Notably, Baby Boomers (60–78 years) and Generation Z (12–27 years) report higher balance, while Generation X (44–59 years) and Millennials (28–43 years) face lower balance due to simultaneous career and family responsibilities. The study offers generationally tailored suggestions, although results may not generalise to women in sectors like banking or private industry. Implications include the need for organisations to act as facilitators, supporting female employees to ensure psychological well-being and sustained performance.

One factor influencing consumer purchasing decisions is the availability of online reviews on the platform. This study aims to analyze the role of online reviews as a mediating variable in fashion product purchasing decisions on Shopee. Online reviews serve as a source of information that helps consumers evaluate product quality, seller reputation, and the level of satisfaction of previous users. The research method used was a quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires to Shopee consumers who had previously purchased fashion products. The collected data was then analyzed using a path analysis model to examine the direct and indirect relationships between factors influencing purchasing decisions. The results show that online reviews play a significant role as a mediator in the decision-making process. Consumers tend to trust other users' real-life experiences more than solely the seller's product description. Positive reviews increase consumer interest and confidence in a product, while negative reviews can delay or even cancel a purchase decision. These findings confirm that the presence of online reviews is not only a supporting factor but also serves as a bridge, mediating the relationship between consumer perceptions of a product and the final purchase decision. The implication of this research is that sellers on Shopee need to pay attention to product and service quality to generate positive reviews, thereby increasing purchase conversion rates.

Home gardens not only function as areas that provide beauty and coolness, but also as productive land that supports national food security by empowering local potential, both in rural and urban areas. Apart from that, the use of the yard also contributes to improving the family's economy. This research aims to examine the characteristics of residents regarding the use of homestead land in rural areas, analyze their utilization patterns, and assess the effectiveness of using homestead land in supporting food availability. The data in this research were analyzed using an experimental method, which involved initial measurements (pre-test), providing treatment in the form of guidance or direction regarding land use, and follow-up measurements (post-test). The research sample was selected using the snowball sampling method, namely a sampling technique based on individual networks. The research results show that the use of yard land is effective in supporting food availability. This is shown by the respondent's answer score on the program effectiveness variable, which is in the range of 50-100%, so it is included in the effective category

The data collection method is carried out through the following stages: Questionnaire and Interview. The collected data can be analyzed quantitatively using descriptive or inferential statistics to test hypotheses. Analysis of this research data uses regression techniques, namely simple linear analysis. Hypothesis testing is carried out to see the level of significance of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review combined with observation and interviews with key stakeholders in the fisheries sector. The study includes a feasibility analysis and utilizes a SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) analysis to develop strategic recommendations for logistics and infrastructure improvements. The findings reveal that West Sulawesi has significant potential to support IKN through its fisheries sector, given its strategic location and existing infrastructure. However, challenges such as limited cold storage facilities, infrastructure readiness, and supply chain coordination need addressing. The government’s draft Presidential Regulation (RPerpres) outlines a plan for port development and cold storage expansion to improve logistics. The study also suggests that collaboration with the private sector and technological adoption could enhance distribution efficiency and product quality. The research contributes to logistics and supply chain literature by addressing the specific challenges and opportunities in the fisheries sector of a developing region like West Sulawesi. The innovation of this research lies in its integration of digital literacy with entrepreneurship education, a relatively underexplored approach. The study addresses the urgent need to increase participation of individuals with disabilities in the digital economy, in line with SDGs 8 and 10. Using a qualitative approach, the study conducted in-depth interviews and observations with individuals with disabilities and instructors. Findings show that digital literacy enhances participants' ability to engage in digital markets, understand online marketing, and use technology for business management. Participants reported greater self-confidence and the ability to start their own businesses after completing the program. The study underscores the need for a technology-based entrepreneurship curriculum and digital literacy training, to provide more inclusive and empowering opportunities for individuals with disabilities, supporting SDGs on social and economic inclusion

Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis from several vocational schools that were the subject of the research. The results of the study show that entrepreneurship education has a significant influence on students' mindset and attitude towards entrepreneurship, especially in building confidence and courage to start a business. Meanwhile, entrepreneurship training provides students with hands-on experience in developing practical skills relevant to the business world. Supporting factors such as teacher involvement, training facilities, and school support play an important role in maximizing the impact of education and training. This study concludes that integrated entrepreneurship education and training can encourage students to have a stronger entrepreneurial motive. As a recommendation, it is necessary to develop a more applicable and local potential-based entrepreneurship learning model to increase its relevance and effectiveness.

