udents to keep up with grammar lesson and then gain better comprehension of the lesson. The research uses descriptive - qualitative method. The research applies focus group discussion, in-depth interview, observation techniques and document analysis. To broaden understanding about the level of engagement, the research explores the students’ experiences in learning grammar using Nearpod. The research then analyzes the data from techniques to identify the pattern, trend, theme and meaning. The result of the research shows that the use of Nearpod in Grammar Lesson has significant impact in increasing students’ engagement. This finding implies the important of integrating subjects with digital platforms to create collaborative and interactive environment of learning.

The respondents of the study consisted of fried chicken MSMEs players in Sedong Village. The results showed that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook applications, had a positive effect on increasing the income of fried chicken MSMEs players. Sales activities that were originally word-of-mouth developed by utilizing digital media. The use of WhatsApp and Facebook not only expanded the range of product information, but also increased sales volume from 30-50 chickens per day to 70-100 chickens per day. Daily net profit also increased significantly, increasing from Rp. 150,000 - Rp. 200,000 to Rp. 300,000 - Rp. 400,000. Although the application of digital media has a positive impact, MSMEs players have also experienced some negative impacts. Additional expenses to buy data packages or internet quotas are one of the obstacles. In addition, concerns about product imitation by competitors and the presence of fictitious purchases are also felt. The conclusion of this study is that the application of digital media, especially through WhatsApp and Facebook, can be an effective strategy in increasing the income of fried chicken fried chicken MSMEs. However, MSMEs players need to consider negative impacts, such as additional costs and more intensive competition, in utilizing digital media as a sales tool.

. Each cycle consists of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this research are third-semester students totaling 32 individuals. Data were collected through observation and tests using observation sheets and test instruments. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study indicate: 1) There is a significant improvement in students' academic performance from the pre-cycle to cycle 2, indicating that the learning model used is effective in enhancing students' understanding and achievement. 2) Changes in teaching strategies successfully increased the average scores and classical mastery percentages, confirming that adjustments in teaching methods have a positive impact on students' learning outcomes. 3) The number of students who have not reached the learning targets decreased from cycle 1 to cycle 2, indicating an improvement in the quality of learning and the success of additional efforts in addressing learning challenges.

The study was designed to evaluate antibiotic prophylaxis use for prevention of surgical site infections (SSIs). Retrospective review of medical records of all post SC patients who received antibiotic were evaluated during October 2021 to march 2022. Among 4 different antibiotics used in post SC patients, the most frequently requested were first generation cephalosporins (50,13%), third generation cephalosporins-ceftriaxone & cefotaxime (16,89% and 3,95%) and the least frequently requested were metronidazole infusion (3,86%). Antibiotic use in post SC patients are effective strategies in reducing SSIs patients which was proven by no patients with SSIs were found during the research period.

