The Effect of Electronic Word of Mouth and Price on The Purchase Decision of Big Banas Products in Makassar City

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and price on purchasing decisions for Big Bananas in Makassar City partially and simultaneously. The population in this study are followers of the Big Bananas… ananas Instagram account, totaling 78,182 users as of November 2022. The sample used is based on the slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, namely 100 respondents. The sampling withdrawal technique is systematic random sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, literature studies and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.00 for windows. The results showed that electronic word of mouth and price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Big Bananas in Makassar City.

The Influence of Work Motivation and Discipline on The Performance of Employees in Garanangkeke Sub-District, Bantaeng District

Abstract: This study aims to (1) determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, (2) determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance, (3) determine the influence of motivation and work discipline jointly&#8230; ointly on employee performance in the Gantarangkeke sub-district office, Gantarangkeke district, Bantaeng regency. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires that are distributed and related to the problem under study with a sample size of 41 people. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 23 data processing to prove the hypothesis. The results showed that the work motivation variable obtained t-count 2.552 > t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.015 <0.05, then H1 is accepted, which means that the work motivation variable has a positive and partially significant effect on the performance variable. While the work discipline variable obtained t-count 7.189 > t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then H2 is accepted which means the work discipline variable has a positive and partially significant effect on performance variables. Based on the research results it is known that the performance variable, obtained f-count 35.267, where the value is greater than f-table 3.24. And a significant value of 0.000 indicates that the variables of motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on performance variables together. t-table 1.685 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, then H2 is accepted, which means that the work discipline variable has a positive and partially significant effect on performance variables. The Influence of Trust and Perceived of Risk on Purchase Decisions in e-Commerce Shopee at Students of The Faculty Economics and Business, University State of Makassar

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust and perceived risk on purchasing decisions at E-commerce Shopee partially and simultaneously. The sample used was 100 students of the Faculty of Economics and&#8230; d Business who had been selected based on predetermined criteria. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis techniques consist of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, hypothesis test, test of the coefficient of determination. The Trust variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, the Perceived Of Risk variable has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. the dependent variable of purchasing decisions can be explained by variables consisting of Trust and Perceived Of Risk, the rest is explained by other variables that were not examined in this study

Adoption of Small-Scale Irrigation and Its impact on Household’s Income in Dugda Districts, East Shewa Zone, Oromia, Ethiopia

Abstract: The major of this study was to estimate the impact of Adoption of Small-Scale Irrigation in Dugda district. Data were collected from both primary and secondary data sources. Primary data was collected from 384 household&#8230; heads in four kebeles of the district using structured questionnaire. Descriptive, logit and propensity score matching techniques were used for data analysis. The study finding from the propensity score matching technique revealed that the incomes of adopters of small scale irrigation were increased by 37,696.06ETB per annum. This calls for strengthening the available irrigation facilities and expansion of irrigation sector in the study area.

Working Capital Turnover Analysis of Profitability Levels at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover (WCTO) on the level of profitability (ROA) at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The population in this study is all financial report data of PT. Semen Indonesia&#8230; ndonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2013-2020 period, while the samples in this study are statements of financial position and profit/loss statements. The documentation technique is the data collection technique used. The data collected was analyzed using financial ratios, simple regression analysis, correlation coefficients and t-test with the SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) 24 For Windows program. The findings in this study show that working capital turnover (WCTO) and profitability (ROA) have increased quarterly every year as measured by financial ratios. The results of the t-test show that the working capital turnover variable (WCTO) has a positive and significant influence on the level of profitability. The hypothesis in this study is accepted.

Green Marketing Campaign and Loyalty Customer : A study from Starbucks Makassar Customers

Abstract: The purpose of this study to see the effect of the campaigning for green marketing. This research aims to determine the effect of green marketing, service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening&#8230; ntervening variable. The method used is a quantitative method with descriptive and causality research types, as well as the SEM-PLS analysis method. The final sample was 224 Starbucks Coffee customers in Makassar City. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that green marketing and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty either directly or through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. 

The Effect of Loan Performance on Profit Growth WITH Operational Costs and Operating Income (OCOI) as Intervening Variables at Commercial Banks in Indonesia

Abstract: This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of loan performance on profit growth with operational costs and operating income (OCOI) as intervening variables in commercial banks in Indonesia. The data analysis technique&#8230; hnique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS software. This data analysis technique is used to facilitate researchers in data processing and analysis. The results show that the loan performance coefficient positively and significantly affects profit growth. The results of testing loan performance on profit growth show a path coefficient of 0.372 with a t-statistic value of 3.504. The t-statistic value is smaller than the t-table value (1.96). The coefficient of operating costs and operating income shows a negative and significant impact on profit growth. The results of the OCOI test on profit growth show a path coefficient of -0.638 with a t-statistic value of 6.324. The t-statistic value is greater than the t-table value (1.96). The loan performance coefficient through operational costs and operating income is negative and not significant to profit growth. The results of testing the performance of loans through OCOI on profit growth show a path coefficient of -0.174 with a t-statistic value of 1.756. The t-statistic value is smaller than the t-table value (1.96).

This article discusses the extent to which previous research has explored digital transformation carried out by MSMEs that can have an impact on financial performance. This article uses a systematic literature review and bibliometric analysis to explore previous research related to the digital transformation of MSMEs

Analysis of Investment Risk and Share Return in Coal Mining Companies Listed on IDX for The Period 2019-2021

Abstract: This research is to determine the level of investment risk and stock returns as well as grouping efficient shares and inefficient shares of coal mining companies through the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method for&#8230; the 2019-2021 period. The research method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach, while the data analysis method uses the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method. The results showed that there were 8 shares of coal mining companies with a beta (systematic risk) value of greater than 1 (β > 1), and 16 shares of companies with a beta of less than 1 (β < 1. The highest RI was found in HRUM shares with a rate of return of 0.07650 or 7.65%, while the lowest Ri is found in BOSS shares with an average rate of return of -0.06000 or - 6%. The highest E(Ri) value is found in DOID shares with a value of 0.00177 or 0.18%, while the lowest E(Ri) is found in GEMS companies with a value of 0.00126 or 0.13%. There are 16 shares of coal mining companies which are classified as efficient shares consisting of shares of ADRO, BSSR, BYAN, DOID, DSSA, FIRE, GEMS, iHRUM, INDY, iITMG, MBAP, MYOH, iPTRO, SMMT, iTOBA, and BRMS, as well as 8 inefficient stocks namely ARII, BOSS, BUMI, DEWA, ​​GTBO, KKGI, PTBA, and SMRU.

Burnout as Mediateer of The Influence of Organizational Support and Family Support on Job Stress at KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of organizational and family support on work stress among female employees at KSPPS Tunas Artha Mandiri, as well as to examine the role of burnout as a mediator between&#8230; ween these variables. The study aims to provide a better understanding of the factors that influence work stress among female workers, in order to provide recommendations for improving employee well-being and company productivity. The population of the study consists of 641 female employees in the company. The method used is a quantitative approach and path analysis. The results show that organizational support has a negative and significant effect on burnout, while family support has a positive and significant effect on burnout. Both organizational and family support have a negative and significant effect on work stress. Burnout has a positive and significant effect on work stress but does not mediate the effects of organizational and family support on work stress
