eport data of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2014-2021 period in each quarter, while the samples in this study are statements of financial position and profit/loss reports. The documentation technique is the data collection technique used. The collected data were analyzed using financial ratios which were then entered into the multiple linear regression equation. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be seen that partially the current ratio and debt to assets ratio do not have a significant effect on changes in earnings. These results are inconsistent with (H1) and (H2) which say the current ratio and debt to asset ratio partially have an influence on changes in earnings. It is also known that partially the return on assets has a significant effect on changes in earnings. These results are in accordance with (H3) which says return on assets has an influence on changes in earnings. From the results of this analysis it can also be seen that simultaneously the current ratio, debt to assets ratio, and return on assets do not have a significant effect on changes in earnings. This result is inconsistent with (H4) which states that the current ratio, debt to asset ratio, and return on assets simultaneously have an influence on changes in earnings.

ch is Quantitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained using the questionnaire distribution technique. The results of the study shows that there is a positive influence between the workload variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) and there is a negative influence between the work stress variable (X2) on the employee performance variable which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 38. 355 + 0.265 - 0.294 + e and has a significant effect with the t_ (calculated) value of each variable of 3.711> t_ (table) (X1) and -2.612> t_ (table) (X2), with a significance level of 0.003 <0.05 (X1) and 0.012 <0.05 (X2). The R Square value of 0.501 this figure shows that the workload variable and the work strea variable in this study contributed an influence of 50.1%.
Abstract:This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix on sales volume at PT. Megahputra Prosperous Pettarani Makassar Branch. The population in this study are consumers at PT. Megahputra Sejahtera Pettarani Makassar Branch…
ranch who purchased Suzuki Ertiga car products in 2018-2022. Data collection was carried out using documentation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression equations produce equations Y ̂= 0.308+ 0.248X_1+ 0.009X_2+ 0.027X_( 3)+ 0.094X_4 + ( -0.151 ) X_5+ 0.403X_6 + 0.137X_7. This the results of this study found that simultaneously the Marketing Mix variable (X1, X2, X3, X4, X6, and X7) has a positive effect on Sales Volume while X5 has a negative effect on Sales Volume. The results of the determination correlation analysis (R Square) were 0.343 which indicated that 34.3% of the independent variables namely X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, and X7 had an effect or were able to explain the characteristics of the dependent variable (Y). While the remaining 65.7% is influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model. The results of the F test explain that the seven Marketing Mix variables have a significant effect on the Sales Volume variable with a calculated F value (6.157) > F table (2.16) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and the t test results explain that the Product variable (X1) with value 0.017 <0.05 and Process (X6) with a value of 0.001 <0.05 has a significant effect on Sales Volume variable

omer satisfaction. The population in this study is the customer of KFC Pettarani Makassar City, amounting to 43,000 customers per month, while the sample used is based on the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, namely 100 respondents. Withdrawal sampling technique is non-probability sampling with the technique taken is accidental sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for windows. Based on simple linear regression analysis, the results obtained are product quality which affects customer satisfaction. The influence given is positive and significant. The positive direction given by the product quality variable (independent) can be seen from the regression equation as follows: Y = 1.663 + 0.310X. This shows that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Employee Work Motivation in Financial Institutions and Regional Assets of Barru Regency. This research approach is quantitative. This research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of Barru Regency. The sample used was 68 people. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and coefficient determination test (r2). The research results show thatwork stress has a negative and effect onwork motivation. The higher the work stress experienced by employees, the morework motivationemployees are decreasing. When an employee in carrying out his duties, gets a high work load, will take actions that can reduce the quality of his work there by reducing motivation at work. So it is concluded thatwork stress havenegative influenceto work motivation at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of Barru Regency.
