The Influence of Employee Recruitment System and Performance on Increasing Employee Productivity Banyorang Coffee Processing Center Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency

(3) Knowing the recruitment system and employee performance simultaneously influence the increase in employee productivity at the Banyorang coffee processing center, Tompobulu sub-district, Bantaeng regency. This research was conducted at the Banyorang coffee processing center, Tompobulu sub-district, Bantaeng district. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, with a total sample of 30 people. The results of the research hypothesis show that the recruitment system has a partial effect on employee productivity at the Banyorang Coffee Processing Center, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency. This result means that with a good recruitment system, there will be an increase in Employee Productivity. The results of the research hypothesis show that employee performance has a partial effect on employee productivity at the Banyorang Coffee Processing Center, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency. This result means that with good performance, there will be an increase in Employee Productivity. The results of the research hypothesis show that the recruitment system and employee performance simultaneously influence employee productivity at the Banyorang Coffee Processing Center, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency.

Data analysis techniques consist of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, hypothesis test, test of the coefficient of determination. The Trust variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, the Perceived Of Risk variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. the dependent variable of purchasing decisions can be explained by variables consisting of Trust and Perceived Of Risk, the rest is explained by other variables that were not examined in this study

Literature Study of Sukuk as a Sharia Securities Instrument

Abstract: Sukuk is one of the subjects in the field of Sharia accounting that is growing rapidly in Islamic finance as an alternative investment instrument that has attracted investors' interest in the last few decades. This article… le aims to provide a deeper understanding of the topics raised, and the theories and methodologies used in research conducted in all countries in the world in the last 10 years (2010-2020). A review of articles from Publish or Perish that is indexed by Scopus and guided by the NVivo R1 application is used to analyze the data. From the results of the study, it was found, firstly about the trend of research on sukuk over the last 10 years by categorizing it from the publishing journal, year of publication, country, and research theme. Second, it was found that there were 29 theories used in previous articles related to the review of the Sukuk literature as an investment in Islamic securities. Furthermore, this theory influences the methods used for research, there are 29 methodologies found in previous articles. Third, the findings regarding research gaps are based on themes for further research

Working Capital Turnover Analysis of Profitability Levels at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover (WCTO) on the level of profitability (ROA) at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The population in this study is all financial report data of PT. Semen Indonesia… ndonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2013-2020 period, while the samples in this study are statements of financial position and profit/loss statements. The documentation technique is the data collection technique used. The data collected was analyzed using financial ratios, simple regression analysis, correlation coefficients and t-test with the SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) 24 For Windows program. The findings in this study show that working capital turnover (WCTO) and profitability (ROA) have increased quarterly every year as measured by financial ratios. The results of the t-test show that the working capital turnover variable (WCTO) has a positive and significant influence on the level of profitability. The hypothesis in this study is accepted.

The Influence of Federal Funds Rate Volatility Before and During The Covid-19 Pandemic on Economic Stability in Asean Countries

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the Federal Funds Rate before and during the Covid-19 pandemic on economic stability in five developing countries in the Southeast Asian region which are members of an… n economic and geopolitical organization, namely the Association of Southeast Nations (ASEAN) to see short-term relationships. and long-term during that period. The indicators of economic stability used are the benchmark interest rate for deposits, the reference interest rate for loans, the balance of payments which includes exports and imports, inflation, exchange rates, and the money supply. In this study, the method used was the quantitative method and the data obtained was secondary data sourced from International Financial Statistics (IFS) from January 2015 to December 2022 which used the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) approach in the Eviews 9 application. The results found indicated that in the long run, the existence of FFR volatility has a positive effect on the Deposit and Export Reference Rates. While those that have a negative effect are Loan Reference Rates, Imports, Exchange Rate Inflation, and Money Supply. In the short term, the existence of the FFR interest rate has a positive effect on the Reference Rates for Deposits, Imports, and Inflation. While those that have a negative effect are Loan Reference Rates, Exports, Exchange Rates, and Money Supply

Abstract: This study aims to find out how the effect of psychological empowerment on the workforce agility of the employees of the housing supply work unit in the province of West Sulawesi. This study uses a qualitative descriptive… e approach through data collection by interviews and documentation and analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study illustrate that psychological empowerment has an influence on the workforce agility of the employees of the housing supply work unit in the province of West Sulawesi, but it is not significant because there is one indicator of psychological empowerment that is not fulfilled, namely self-determination. On this indicator employees are limited in determining their own way of working because they are bound by contracts and rules that apply in the workplace. The indicators of unfulfilled workforce agility are proactive indicators. While other indicators are met. Based on the results of the research above, it is known that psychological empowerment has an insignificant effect on workforce agility.

The study aims to provide a better understanding of the factors that influence work stress among female workers, in order to provide recommendations for improving employee well-being and company productivity. The population of the study consists of 641 female employees in the company. The method used is a quantitative approach and path analysis. The results show that organizational support has a negative and significant effect on burnout, while family support has a positive and significant effect on burnout. Both organizational and family support have a negative and significant effect on work stress. Burnout has a positive and significant effect on work stress but does not mediate the effects of organizational and family support on work stress

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of competence on employee performance at the Education and Culture Office of Enrekang Regency. The independent variable in this study is employee competency, while the dependent variable… riable is employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of respondents used in this study were 30 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 13.00 for windows. The results of this study were obtained from the t test showing a significant influence between the two variables with a sig probability. of 0.009 where this value is much smaller than 0.05. This means that competence has a significant influence on employee performance. Because the significant value is smaller than the error rate (0.05). The conclusion is that employee competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Education and Culture Office of Enrekang Regency.

The data analysis technique consists of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test which consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, hypothesis testing, determinant coefficient test. All independent variables have a correlation that is in the same direction as the dependent variable (purchase decision). The most dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions is the product quality variable. Which means that the dependent variable purchasing decisions can be explained by variables consisting of product quality, price, and after-sales service, the rest is explained by other variables that are not examined.
