Abstract:This study aims to analyze the economic satisfaction of street vendors after the development of Teras Samarinda in Samarinda City based on indicators of sales volume, business profit, and financial goal attainment. This…
study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with five street vendors who were selected purposively based on their experience of operating businesses both before and after the development of Teras Samarinda. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. To enhance data credibility, time triangulation was applied through data collection conducted at different times and days. The findings indicate that economic satisfaction has not been optimally achieved among the interviewed vendors, as reflected in declining sales volume, reduced customer numbers, and unstable daily income compared to conditions before the development. Most vendors' profits were only sufficient to cover operational expenses, causing financial goals such as savings, capital growth, and business expansion to remain largely unmet. The study concludes that economic satisfaction tended to be low among the interviewed vendors, although they continue maintaining their businesses as an adaptation strategy to survive in a changing business environment

with a focus on motorized two-wheeled vehicles. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques involving interviews and documentation. The data used consists of primary data from the interviews as well as secondary data in the form of asset management documents and related reports. The results of the study indicate that asset management has generally been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and covers all stages of management. However, there are still challenges regarding supervision, reporting, and asset user compliance, as well as relatively complex administrative procedures. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize controls and streamline procedures to improve accountability in asset management
Abstract:This study discusses the effectiveness of the Swallow Nest Tax in increasing Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in Luwu Regency. The research problem focuses on the low realization of tax revenue compared to the set target…
and the suboptimal contribution of the swallow nest tax to PAD. The objective of this study is to analyze the level of effectiveness of the swallow nest tax and the factors influencing it.
This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using an elasticity ratio approach and an interactive analysis model. The results show that the swallow nest tax has not been effective in increasing PAD, with an average elasticity value of -0.03% (inelastic) during the 2022–2024 period. The realization of tax revenue is still far below the established target. This condition is influenced by low taxpayer awareness, suboptimal business reporting, limited supervision, and unstable harvest yields. As a result, the tax effectiveness remains low and has not provided a significant contribution to PAD.

techniques through documentation, interviews, and observation. Quantitative analysis is carried out by measuring the formal compliance ratio based on the number of taxpayers who pay on time compared to the number of registered taxpayers, while qualitative analysis is conducted through indicators of awareness, compliance with due dates, compliance with regulations, willingness to pay, and views on Samsat services. The results of the study indicate that the level of taxpayer compliance is relatively high, but it shows a tendency to decrease from year to year. The decrease is influenced by the increasing number of registered vehicles that is not matched by an increase in awareness, the economic factors of the community, and delays in payment due to other priority needs. Service innovations such as mobile services and digital convenience contribute positively, but have not fully encouraged optimal compliance. This study confirms that improving compliance requires continuous education strategies, strengthening public services, and consistent supervision

nted to 150 respondents who were consumers of Coffee Shop Elsana Pontianak and followed the related Instagram account. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 26 through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The results of the study indicate that all research instruments are valid and reliable. Partially, Instagram Content has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention with a t-value of 7.273 and a significance of 0.000. Posting Frequency has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention with a t-value of 3.970 and a significance of 0.000. Simultaneously, Instagram Content and Posting Frequency have a significant effect on Purchase Intention with an F-value of 82.834 and a significance of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.530 indicates that 53.0% of Purchase Intention can be explained by Instagram Content and Posting Frequency, while the remaining 47.0% is influenced by other factors outside the study.

approach with an associative research type. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 140 respondents who have watched Korean dramas and seen Kopiko products in Korean dramas. Data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale, while data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS. The results show that product placement and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. In addition, brand image is able to moderate the relationship between product placement and purchase intention, but is unable to moderate the relationship between brand awareness and purchase intention. The results of this study indicate that Kopiko product placement in Korean dramas and high brand awareness can increase consumer purchasing interest. This study is expected to be a reference for companies in developing marketing strategies through entertainment media and building a positive brand image to increase consumer purchase intention.

m, highlighting how service processes contribute to value creation beyond the artistic aspect. Cultural tourism has shifted from an object-based orientation to an experiential one, understanding performing arts not merely as a creative product but as an experience constructed through interactions between service providers and consumers. In this context, service becomes an integral part of the value creation process and audience satisfaction. This research uses a qualitative approach with a single case study method at PT Mata Hati Kitapoleng, a performing arts company in Bali. Data collection was conducted through in-depth semi-structured interviews and non-participatory observation. This research focuses on how service creativity is built through organizational processes, interactions, and practices. The results show that service creativity is formed through a structured yet flexible process, which integrates empathy for consumers, team collaboration, idea exploration, and continuous evaluation. The design thinking approach enables companies to deeply understand consumer needs and translate them into personalized and meaningful experiences. Service in this context is understood as a co-creative process, where consumers play an active role in shaping the final outcome. Furthermore, consumer satisfaction is influenced by various factors, such as trust, production and financial efficiency, innovation capacity, and evaluation and feedback mechanisms. This research confirms that service creativity is a strategic element in enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of performing arts businesses within the cultural tourism ecosystem.

n urban lifestyles, it is important for businesses to understand how consumers assess sustainability oriented products. This study uses a qualitative explanatory approach with data collection techniques through in depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Twelve research informants were selected through purposive sampling, consisting of 12 active consumers of environmentally friendly products domiciled in Makassar City, conducted over a three month period from January to March 2026. The results show that consumer perceptions of environmentally friendly products are influenced by three main dimensions, namely: (1) environmental awareness (eco consciousness), (2) trust in green claims, and (3) perception of multidimensional product value. These three dimensions together form a positive attitude that ultimately drives purchasing decisions for environmentally friendly products. In line with the findings of (Hasnidar & Ridha, 2025) which confirmed that eco consciousness and perception of sustainable packaging have a significant influence on green purchasing behavior through the mediation of consumer attitudes, this study enriches this understanding with a qualitative perspective that explores consumers' subjective meanings and experiences in depth.