However, farmers and MSMEs still face obstacles in the use of manual equipment and less than optimal marketing, so product innovation is needed to increase the added value and competitiveness of oyster mushrooms in the market. As a solution, a mentoring program was introduced with the culinary innovation of oyster mushroom nuggets. This activity includes surveys and interviews with MSMEs, transfer of cultivation knowledge, and production practices. Nuggets were chosen because their texture resembles chicken meat, making them an economical and healthy food alternative. Production is carried out at the MSME's Mushroom House with a systematic method to ensure quality. The results of the mentoring showed a positive response from MSMEs and the community, both in terms of economy and product acceptance. In addition to increasing local income, this program also provides direct experience for students in understanding mushroom cultivation and processing. By optimizing local potential, innovation in processed oyster mushroom products can be a sustainable strategy in supporting village economic growth.

radaan terumbu karang, ekosistem mangrove, wisata kuliner berbasis hasil laut, serta keterlibatan masyarakat lokal dalam pengelolaannya. Di sisi lain, aktivitas ekowisata juga menimbulkan berbagai dampak yang perlu dikaji sebagai dasar pengembangan kawasan secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan dampak ekowisata Pantai Bohay, serta menganalisis strategi pengembangannya menggunakan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas pengelola ekowisata Pantai Bohay, masyarakat lokal, dan wisatawan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan strategi pengembangan dianalisis menggunakan SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pantai Bohay memiliki potensi ekowisata yang meliputi ekowisata bahari berbasis terumbu karang, panorama pantai dan sunset, ekosistem mangrove, serta wisata kuliner hasil laut. Dampak positif yang ditimbulkan meliputi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat, terbukanya lapangan kerja, meningkatnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan konservasi, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran terhadap pelestarian lingkungan. Namun demikian, masih terdapat beberapa kendala, seperti keterbatasan fasilitas tertentu, pengelolaan mangrove yang belum optimal, dan ancaman terhadap ekosistem pesisir. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, strategi pengembangan diarahkan pada penguatan potensi sumber daya alam dan kelembagaan lokal, peningkatan fasilitas pendukung, pengembangan atraksi ekowisata, serta penguatan upaya konservasi lingkungan.
Bohay Beach is an ecotourism destination located in Binor Village, Paiton District, Probolinggo Regency. The area boasts various ecotourism potentials supported by scenic coastal views, coral reefs, mangrove ecosystems, seafood-based culinary tourism, and local community involvement in its management. However, ecotourism activities also generate impacts that require assessment to inform sustainable area development. This study aims to identify the ecotourism potential and impacts of Bohay Beach and to analyze development strategies using SWOT analysis. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study design. Research subjects include Bohay Beach ecotourism managers, local community members, and tourists, selected via purposive sampling. Data collection involved observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman model—comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing—while development strategies were analyzed using SWOT. The results indicate that Bohay Beach possesses ecotourism potential including coral reef-based marine ecotourism, coastal scenery and sunsets, mangrove ecosystems, and seafood culinary tourism. Positive impacts include increased community income, job creation, heightened community participation in conservation activities, and growing environmental awareness. Nevertheless, challenges remain, such as limited facilities, suboptimal mangrove management, and threats to the coastal ecosystem. Based on the SWOT analysis, development strategies focus on strengthening natural resource potential and local institutions, upgrading supporting facilities, developing ecotourism attractions, and reinforcing environmental conservation efforts.
