Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of shipping cost efficiency and freight forwarder quality on export delivery performance at PT Sinar Sawit Sentosa, a palm oil exporting company facing challenges related to rising… g logistics costs and increasing demands for delivery timeliness. The research problem focuses on the extent to which shipping cost efficiency and the quality of freight forwarder services can improve export delivery performance in a measurable and sustainable manner. A quantitative approach was applied by collecting survey data from the company’s logistics managers and export managers to capture perceptions and experiences related to the research variables. Data analysis was conducted using structural equation modeling to examine the causal relationships among shipping cost efficiency, freight forwarder quality, and export delivery performance. The results indicate that shipping cost efficiency has a positive and significant effect on export delivery performance through reduced operational costs, improved logistics coordination, and smoother export processes. Freight forwarder quality is also proven to have a positive and significant effect through enhanced service reliability, documentation accuracy, and delivery timeliness. The conclusion confirms that the combination of cost efficiency and logistics service quality constitutes a strategic factor determining the success of corporate export delivery. The novelty of this study lies in integrating the measurement of cost efficiency and freight forwarder quality using a SEM approach applied to the Indonesian palm oil export industry, a context that has received limited empirical attention. This contribution provides empirical evidence for the development of export logistics management and strategic decision-making, enriches the academic logistics literature, and offers practical implications for improving national export competitiveness, formulating corporate policies, and managing long-term logistics partnerships based on measurable performance and efficiency orientation. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for future research and professional practice in agribusiness sectors oriented toward global markets with high logistics risks and intense competition that demand continuous, data-driven managerial innovation grounded in reliable and context-specific empirical evidence for the future of national industries.

Abstract: This study aims to empirically analyze the effect of exchange rates and interest rates on the stock prices of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020-2024 period. The research employs a quantitative… uantitative approach with a causal-associative design and utilizes secondary data obtained from official publications of Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The research population consists of 45 banking companies, from which 20 companies meeting the sampling criteria were selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted comprehensively through descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing with the assistance of SPSS software. The findings reveal that, partially, exchange rates have a significant negative effect on stock prices, and interest rates also exert a significant negative effect. Furthermore, simultaneous testing confirms that both independent variables significantly and negatively influence banking stock prices. These results highlight that macroeconomic volatility, particularly exchange rate fluctuations and interest rate movements, are crucial determinants to be considered in capital market analysis. Academically, this study contributes to the literature on the relationship between macroeconomic indicators and stock price dynamics, while practically, the results may serve as a reference for investors in making investment decisions, for policymakers in formulating economic stabilization strategies, and for banking institutions in anticipating market risks arising from both global and domestic economic uncertainty.

Pengaruh Persaingan Jam Kerja dan Kebijakan Tarif pada Ojek Online terhadap Tingkat Pendapatan Mitra Driver Goride di Kota Denpasar

Marthen Rohi Riwu, Ni Made Yudhaningsih, Putu Budhiyasa
Abstract: The rapid growth of the online transportation sector in Indonesia has driven a significant transformation in urban mobility systems, including in Denpasar City. One of the impacts of this development is the increasing competition… mpetition among driver-partners, which directly affects fluctuations in their income. This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of competition level, working hours duration, and fare policies on the income of GoRide partners in Denpasar City. A quantitative approach was used in this research, with the population consisting of all active GoRide driver-partners in the area. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% significance level, resulting in 67 randomly selected respondents. Data were collected through the distribution of structured questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression methods to examine the effect of each independent variable on income as the dependent variable. The results show that the competition variable has a significant negative effect on partner income, indicating that the higher the level of competition, the lower the income earned. Conversely, working hours have a positive and significant effect, indicating that increased working duration directly contributes to higher income. Meanwhile, fare policy shows a positive but insignificant effect, meaning that although there is a statistically positive relationship, the effect is not strong enough to significantly impact income. These findings highlight the importance of efficient management of working hours and strategic adaptation to competition levels as efforts to maintain the economic sustainability of driver-partners. In addition, platform providers are advised to periodically review fare policies to ensure they remain aligned with market dynamics and partner needs, in order to maintain a sustainable income balance.

