is generally good where services are provided according to SOPs, carry out procedures, there are no extortion by employees, then civil servants who those given services are also satisfied, as well as the files needed by civil servants too not too long to get, it's just that there are some delays but can still be overcome. This is caused by several things, including the lack of human resources and inadequate infrastructure at the South Kalimantan Provincial Civil Service Agency.From this research, the authors suggest to the Head of the South Kalimantan Provincial Civil Service Agency to apply the rules and always evaluate the performance of personnel administration services carried out by BKD employees.