Over a five-month period, the researcher actively engaged in activities at the batik house, observing production processes, interacting with craftsmen, and creating works using Shibotik coloring techniques. The findings reveal that Batik Komar successfully developed Shibotik as an innovative form of textile art. By combining six basic Shibori dyeing techniques—Arashi, Itajime, Kanoko, Kumo, Miura, and Nui—they created new patterns that blend the clarity of traditional batik motifs with the unpredictable edges of Shibori motifs. This collaboration not only produces beautiful and narrative fabrics but also has a positive impact on the community. The increased interest in Shibori, particularly among young entrepreneurs, creates economic opportunities and new jobs. However, suggestions for further research highlight the creative potential of coloring techniques and their economic and cultural impact, particularly on Indonesia's cultural heritage. The study also outlines practical implications, such as enhancing education and training opportunities in batik and Shibori techniques at the local level. Additionally, the emphasis on sustainability suggests investigating the application of Shibori techniques with environmentally friendly principles. In conclusion, Shibotik contributes not only to preserving Indonesia's batik heritage but also opens new potentials in the creative industry. Its novelty lies in cross-cultural collaboration and the creative utilization of coloring techniques, presenting new opportunities for textile art development. The surrounding environment of these traditional houses remains poorly organized, with vacant land left unmanaged and declining awareness of cultural preservation, resulting in suboptimal utilization of the area’s aesthetic value, cultural function, and tourism potential. This community service program aims to arrange a cultural garden around the traditional houses while empowering the local community to manage the cultural landscape in a sustainable manner, with a focus on preserving cultural identity, improving environmental quality, and strengthening the local economy through the development of cultural tourism and agrotourism. The implementation method adopts a community-based participatory approach, carried out through several stages: site observation and mapping, focus group discussions, planning and designing the cultural garden, training and knowledge transfer, collective implementation of garden arrangement, as well as evaluation and documentation. The garden design integrates the orientation of the Siwaluh Jabu house, the cosmological meaning of space, ecological landscape principles, and the selection of local vegetation with symbolic, aesthetic, and economic value, organized into aesthetic, educational, and productive zones. The results of the program indicate the establishment of a well-arranged cultural garden rich in Karo cultural symbols, increased community capacity and participation, and the creation of a sustainable cultural landscape management model that functions as a “living laboratory” combining aesthetic, educational, economic, and spiritual roles. This model positions the community as the main actor and holds potential to be replicated in other cultural villages with similar characteristics.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas administrasi desa melalui penerapan sistem informasi administrasi desa serta penguatan kapasitas aparatur dalam pengelolaan tata kelola berbasis digital. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi implementasi sistem. Hasil sementara menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi mampu meningkatkan kecepatan pengolahan data administrasi sebesar 75%, mempercepat proses pencarian arsip hingga 80%, serta meningkatkan kompetensi aparatur desa dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi sebesar 85% berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Selain itu, tingkat kepuasan perangkat desa terhadap penggunaan sistem mencapai 88%. Implementasi ini diharapkan mampu mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang lebih efektif, efisien, transparan, dan akuntabel di Desa Prapat Janji.
The Prapat Janji Village Office faces several challenges in managing administrative processes and village governance, including manual data recording, delays in administrative services, difficulties in document retrieval, and the suboptimal utilization of information technology to support public services. This community service program aims to improve the effectiveness of village administration through the implementation of a village administrative information system and the strengthening of village officials’ capacity in managing digital-based governance. The methods employed include observation, needs assessment, training, mentoring, and system implementation evaluation. Preliminary results indicate that the implementation of the information system has increased the efficiency of administrative data processing by 75%, accelerated document retrieval processes by up to 80%, and enhanced the information technology competencies of village officials by 85%, based on pre-test and post-test evaluations. Furthermore, the satisfaction level of village staff regarding the use of the system reached 88%. The implementation is expected to promote more effective, efficient, transparent, and accountable public services in Prapat Janji Village.

financial bookkeeping can strengthen women’s empowerment within the PKK Dawis 2 group in Surodinawan Village, Mojokerto City. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The implementation of structured administrative procedures, including agenda preparation, attendance recording, and systematic documentation, resulted in increased participation, clearer decision-making processes, and stronger organizational coordination. Likewise, the adoption of basic financial bookkeeping enabled members to record income and expenditures accurately, prepare monthly financial reports, and improve accountability in managing community funds. The findings show that training and guided practice helped members build confidence, develop financial literacy, and contribute more actively to organizational activities. Overall, the study concludes that strengthening administrative discipline and transparent bookkeeping significantly enhances women’s agency and organizational resilience, offering a practical model for similar community groups.

vities to enhancing students’ listening skill at SMPN 14 Kota Serang. The population was seventh-grade students with 2 classes as a sample. In this study, 37 students in the experiment class and 37 students in the control class made up the sample. The data were collected using listening pre-test and listening post-test as instruments. SPSS 22.0 were used to analysed the data. The result of the research was there was significant difference between experimental class and control class where experimental class score increased to 84.41, while the control class only increased to 74.05. The analysis showed that the mean score of post-test in the experimental class was higher than control class. The result of Independent Sample Test table in this study was 0.000 < 0.05. This value means that the alternative was accepted and the null hypothesis was rejected. It can conclude that there is significant effect of Simon Says activities in enhancing students’ listening skill at SMPN 14 Kota Serang.