Abstract: Cooperatives are membership-based economic entities that play a vital role in driving the growth of the microeconomic sector and improving member welfare through the principles of economic democracy. The sustainability of… f cooperative performance heavily depends on effective financial management, particularly in maximizing the utilization of cash, receivables, and assets to enhance profitability. This study aims to examine the influence of cash turnover, receivables turnover, and total asset turnover on the profitability of cooperatives, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) as a financial performance indicator. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis, based on secondary data from cooperative financial statements covering the period from 2019 to 2024. The analysis results show that both simultaneously and partially, the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Cash turnover and total asset turnover are the primary determinants in improving ROA, reflecting the importance of efficiency in managing liquidity and productive assets. Meanwhile, although receivables turnover is also significant, it requires strict supervision in the implementation of credit policies to avoid an increase in non-performing receivables. These findings contribute empirical evidence to the literature on cooperative financial management and offer practical implications for cooperative managers in designing financial resource management strategies aimed at improving performance and business sustainability. Therefore, optimizing the management of cash, receivables, and assets should be a strategic priority within cooperative financial systems to withstand increasingly complex and competitive economic dynamics.

Abstract: Stock prices represent the market’s consensus regarding the fair value of a business entity, formed through a rational assessment of both financial and non-financial information. Within the frameworks of signaling theory… ry and market efficiency, financial ratios serve as fundamental indicators reflecting a company's ability to generate profit, manage assets, and maintain short-term liquidity stability. When the market faces systemic disruptions, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, and transitions toward post-pandemic normalization, investor sensitivity to internal indicators tends to increase due to heightened external uncertainty. Consequently, a deep understanding of the internal determinants of stock prices becomes increasingly critical for data-driven investment decision-making. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of the Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on stock prices, both partially and simultaneously, in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2020-2024 period. A quantitative approach was employed, using a descriptive-verificative design and secondary data drawn from audited financial statements and annual closing stock prices. The sample consisted of 91 companies selected through purposive sampling, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 27. The analysis results indicate that all three independent variables have a positive and significant impact on stock prices, both individually and collectively. This study contributes to the capital market literature by highlighting the relevance of financial ratios in explaining stock price fluctuations in the post-pandemic period, a topic that remains underexplored in the context of developing countries.

Abstract: This study investigates the critical determinants of export success in the traditional ceramics industry of Plered, using the Dodol Badebah home enterprise as a case study. The research specifically analyzes the effects… of product quality, marketing strategy, and external institutional support on export performance. A quantitative research design was adopted, utilizing structured questionnaires distributed to 60 consumers of Plered ceramics. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to assess the influence and significance of each independent variable on export outcomes. Findings indicate that product quality exerts a significant and positive effect on export success, particularly through attributes such as design innovation, material strength, aesthetic value, and compliance with international standards. Conversely, marketing strategy and external support did not demonstrate statistically significant effects, suggesting the need for strategic realignment and more targeted institutional engagement. These results highlight the dominant role of internal capabilities, especially quality control and product development, over external promotional or governmental interventions in driving export readiness and sustainability. The study contributes to the growing body of literature on micro and small enterprises in developing economies by offering empirical evidence on export determinants in cultural and creative industries. Practically, the findings recommend prioritizing product excellence as a core strategy for global market penetration, while simultaneously improving the effectiveness of marketing channels and policy support mechanisms. Future research should explore digital transformation, international consumer preferences, and long-term impacts of policy shifts on export growth in artisanal sectors.

Abstract: This study is motivated by the importance of understanding the factors that influence employee performance within governmental organizations, particularly in the National Unity and Political Agency (Bakesbangpol) of Denpasar… asar City. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the effects of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance, while also examining the mediating role of work motivation. Employing a quantitative approach and path analysis method, the study involved all employees of Bakesbangpol Denpasar using a saturated sampling technique. The findings reveal that organizational culture does not have a significant direct effect on employee performance, whereas work discipline exerts a positive and significant influence. Work motivation emerges as a crucial factor affecting performance, with a path coefficient of β = 0.440 and a significance value of 0.000. Although organizational culture significantly influences work motivation, it does not directly impact performance. In contrast, work discipline does not significantly affect motivation. Notably, work motivation significantly mediates the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, but not the relationship between work discipline and performance. These findings underscore the pivotal role of work motivation as a mediating variable that enhances the impact of organizational culture on performance improvement. With an R value of 0.695 and an Adjusted R² of 0.683, the model explains 68.3% of the variance in employee performance, with the remaining 31.7% attributed to other factors outside the model. The novelty of this study lies in mapping the structural relationships among organizational culture, work discipline, and motivation as a mediating variable within the context of a local governmental institution an area that has been empirically understudied.

