The Influence of Business Location Feasibility, Social Media Advertising and Product Innovation on Increasing Sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in The Culinary Sector at The Center Point of Indonesia Makassar City

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of business location feasibility, social media advertising and product innovation partially and simultaneously on increasing sales of culinary MSMEs at Center Point of Indonesia (CPI)… PI) Makassar City. This study employs quantitative research methodologies. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews using questionnaires and documentation of activities. The population as well as the sample in this study were 50 culinary MSME business actors located at the Center Point of Indonesia (CPI). The employed data analysis techniques encompass multiple linear regression analysis, the F-test, the t-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that business location feasibility, social media advertising and product innovation partially influenced the increase in sales of Culinary MSMEs at Center Point of Indonesia (CPI). The Effect of Celebrity Endorsement on Repurchase Intention With Brand Attitude, Brand Credibility, and Brand Image as Intervening Variables on Product Somethinc

Abstract: By taking into account the function of brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image as intervening variables, this study seeks to assess the impact of celebrity endorsement on repurchase intention of SOMETHINC products.… ucts. A common marketing tactic for influencing consumer views and behavior toward specific products is celebrity endorsement. This study employs a survey methodology, collecting information from participants using questionnaires that are given to those who are familiar with SOMETHINC goods and have interacted with relevant celebrity endorsements. Utilizing statistical analysis techniques like multiple linear regression and path analysis, hypotheses are tested. The findings demonstrated that brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image are significantly influenced by celebrity endorsement. In this situation, brand attitude has been shown to mediate between celebrity endorsement and intention to repurchase. A similar association between celebrity endorsement and repurchase intention is mediated by brand credibility and brand image. These results demonstrate that celebrity endorsements can positively affect consumers' perceptions of SOMETHINC products by enhancing brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image. These factors in turn influence consumers' desire to repurchase the product. In order to maximize the efficacy of this marketing strategy, businesses should carefully evaluate the choice and management of celebrity endorsements as well as the development of positive brand attitudes, brand credibility, and brand image.

Analysis of The Influence of UMKM, Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Government Capital Expenditures on Unemployment in Indonesia

The data collection in this study was carried out by searching documentation or information publications. Data analysis was performed using the Ordinary Least Square analysis method. The results of the study: 1) SMEs have a negative effect, both directly and indirectly on unemployment. If MSMEs increase, unemployment will decrease, 2) Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) has a negative effect, both directly and indirectly on unemployment. If foreign direct investment increases, unemployment will decrease, and 3) Government capital expenditure has a negative effect, both directly and indirectly on unemployment. If government spending increases, unemployment will decrease.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work-life balance on employee performance The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work-life balance on employee performance with motivation as a moderator.… a moderator. The study aims to determine and analyze whether motivation plays a role in improving employee performance across all districts in the island of Sebatik, as well as to determine and analyze whether motivation moderates the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance in all districts in the island of Sebatik. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study consists of all Civil Servants in all districts on the island of Sebatik, totaling 110 employees. The sampling method used is census technique, which includes all 110 elements being investigated. Therefore, it analyzes all objects, all indicators, all events, and incidents. The data used in this study is primary data, collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data analysis using statistical methods. The statistical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research findings indicate that there is a significant positive influence of motivation on improving employee performance across all districts in the island of Sebatik. However, motivation does not moderate the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance in all districts on the island of Sebatik. Therefore, motivation is not a moderating variable in this study. This means that motivation cannot strengthen or weaken the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance.

The Effect of Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance with Work Discipline as Intervening Variable at PT BPRS Niaga Madani

Abstract: The development of a company heavily relies on qualified human resources. The level of employee performance can reveal the quality of human resources in achieving company goals. One of the factors that can enhance employee… ee performance is work discipline. A common strategy used by companies to improve employee performance is by providing rewards and punishments. This research aims to analyze the influence of rewards and punishments on employee performance through work discipline at PT BPRS Niaga Madani. The sample for this study consisted of 47 respondents. This research adopts a quantitative approach, collecting data through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis process in this study employs path analysis. The results of this research show that rewards do not have a significant effect on work discipline, and they also do not significantly influence employee performance. On the other hand, punishments significantly affect work discipline and employee performance. Work discipline, in turn, significantly affects employee performance. Rewards, directly and indirectly, affect employee performance through work discipline, while punishments have both direct and indirect effects

Abstract: The primary objective of this study is to investigate the impact of the implementation of performance allowance policies and leadership on employee performance within the context of Haji Makassar General Hospital. The quantitative… antitative research methodology aims to elucidate the causal relationship between the variables under examination. The population under investigation consisted of 67 employees of Haji Makassar General Hospital, and the entire population was included as the sample for this study. The Effect of Sales Promotion and Brand Awareness on Iconnet Purchase Decisions at PT. Icon+ in Makassar City

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of sales promotions and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Iconnet at PT. Icon+ in Makassar City. The population in this study are Iconnet customers. Sampling&#8230; g in this study used the slovin formula so that 96 respondents were sampled. The type of research used is associative research. The data used is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to customers. The results of the study after being processed with SPSS 25 show that there is a partially significant effect between the independent variables on the dependent variable as evidenced by the t value of the sales promotion variable (X1) of 7.015 > t table of 1.661 with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05, and the calculated t value of the brand awareness variable (X2) is 2.873 > t table 1.661 with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05. Simultaneously there is a significant effect between the independent variable on the dependent variable as evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 4.565 + 0.302 X1 + 0.155 X2 +e and the significant effect of F count 41.345 > F table 3.094 with a significant level of 0.00 <0.05 The R Square value or the coefficient of determination of 0.471 indicates that 47.1% of the purchasing decision variable (Y) is influenced or can be explained by the independent variables of sales promotion and brand awareness, while the remaining 52.9% is explained by other variables not included in the this research. The Influence of Role Stress on Nurse Performance at Islam Faisal Hospital Makassar City

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether role stress has an influence on the performance of nurses at the Faisal Islamic Hospital in Makassar City. The population in this study was 23 people, so a saturated sample was used to&#8230; o take the population as the sample. Data collection used by using observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the role stress variable (X) has a negative and significant effect on the performance of nurses (Y) at Faisal Islamic Hospital Makassar City. Based on the results of the regression test, it was found that role stress (B = -0.586 and Sig. 0.000) had a negative and significant effect on nurse performance.

Abstract: As it expands, modern retailing must always be able to adapt to the lifestyle trends in society and understand the aspects that influence consumers' shopping behavior by implementing a unique store concept. Shopping has&#8230; become a habit for some people, including women, who are becoming more numerous and financially empowered. This research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of shopping lifestyle and in-store displays on impulse buying among female consumers who use and buy branded fashion products at the UNIQLO store in Makassar City. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive method. The data collection method used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis, which was processed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that shopping lifestyle had a significant effect on impulse buying and in-store displays had a significant effect on impulse buying.
