This generation lives technologically amidst advancements, a culture of globalization, and the rapid flow of information. US a result, there has been a shift in values, a decline in nationalism, and an increase in individualism and social polarization. This article aims to explain how Pancasila values can be re-actualized in the lives of Generation Z in the digital era. Through a qualitative descriptive approach and literature analysis, this article highlights the importance of Pancasila education, digital literacy, and the role of educational institutions in strengthening national character. The study's results indicate that collaboration between families, schools, and communities needs to be strengthened so that Pancasila is not only cognitively understood but also practiced in the social behavior of Generation Z.

leadership on sustainable performance through the mediating role of employee agility within the context of human capital development. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using survey data collected from employees involved in digital transformation initiatives. Data were gathered through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to assess the direct and indirect relationships among the proposed constructs. The findings indicate that digital leadership significantly enhances employee agility by fostering adaptability, continuous learning, and responsiveness to technological change. Employee agility was found to have a strong positive effect on sustainable performance, suggesting that agile employees contribute substantially to organizational resilience, innovation capability, and long-term effectiveness. Furthermore, employee agility partially mediates the relationship between digital leadership and sustainable performance, demonstrating that the influence of leadership on sustainability outcomes operates largely through workforce adaptability. These results highlight the critical role of human capital development in digital transformation and provide empirical evidence that sustainable organizational performance can be achieved when digital leadership is effectively translated into agile employee behavior. The study contributes to the growing literature on digital transformation and human resource management by offering an integrated framework that links leadership, employee capabilities, and sustainability-oriented organizational outcomes.

uantitative targets as the measure of success. This approach fails to build long-term relational capacity among entrepreneurs, government, and the broader supporting ecosystem. This article analyses HETERO SPACE (House of Entrepreneurs, Technology-driven Ecosystem, Resource Optimization, Supportive Programs, Accessible Network, Collaborative Environment), a public service innovation developed by the Cooperatives and SME Office of Central Java Province, which received outstanding recognition in the 2025 Public Service Innovation Competition. The analysis applies a New Public Governance framework with emphasis on two sub-theoretical dimensions, namely co-production and collaborative networking. The research approach is a qualitative case study drawing on secondary data from the official Public Service Innovation System, implementation reports of the Central Java Cooperatives and SME Office, and relevant academic literature. The central argument is that HETERO SPACE is not merely an expanded MSME assistance programmed but a transition in the role of government from a sole service provider to an ecosystem orchestrator that mobilizes resources across actors. Findings indicate that HETERO SPACE success rests on three interrelated conditions, namely a platform design that facilitates inter-actor encounters, trust built through repeated interaction, and institutional commitment from the provincial government to share authority with non-state partners. The article contributes to Indonesian public administration literature by shifting the analytical arena of co-production from the social and health sectors to economic governance, and by demonstrating that New Public Governance principles can be operationalized concretely at the subnational level.

tand the meaning of accountability from a sharia accounting perspective for the managers of Bank Muamalat Ambon. The study used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological method. The study population was the managers of Bank Muamalat Ambon, while informants were selected using a purposive sampling technique based on experience and involvement in Islamic banking activities. The research instrument was a semi-structured interview guide. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews and analyzed using phenomenological analysis through the stages of transcription, coding, grouping themes, and extracting essential meanings. The results show that sharia accountability is interpreted as a professional, moral, social, and spiritual responsibility manifested through trustworthiness, transparency, sharia compliance, fair service, and supervision. The conclusion of the study confirms that sharia accountability is not only understood as formal reporting, but as an ethical and religious practice carried out in daily work activities.