Abstract: The participation of Generation Z in the contemporary labor market serves as a key catalyst in driving technological adoption, organizational innovation, and changes in work culture. However, the high turnover intention… among this generation indicates instability in employee retention, which can impact operational efficiency and continuity, particularly in the service sector. This study aims to empirically examine the influence of Non-Physical Work Environment, Compensation, and Workload on Turnover Intention among Generation Z workers in the Coffee Shop industry in Pontianak City, with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed in this study, with data collected through an online questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. A total of 200 respondents aged 18–27 years were selected using purposive sampling based on relevant criteria. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach via the SmartPLS 4 software. The analysis results show that the Non-Physical Work Environment has a significant negative effect on Turnover Intention, while Compensation has a negative but not significant effect. Workload has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention. Furthermore, the Non-Physical Work Environment and Compensation have significant positive effects on Job Satisfaction, while the effect of Workload is not significant. Job Satisfaction is proven to act as a significant mediator in the relationship between the Non-Physical Work Environment and Compensation on Turnover Intention, but it does not mediate the relationship between Workload and Turnover Intention. These findings emphasize the urgency of formulating managerial strategies focused on improving the quality of the work environment and implementing adaptive compensation policies, in order to sustainably reduce turnover rates among Generation Z workers.

Chandra, Wendy, Ahmadi, Erna Listiana, Ana Fitriana
Abstract: This study aims to comprehensively investigate the influence of Social Media Marketing and Lifestyle on consumer Purchase Decisions, with Brand Awareness serving as a mediating variable that plays a pivotal role in the consumer… onsumer decision-making process. The research adopts a causal-quantitative design, intended to identify and test the causal relationships among the predetermined variables. Primary data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 130 respondents, consisting of customers of CW Coffee in Pontianak City, West Kalimantan. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique based on Partial Least Squares (PLS), operated through SmartPLS 4 software, which facilitates simultaneous evaluation of both the measurement model (outer model) and the structural model (inner model). The model estimation results indicate that both Social Media Marketing and Lifestyle exert a positive and statistically significant effect on Brand Awareness, and contribute both directly and indirectly to Purchase Decisions. Furthermore, Brand Awareness is empirically validated as a partial mediator that reinforces the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The theoretical implications of these findings underscore that enhancing brand exposure through strategic social media engagement and contextually understanding contemporary consumer Lifestyles are critical determinants in shaping strong brand perceptions and driving purchase intention and realization. Consequently, this study offers practical contributions for business practitioners in formulating digital marketing strategies based on the integration of consumer values and the optimization of digital communication channels, thereby enhancing market penetration effectiveness and fostering long-term customer loyalty.

Pengaruh Real Time Interactivity dan Promotion Incentive Information terhadap Impulse Buying Behavior dengan Mediasi Perceived Trust Fashion di Live TikTok

Abstract: The growing dominance of impulse buying within TikTok's live streaming commerce, particularly in the Fashion product segment, signifies a transformation in digital consumer behavior influenced by the dynamics of real-time… e interactivity and incentive-based promotional strategies. This study empirically examines the effects of real-time interactivity and promotion incentive information on impulse buying behavior, with perceived trust serving as a mediating variable that explains the psychological pathway between digital stimuli and spontaneous purchase decisions. Employing a quantitative approach with an associative causal design, data were collected from 231 active TikTok users in Indonesia and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) version 4.0. The analysis reveals that both exogenous variables significantly enhance the tendency for impulsive purchases, both directly and indirectly through the mediation of perceived trust. Responsive real-time interactions and exclusive, time-sensitive promotions effectively foster consumer trust in sellers, which subsequently accelerates unplanned buying behavior. These findings advance theoretical discourse in digital marketing literature by emphasizing the critical integration of interactivity, promotional stimuli, and affective trust mechanisms in shaping purchasing decisions within persuasive and simultaneous digital environments. The practical implications of this study offer strategic insights for businesses, encouraging the optimization of interactive features and promotional tactics to establish credibility and drive instant sales conversions in the context of e-commerce live streaming.
