r of clients, counselors’ limited availability, and the challenges associated with conducting psychological assessments through online platforms have created a pressing need for innovative solutions. This study aims to examine the role of AI as a co-counselor, evaluate the effectiveness of its integration into e-counseling practices, and identify the challenges associated with its implementation. The study employed a Narrative Literature Review method by critically analyzing relevant scholarly publications. The findings indicate that AI functions as a collaborative partner that assists counselors in assessment processes, data analysis, emotion detection, service documentation, and the continuous monitoring of clients’ psychological conditions. The integration of AI has been shown to enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and overall quality of digital counseling services. However, its implementation continues to face significant challenges related to data privacy, information security, algorithmic bias, and limitations in understanding cultural contexts and human empathy. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive conceptualization of AI as a co-counselor that supports the entire e-counseling service cycle through a collaborative model integrating the analytical capabilities of technology with the humanistic competencies of counselors, thereby fostering more effective, ethical, and inclusive counseling services.

a no longer merely function as communication tools but have become socio-cultural spaces that actively shape values, norms, symbols, and everyday practices. This phenomenon raises research questions regarding how cultural transformation and identity construction are influenced by the dominance of digital technology, as well as how social media and platform algorithms shape cultural visibility and digital identities. This study employs a qualitative approach through a critical narrative literature review, synthesizing theories of network society, mediatization, cultural globalization, digital capitalism, and digital identity. The analysis focuses on four key issues: cultural digitalization, the role of social media in identity formation, the emergence of hybrid identities, and platform power in determining cultural representation. Findings indicate that digital technology has ambivalent effects: it expands spaces for cultural expression, enhances public participation, and provides opportunities for marginalized groups to represent their identities; however, global platform dominance drives cultural homogenization, identity commodification, and inequitable symbolic representation. The novelty of this study lies in integrating a critical perspective on the influence of algorithms and digital capitalism in identity formation, which has rarely been addressed comprehensively in digital cultural studies. These findings offer theoretical contributions to media and cultural research as well as practical implications for understanding identity representation in the global digital era.

pretation does not necessarily reflect individuals’ attitudes in a comprehensive manner. This study is grounded in the need to understand the attitudes of early adult Fujoshi in a more nuanced and non-simplistic way, particularly through the framework of attitude theory encompassing cognitive, affective, and conative dimensions. The research problem focuses on how Fujoshi aged 18-40 interpret, experience, and express their attitudes toward homoromantic fiction content and its relationship to social values and norms in real life. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with three Fujoshi informants who are members of the XX fan chat group. The findings indicate that social media and peer networks play a significant role in the process of becoming a Fujoshi, as well as in shaping relatively intensive and repetitive patterns of content consumption as a form of emotional entertainment. Cognitively, the informants recognize that homoromantic fiction is related to LGBT issues; however, at the affective level, their interest is primarily driven by the uniqueness of the narrative structure and character dynamics rather than by sexual orientation itself. In the conative dimension, most informants do not demonstrate a tendency to support LGBT practices in real life; some even hold conservative views and display critical awareness of the potential negative impacts of their hobby, which they perceive as not fully aligned with prevailing social norms. The study concludes that Fujoshi attitudes are complex, ambivalent, and highly contextual. The novelty of this research lies in revealing a clear differentiation between the consumption of homoromantic fiction as a form of symbolic entertainment and individuals’ value positions toward social reality, which are often normatively conflated in previous assumptions.

Putting focus on narrations of the people, the analysis accentuates more into knowledge of everyday life as a never-ending process. Abstrak: Pendidikan lingkungan menjadi salah satu pilar penting dalam membentuk kesadaran masyarakat akan isu keberlanjutan. Konsep 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) telah lama menjadi strategi utama dalam mengelola sampah dan mendukung gaya hidup berkelanjutan. Namun, penyampaian informasi mengenai 3R masih sering bersifat tekstual dan kurang menarik bagi masyarakat umum. Dalam studi ini, dikembangkan pendekatan visual interaktif melalui teknologi projection mapping menggunakan perangkat lunak Resolume Arena untuk menciptakan pertunjukan panggung edukatif yang imersif. Visual animasi dirancang secara naratif untuk menstimulasi pemahaman audiens terhadap konsep 3R. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini berpotensi besar dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan retensi informasi pada audiens dari berbagai usia.