These studies often overlook the structural dynamics of community empowerment in areas lacking established recycling infrastructure. This study aims to fill this gap by investigating the economic empowerment mechanisms and institutional resilience of the Berseri Waste Bank in Bengkalis Regency, a coastal-island area facing logistical disruption constraints. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving 10 multi-actor informants (government, managers, customers, and community leaders) selected through purposive and snowball sampling. Data were collected via in-depth interviews, observations, and document reviews, with data credibility ensured through source and method triangulation. The results reveal four main findings: (1) increased environmental awareness that reduces open burning practices; (2) increased real household income; (3) the emergence of micro-scale circular logistics practices; and (4) community participation heavily driven by social capital (trust and local leadership). Theoretically, this study extends the application of circular economy theory by proving its viability at the micro-community level in geographically isolated regions. As a practical implication, this study recommends that local governments formally recognize waste banks as legitimate circular economy entities and provide policy interventions in the form of coastal transportation logistics subsidies

Kediri Regency, East Java, especially after the start of the construction of Dhoho Airport, a national strategic project designed to be a lever for regional economic growth. The presence of the airport has changed the face of the surrounding area, which was previously agricultural land and modest settlements, into a bustling and fast-growing economic area. This change has led to a surge in new economic activities, such as the emergence of street vendors, restaurants, parking lots, local transportation businesses, and lodging. Using a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods, this study explores the meanings raised by local economic actors in responding to these changes. The findings show that communities show adaptive responses through trade, lodging, and other services, with economic meanings influenced by local values such as blessing, hard work, and kinship. This study concludes that people's economic behavior is not only rational instrumental, but also full of subjective values and meanings, so that regional economic policies need to be designed in an inclusive and contextual manner

The findings indicate that Tribun Pekanbaru and Riau Pos have adopted different newsroom convergence strategies. Tribun Pekanbaru has implemented an integrated newsroom model that combines Cross Media Newsroom and Integrated Media Newsroom approaches, emphasizing digital-first production and multi-platform content distribution. Meanwhile, Riau Pos continues to maintain a separated newsroom model between print and digital divisions, reflecting a gradual adaptation process toward digital transformation. The study further reveals that these differences are influenced not only by technological factors and organizational culture but also by economic considerations. Tribun Pekanbaru develops an integrated newsroom to improve production efficiency and expand digital content monetization, while Riau Pos maintains separated newsrooms because print media remains a significant source of company revenue. This study concludes that newsroom convergence has evolved beyond a technological transformation into an economic adaptation strategy for local media organizations. The findings suggest that newsroom convergence enables media companies to improve operational efficiency, broaden audience reach, optimize resource utilization, and strengthen business sustainability in an increasingly competitive digital environment.

This study aims to analyze the mediating role of brand image in the influence of product quality, price, and location on millennial cluster property purchase decisions in Bogor Regency. A quantitative approach was employed using a descriptive and verificative research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 220 millennial consumers who had experience purchasing or were directly involved in purchasing cluster property in Bogor Regency. The research instrument was measured using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using structural equation modeling to test direct and indirect effects. The results show that product quality, price, and location have positive and significant effects on brand image. Product quality, price, location, and brand image also have positive and significant effects on purchase decision. Furthermore, brand image partially mediates the effects of product quality, price, and location on purchase decision. These findings indicate that millennial property purchase decisions are shaped by both rational property attributes and psychological trust in developer reputation.

This study aims to explore the role of A'Bulo Sibatang local wisdom in fostering Digital Collaboration Behavior among civil servants in Jeneponto Regency. A qualitative case study approach was employed using in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving government officials, civil servants, cultural leaders, and academics selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the values of solidarity, mutual support, collective responsibility, and integrity embedded in A'Bulo Sibatang serve as important social capital that encourages knowledge sharing, interdepartmental coordination, and collaborative problem-solving in digital work environments. These cultural values strengthen trust and cooperation among civil servants and contribute to more effective digital governance practices. The study concludes that integrating local wisdom into organizational culture can support sustainable digital transformation and enhance collaborative performance within local government institutions.

This study investigates the influence of Viewing Motivation on Flow Experience and Continuous Viewing Intention. In this study, Viewing Motivation is conceptualized as a higher-order construct comprising Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, Habit, Substitute Expectancy, and Aesthetic Motivation. Data were collected through an online survey involving 140 respondents in Makassar who actively consume short-form drama content. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that Viewing Motivation significantly influences both Flow Experience and Continuous Viewing Intention. Furthermore, Flow Experience significantly affects Continuous Viewing Intention and mediates the relationship between Viewing Motivation and Continuous Viewing Intention.
