stionnaire was used to poll 100 individuals. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was the method used in this quantitive study. SmartPLS version 4.1.1.6 with the PLS-SEM Algorithm and Bootstrapping was used to analyze the data. The findings demonstrated that while work stress had a positive but negligible impact on turnover intention, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a negative and significant influence. Furthermore, the findings indicate that organizational commitment is significantly impacted negatively by work stress and positively by job satisfaction. Additionally, whereas organizational commitment can moderate the association between work stress and turnover intention, it cannot mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention. This study has a results to provide important managerial implications for managing employees' turnover intention tendencies

with an explanatory research method was used on a sample of 100 MSME actors selected using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results of the study prove that Digital Innovation plays a significant mediating role. The quality of PJU, Environmental Safety, and Infrastructure Accessibility have a positive and significant effect on Digital Innovation, which in turn directly increases MSME Income. These findings underscore that improvements in physical infrastructure and environmental safety create an ecosystem conducive to the adoption of digital technology by MSMEs, which is a major catalyst for improving their economic performance. The implications of this study suggest the need for integrated policies that combine the development of smart public infrastructure (smart street lighting) with digital literacy and access programs for MSMEs in order to promote inclusive and sustainable local economic growth

iness, Makassar State University. Guided by Mr. Anwar and Mr. Muhammad Ichwan Musa. This study aims to determine the influence of product quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable in Generation Z consumers of Kopi Kenangan in Makassar City. The focus of this research is to analyze how product quality can increase customer satisfaction and shape customer loyalty. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with explanatory associatives. Data was collected through a questionnaire to 110 respondents who are Gen Z consumers of Kopi Kenangan in Makassar City. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the help of the SmartPLS application version 4.0.9.9. to test relationships between variables. The results of the study show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between product quality and customer loyalty. These findings show that good product quality can increase satisfaction and strengthen the loyalty of Kopi Kenangan customers in Makassar City.
Abstract:This study aims to analyze the influence of management accounting systems on the performance of culinary MSMEs and test the role of sustainability reporting as a moderation variable. The research uses a quantitative approach…
oach with a survey method of 100 culinary MSMEs operating in the central area of Makassar City. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). The results of the study show that the management accounting system does not have a significant effect on business performance. This indicates that most MSMEs still do not make optimal use of accounting information in decision-making. Meanwhile, sustainability reporting has been proven to have a positive and significant influence on business performance. However, sustainability reporting is not able to moderate the relationship between management accounting systems and business performance. These findings show that sustainability practices have a more direct role in improving the performance of MSMEs compared to management accounting systems that have not been implemented effectively. This research contributes to the development of management and sustainability accounting literature, as well as provides practical implications for MSME actors in improving business performance through the integration of information systems and sustainable business practices.

d to 255 employees consisting of various levels of positions, with a sample of 154 respondents selected using proportional sampling techniques in 4 sections/divisions. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method. The results of the study show that the work environment, organizational culture and employee involvement have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of Lean Manufacturing. Lean Manufacturing, work environment, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, employee involvement does not have a significant effect directly on employee performance. Meanwhile, the indirect influence of the work environment, organizational culture, and employee involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through the mediation of Lean Manufacturing implementation. An important finding of this study is that Lean Manufacturing acts as a full mediator between employee engagement and employee performance. This research provides a theoretical contribution in integrating Socio-Technical Systems Theory (STS) and Social Exchange Theory (SET) in the context of the manufacturing industry in Indonesia, as well as providing practical implications for companies to integrate human factor management with Lean systems synergistically to improve organizational performance in a sustainable manner.
Abstract:This study aims to examine work experience, work environment, and work culture on employee performance, both directly and through work motivation as a mediating variable. This research is based on two main grand theories,…
, namely Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and Self-Determination Theory. Quantitative approach with survey method, The research population is all employees of the production division of PT Ekamas Fortuna Malang which totals 332 people. Sampling was carried out using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique with a sample of 179 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the hypothesis testing showed that all ten hypotheses proposed in this study were proven to be statistically supported. Work experience, work environment, and work culture were each proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation, indicating that these three factors are relevant motivational antecedents in the context of the manufacturing industry and motivation has also been shown to mediate the relationship between these three variables. An important finding of this study is the confirmation of the dual role of work motivation, namely as a variable that directly drives employee performance as well as as a mediator that strengthens and channels the indirect influence of work experience, work environment, and work culture on performance.
