This study uses a quantitative approach through the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS) method. The sample consisted of 120 active customer respondents of BPRS Baiturridha Pusaka-Bandung selected using a probability sampling technique through a simple random sampling approach, where each member of the population has an equal chance of being selected as a respondent. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of structured questionnaires and analyzed using Smart PLS software version 3.0. The results of the study show that (1) Personal Selling does not influence the decision to save (2) Customer Experience has a positive and significant influence on the Decision to Save (3) Trust is not proven to significantly mediate the relationship between personal selling and the decision to save (4) Trust is proven to significantly mediate the relationship between customer experience and the decision to save. Abstract:This study examines the effect of work-life balance on employee performance, with family supportive supervisor behavior as a moderating variable. The research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Management…
Agency (BPKAD) of Banten Province, Indonesia, involving civil servants as respondents. This study addresses the issue of fluctuating employee performance despite repeated institutional achievements, by investigating the role of work-life balance and supervisor support in enhancing individual outcomes. A quantitative approach with a descriptive design was used, and data were collected through structured questionnaires. The results show that work-life balance positively influences employee performance. However, family supportive supervisor behavior does not significantly strengthen this relationship, indicating that while supervisor support is appreciated, it may not be sufficient in the absence of broader organizational support systems. These findings highlight the importance of implementing formal work-life policies and promoting a supportive work culture to improve employee well-being and performance in public institutions.

Abstract:Islamic views on property ownership depart from the notion that individuals have an innate desire to possess property (fithrah), as Islamic societies depend on other people to function. The riches or money that Allah SWT…
has bestowed upon this universe is a gift to humanity and should be used as efficiently as possible to ensure everyone's financial security. One topic covered in economics classes, including socialism, capitalist, and Islamic economics, is ownership rights. Ownership rights are determined by certain characteristics of each economic system. The number of assets (goods and services) that can be owned is limited under a socialist economy, but the method of acquisition (quality) remains unconstrained. This suggests that you can distribute it in whatever way you want. Meanwhile, the capitalist economic system views property ownership as unlimited, both in terms of quantity and quality; that is, any kind of property ownership is acceptable as long as it does not restrict the freedom of others. Islam acknowledges, but does not fully give, the right of humans to own the materials they use for production and consumption, in contrast to socialism and capitalist economic systems.

Problems that often arise related to organizational behavior factors in the implementation of financial accounting systems include resistance to change, lack of management support, lack of skills and knowledge, lack of communication and involvement, and an organizational culture that does not support change. Resistance to change can arise from discomfort with changes in usual work routines or uncertainty about the success of the new system. Inadequate management support can hinder employee participation and motivation in adopting the new system. Lack of skills and knowledge needed to operate the new system can hinder effective acceptance and use. Ineffective communication and lack of employee involvement in the implementation process can lead to ambiguity and resistance. An organizational culture that does not support change and innovation can be a serious obstacle to the implementation of financial accounting systems. In addressing organizational behavior factors, it is important to pay attention to employee attitudes and perceptions, management support, effective communication, training and learning, and an organizational culture that supports change. Involving employees in the planning and decision-making stages, providing adequate training, and creating a culture that is open to change can increase the success of implementing a financial accounting system.

eason arrives, because many of the farmers feel at a loss because their crops are bought by collectors at low prices. The purpose of this research is to create a system for selling agricultural products to help farmers sell agricultural products directly to agents in order to get a higher price than the price of collectors. In this study, a system was successfully created with the name YUK TANI based on Android using Android Studio, and the CodeIgniter 4 framework for creating REST APIs, and MySQL as database storage. With this system of selling agricultural products, it is hoped that it can help farmers in the Pajarakan District area to improve their economy when post-harvest arrives.

Meanwhile, the investment cash flow variable partially has a significant effect on the level of liquidity. And the partial funding cash flow variable has no significant effect on liquidity. Simultaneous research results (F test) state that operating cash flow, investment cash flow and funding cash flow have a value of Fcount > Ftable (3.275 > 2.95) and a significance value of < 0.05 (0.003 < 0.05), So it can be concluded that the operating cash flow, investment cash flow and funding cash flow variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the level of liquidity.
