THE ANALYSIS OF THE FORMAT AND PRESENTATION OF ENGLISH COURSE IN CURRICULUM MERDEKA

The Merdeka Curriculum is a curriculum with an intracurricular learning system that provides teachers with… th the freedom to choose teaching materials according to the needs and interests of the students. English is one of the subjects programmed in the Merdeka Curriculum. The English language learning in the Merdeka Curriculum is designed to help individuals improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in English. This research adopts a library research method by collecting data and information from relevant literature sources. The collected data is analyzed through a review and understanding of existing literature. The research findings indicate that the Merdeka Curriculum provides comprehensive guidelines regarding identity, structure, teaching methods, and assessment, with a focus on flexibility in subject selection and the development of individual potential.

The Importance of Conducting Need Analysis to Design English Courses in Curriculum Merdeka

In this context, needs analysis has become an important stage in ensuring that the material, techniques, and evaluation in the English language course meet the needs of students. The article discusses the importance of needs analysis in designing English language courses. Needs analysis helps determine appropriate learning objectives and guides curriculum development. The curriculum can be designed to integrate relevant and practical language skills while comprehensively assessing student needs. Additionally, needs analysis allows for the customization of learning programs to student characteristics. Each group of students has unique backgrounds, interests, and demands. By studying students' needs specifically, teachers can select and design resources that are appropriate for their skill level, interests, and context. This will encourage students to learn. The article also emphasizes the importance of involving students in the needs analysis process

Menggali Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak: Peran Persepsi Kemudahan dan Sanksi dalam Implementasi Coretax

Abstract: Perkembangan digitalisasi perpajakan di Indonesia mendorong hadirnya sistem administrasi Coretax sebagai upaya pembaharuan layanan perpajakan yang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menggali ketaatan wajib pajak… k dalam implementasi Coretax dengan menekankan pada peran persepsi kemudahan penggunaan sistem dan pengaruh sanksi perpajakan. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif deskriptif menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam kepada wajib pajak orang pribadi karyawan yang memanfaatkan sistem Coretax dalam melaporkan SPT Tahunan. Temuan pada penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa mayoritas wajib pajak masih menghadapi kendala pada tahap awal penggunaan sistem, khususnya dalam memahami fitur-fitur yang tersedia serta alur pelaporan pajak. Namun, setelah memperoleh pendampingan dan pengalaman penggunaan, wajib pajak mulai merasakan kemudahan dari layanan yang terintegrasi dalam satu platform. Selain itu, sanksi perpajakan dan tuntutan administratif dari lingkungan kerja juga menjadi faktor yang mendorong kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam pelaporan pajak. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam implementasi Coretax dipengaruhi oleh interaksi antara penerimaan teknologi dan faktor perilaku. The development of tax digitalization in Indonesia has encouraged the implementation of the Coretax administrative system as an effort to modernize and integrate tax services. This study aims to examine taxpayer compliance in the implementation of Coretax by emphasizing the role of perceived ease of use of the system and the influence of tax sanctions. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with individual employee taxpayers who utilized the Coretax system to file their Annual Tax Returns. The findings reveal that the majority of taxpayers still encountered difficulties during the initial stage of system usage, particularly in understanding the available features and the tax reporting procedures. However, after receiving assistance and gaining experience in using the system, taxpayers began to perceive the convenience offered by the integrated services within a single platform. In addition, tax sanctions and administrative demands from the workplace environment were also identified as factors encouraging taxpayer compliance in tax reporting. This study indicates that taxpayer compliance in the implementation of Coretax is influenced by the interaction between technology acceptance and behavioral factors..

Implementasi Exercise Intradialisysis Untuk Mengurangi Kram Otot Pada Pasien Yang Sedang Menjalani Hemodialisis

Salah satu penanganan agar hemodinamik pasien tetap stabil adalah terapi sementara dengan hemodialisis. Hemodialisis dapat menyebabkan kram otot, oleh karena itu diperlukan latihan intradialytic exercise untuk dapat mencegah serta mengatasi kram selama proses hemodialisa. Tujuan: mampu memberikan dan menerapkan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien CKD dengan kram otot selama hemodialisa. Metode: penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus observasional dengan desain pendekatan (cross sectional) yang melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dan kajian rekam medis pasien. Hasil: dari hasil pengkajian dan pemeriksaan fisik didapatkan data pasien mengeluh mengalami kram otot selama menjalani hemodialisa. Diagnosa utama keperawatan pada pasien kram otot pada saat menjalani hemodialisa adalah nyeri akut berhubungan dengan ketidakseimbangan elektrolit. Pencapaian yang diharapkan pada kasus ini dengan diagnosa nyeri akut berhubungan dengan ketidakseimbangan elektrolit dilakukan selama 3 hari, intervensi keperawatan diharapkan masalah keperawatan tersebut teratasi. Kesimpulan: asuhan keperawatan yang terencana dan terintegrasi mampu memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap keberasilan penanganan nyeri akut pada pasien kram otot saat menjalani hemodialisa melalui edukasi dan demonstrasi.

This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method. This method is used with the aim of describing research results in narrative form. In this study the data used are non-numeric secondary data. Non-numeric secondary data used in the study were found by searching for supporting information for this research from reports, journals, books and websites. The results of this study are that the fraud risk management approach can prevent fraud in the fraud triangle model, as well as detect and respond to fraud that occurs in banks.

Juridical Study of the Death of Mahsa Amini Based on Islamic Law and International Human Rights

Abstract: The death of Mahsa Amini in relation to the mandatory wearing of the hijab for Iranian women caused quite an uproar in the international community. The research was conducted by utilizing written literature, books, journals,… als, and past research results that are relevant to the research topic. The results of the research found that there was a violation of human rights from the loss of Mahsa Amini's life due to the actions of local authorities who were too repressive because she was considered not implementing the existing rules in Irat - relating to the obligation of Iranian women to wear the hijab and niqab. On the other hand, this shows that sometimes there is still a conflict of interest between the enforcement of human rights and the enforcement of Islamic law that collides with each other. In this case, a thorough investigation is needed to punish those involved and the government needs to review its law enforcement officers.

Changing Time and Options in Foreign Language Teaching of ELT Teachers in Northern Cyprus

Abstract: We live in the world where English language has become the most international language for communication among the other foreign languages. English just as the other languages has been used as a medium of communication for… or diplomatic relationship, administrative affairs, employment, commerce, or trade and above all for education. However, policies regarding foreign language teaching teachers in Northern Cyprus must be reviewed to provide immense opportunities to enhance language competence of both language teachers and learners. In this sense, foreign language teaching and learning policy in ELT as well as other foreign languages must be well taught and successfully integrated into school systems and societies. Hence, the open-ended questions have been administered to six (6) foreign language teachers to elicit more detailed responses concerning teachers’ perception on changing time and options in teaching industry. The findings reveal how significant it is to introduce positive changes in foreign language teaching. The study suggests to be circumspect in the implementation of language policies and classroom activities regarding foreign language teaching and learning in order to prevent negative influences on both the teachers’ and the learners’ first language, ethnicity or culture.