Some of the obstacles experienced by Helen's Tofu Factory are that they often run out of stock of materials because sometimes there are many sudden orders from customers. The material data collection process is still done by recording manually so that errors can occur in determining the amount of material inventory. When observed in depth, there are still many obstacles that can be seen since this effort was implemented. From here, it is important to examine the scope of the application of supply chain management as a manifestation of efforts to advance business players, especially the home industry. The programming language used is PHP and MySQL database. The research method uses a qualitative research approach which is a research that only collects data and explains descriptively/narratively without having to be processed with calculations. Alasan mendasar penerapan supply chain management ini karena program ini melibatkan beberapa pihak yang terkait seperti suplier, distributor dan konsumen. Adapun kegiatan utama yang dilakukan yaitu produksi tahu dalam lingkup industri rumah tangga. Kebutuhan bahan baku di Pabrik Tahu Helen setiap hari dan hal ini bisa meningkat tergatung pesanan pelanggan. Beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh Pabrik Tahu Helen adalah sering mengalami kehabisan stok bahan dikarenakan terkadang banyak pesanan mendadak dari pelanggan. Proses pendataan bahan masih dilakukan dengan cara pencatatan secara manual sehingga dapat terjadi kesalahan dalam menentukan jumlah persediaan bahan. Bila diamati secara mendalam, masih banyak kendala yang terlihat sejak usaha ini dilaksanakan. Dari sini penting untuk dikaji ruang lingkup dari penerapan supply chain managemen sebagai wujud dari usaha memajukan pelaku bisnis khususnya industri rumah tangga. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan database MySQL. The purpose of this study is to apply the Single Exponential Smoothing method for forecasting product sales at HNI Kisaran based on the data obtained. The research method used in this research is qualitative research which is research that only collects data and explains descriptively/narratively without having to be processed by statistical tests. This research will only utilize data obtained from research sites and input them without changing anything. Manual calculation results and computerized calculation results have the same results. Using the Single Exponential Smoothing method can help HNI Kisaran to determine the amount of product that must be provided in order to be able to meet customer demand.

Abstrak: Penjualan produk yang sering terjual dan produk baru di HNI Kisaran mengalami fluktuasi yaitu kadang kala meningkat dan kadang kala menurun. Hal ini disebabkan karena konsumen sering berpindah-pindah ke Stockis lainya dikarenakan produk yang diinginkan tidak ada sedangkan jika harus membeli, harus melakukan Pre Order terlebih dahulu dan menunggu beberapa hari. Masalah tersebut berdampak pada pengendalian stok produk yang tidak dapat diprediksi dengan baik oleh pihak HNI Kisaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan metode Single Exponential Smoothing untuk peramalan penjualan produk di HNI Kisaran berdasarkan data yang diperoleh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang hanya mengumpulkan data dan menjelaskan secara deskripstif/narasi tanpa harus diolah dengan pengujian statistik. Penelitian ini hanya akan memanfaatkan data yang diperoleh dari tempat riset dan menginputkannya tanpa mengubah apapun. Hasil perhitungan manual dan hasil perhitungan komputerisasi memiliki hasil yang sama. Menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing dapat membantu pihak HNI Kisaran untuk menentukan jumlah produk yang harus disediakan agar mampu memenuhi permintaan pelanggan.

ceptual findings published between 2017 and 2026 concerning the determinants, measurement, and consequences of regional financial independence, particularly the role of local own-source revenue (PAD), intergovernmental transfers, and capital expenditure. Using a systematic search of Scopus, Google Scholar, and Garuda databases, 30 relevant articles were screened, selected, and analyzed following defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The review finds that fiscal decentralization consistently strengthens local revenue mobilization and administrative accountability when accompanied by adequate institutional capacity, transparent governance, and effective management of natural and economic resources. However, the effectiveness of decentralization varies considerably across regions due to disparities in economic potential, human resources, and political commitment. The synthesis further shows that financial independence positively affects the quality of public services and regional economic growth, although the relationship is moderated by expenditure efficiency and governance quality. The novelty of this review lies in its integrative framework linking revenue-side determinants, expenditure behavior, and governance mechanisms within a single analytical narrative, an integration rarely addressed jointly in prior single-country studies. The findings offer practical implications for policymakers designing fiscal transfer formulas and for future researchers seeking to test moderating variables such as digitalization and institutional quality in the fiscal decentralization–financial independence nexus.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi gaya komunikasi pejabat—baik defensif, teknokratis, maupun akomodatif—serta mengkaji dampaknya terhadap persepsi publik dan mobilisasi aksi massa. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis wacana kritis (Critical Discourse Analysis), berdasarkan pernyataan pejabat di media, konferensi pers, dan unggahan media sosial, yang kemudian dipadukan dengan respons publik melalui media digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya komunikasi defensif dan teknokratis memperparah ketidakpercayaan publik, sementara respons akomodatif pemerintah datang terlambat dan gagal meredam eskalasi. Media sosial terbukti memainkan peran strategis sebagai arena counter-narrative yang mempercepat delegitimasi komunikasi elit, dengan memobilisasi solidaritas digital menjadi aksi nyata di jalanan. Nilai kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada analisis integratif antara gaya komunikasi pejabat, dinamika digital, dan eskalasi demonstrasi kontemporer. Grounded in framing theory, narrative theory, and social capital theory, the research explores how volunteers construct persuasive anti-drug messages through culturally rooted storytelling, emotional framing, and symbolic communication. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through interviews, focus groups, observations, and campaign materials with 18 youth volunteers. The findings reveal that volunteers effectively used personal experiences and local narratives to foster trust and collective identity, transforming individual challenges into shared stories of hope and resistance. Emotional strategies, such as gain-framed and fear-based appeals, were deliberately crafted to trigger empathy and promote behavioral change. Volunteers also capitalized on their deep integration within community networks to enhance message credibility and reach, cultivating both bonding and bridging social capital. The study challenges top-down approaches in health campaigns, illustrating the power of peer-led, culturally resonant communication. It contributes a layered communication model for grassroots health advocacy and underscores the transformative impact of narrative-driven volunteer engagement. The study recommends integrating cultural framing in training programs and exploring digital channels to scale grassroots messaging in future research.
