Rohaedah, Rohaedah, Sulaeman, Devi, Musyadad, Mia Audina, Laras, Irena, Supriatna, Asep
Abstract: The digital transformation in education presents both challenges and opportunities for Islamic educational institutions in maintaining their value orientation amidst changes in media and learning interaction patterns. These… ese changes require efforts to reactualize Islamic educational values to remain relevant and operational in creating an effective and character-based learning climate. This study aims to analyze the process of reactualization of Islamic educational values in the transformation of the learning climate in the digital era at Madrasah Ibidaiyah Al Umm. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data collection techniques included participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data were then analyzed interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that value reactualization occurs through three main patterns: the integration of values into digital learning planning, the establishment of an etiquette-based classroom culture in online interactions, and teacher role models in digital communication ethics. Technological transformation is interpreted as a medium for strengthening character, not simply an innovation in learning tools. The resulting learning climate demonstrates consistency between madrasah policies, pedagogical practices, and classroom culture. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of values-based digital learning design as a foundation for character building in madrasahs, while also providing a conceptual contribution to the development of contextual Islamic education in the digital era.

Sulastri. A, Charles Rangkuti, Kiki Hardini, Ulil Amri
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the concept of Islamic education from the perspective of tafsir tarbawi based on the thoughts of the Indonesian three prominent Islamic education scholars, namely Ahmad Tafsir, Abuddin Nata, and… d Muhaimin. The focus of the study is directed toward three main aspects of education: educational goals, educational materials, and educational methods derived from the values of the Qur’an. The data were obtained from primary sources in the form of the works of the examined scholars and secondary sources consisting of books, journal articles, and relevant research findings. Data collection was conducted through documentation, while data analysis employed content analysis with a descriptive-analytical approach. The results indicate that tafsir tarbawi views the goal of Islamic education as an effort to form insan kāmil, characterized by a balanced development of faith, knowledge, and morality. Educational materials are integrative, combining religious knowledge and general knowledge based on Qur’anic values. Meanwhile, educational methods in tafsir tarbawi emphasize humanistic, contextual, and participatory approaches through exemplification, dialogue, storytelling, and habituation. This study affirms that tafsir tarbawi has strong relevance in addressing the challenges of contemporary Islamic education, particularly in strengthening students’ character and moral values.

PUBLIC POLICY EVALUATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL DISASTER MITIGATION PREDICTION REGARDING THE CANCELLATION OF THE GLASS INDUSTRY STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT IN REMPANG ISLAND

Roza, Vivin Delvya, Yustina, Yustina
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the evaluation of public policy and environmental disaster mitigation predictions regarding the cancellation of the strategic glass industry development in Rempang Island. The study employed a… qualitative approach with a case study design and data collection through systematic literature review. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman & Saldana (2014). The results show that the Rempang Eco City National Strategic Project (NSP) failed comprehensively due to a procedurally flawed and non-participatory formulation process. Economic valuation research by Trend Asia et al. (2025) found that the average household income of Rempang residents reached IDR 32.77 million per household per month, far exceeding the government’s claim of IDR 3 million, while potential environmental losses reached IDR 109 million per household per month. Based on Dunn’s (2003) six policy evaluation criteria, this policy proved to be ineffective, inefficient, inadequate, inequitable, unresponsive, and inappropriate. President Prabowo Subianto’s decision to exclude Rempang Eco City from the NSP list through Presidential Regulation No. 12 of 2025 was the right step, yet still requires more decisive regulation to provide legal certainty for affected communities.

Melati, Melati, Susanti, Anita
Abstract: This study aims to analyze consumer segmentation in the traditional culinary business of a Madurese duck rice and fried chicken restaurant in Konawe Regency. This study used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection… lection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants consisted of the owner, employees, and customers who had visited the restaurant two or more times. The analysis was conducted based on four types of market segmentation: geographic, demographic, psychographic, and behavioral. The results of this study indicate that this restaurant has a fairly broad market segment, encompassing both local and out-of-town customers, with consumers predominantly students, office workers, and families. Authentic taste, affordable prices, and fast service are the main factors attracting customers. Geographic segmentation indicates potential for expansion due to the increase in out-of-town visitors on weekends. Demographic and psychographic segmentation indicate that customers have a high interest in traditional, spicy dishes. Behavioral segmentation indicates the presence of loyal customers and repeat purchasing patterns. These findings provide important recommendations for businesses to develop more effective marketing strategies tailored to the characteristics of their target market.

Maisaroh, Ima, Sujai, Sujai, Burhanuddin, Burhanuddin, Yuliana, Nina
Abstract: This study aims to develop and examine the effectiveness of religious moderation in digital media based on the Dick and Carey learning model. The research is grounded in the increasing use of digital media as a primary source… ource of religious information, which has the potential both to strengthen and to undermine the values of religious moderation. The study employed a qualitative approach with a Research and Development (R&D) design. The subjects were university students who actively use digital media. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation, while data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate that students’ understanding of religious moderation remains largely normative and is not yet accompanied by adequate digital literacy skills. The development of the Dick and Carey-based learning model produced interactive digital media, including educational videos, digital modules, and social media content. Implementation of the model demonstrated a significant improvement in students’ comprehension, tolerance, and critical thinking regarding religious content in digital media. Furthermore, the study found that integrating constructivist approaches, social learning, and digital literacy into the learning design effectively reinforced the internalization of religious moderation values. The developed learning model proved effective in enhancing student engagement and fostering inclusive and tolerant attitudes. In conclusion, promoting religious moderation in digital media requires a systematic, technology-based learning approach. This study provides both theoretical and practical contributions to the development of a learning model for religious moderation in the digital era.
