Nias Regency. This study aims to determine the level of performance of Sisobahili Village office employees in the use of technology to improve administrative services. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research, and the object of this study is carried out on natural objects. The data collection techniques used in this study are Observation, Documentation, and Interview. The researcher made observations by directly going into the field to see the object being studied. Then the researcher conducted interviews to explore information to data sources, namely the main informant, key informant, and supporting informant, then collected documents about the use of technology techniques in analyzing the data carried out in this study after data collection, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the Sisobahili Village Office still does not have adequate facilities to support administrative service activities to the community such as computers that are still not owned by the Sisobahili Village office, the facilities in the Sisobahili Village office, only in the form of laptops and printers . The limitations of these facilities are an obstacle for the Village apparatus in carrying out administrative activities related to the use of technology, so in this case information technology has not been used optimally. Human Resources in the use of information technology by the Sisobahili Village apparatus is still low, due to the low level of education of village apparatus in terms of technology utilization, so that some forms of services carried out still have obstacles, all forms of services related to technology are always charged to operators and other devices that are able to use technology, so it can be concluded based on the results of interviews at the level of human resources of the Village apparatus The use of technology is still minimal. The technology application system in Sisobahili Village has been running since 2018, but in 2022-2023, the Village information system, based semi-online, due to a lack of support, and for 2024 the plan will be carried out online through the website.

This study used the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to collect and evaluate 20 relevant articles regarding strategies for reducing and preventing anemia in pregnant women. A literature search was conducted through various databases and articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected for analysis. The main finding of this literature review is that several effective strategies have been identified for the reduction and prevention of anemia in pregnant women, including iron and folic acid supplementation, dietary changes, regular check-ups, health education, and community-based awareness campaigns. Factors such as public awareness, supportive health policies, and easy access to health services play an important role in supporting the successful implementation of these strategies. However, there are also obstacles such as limited access and resources, non-compliance, and cultural challenges that can hinder efforts to prevent anemia. The conclusion of this research is that strategies for reducing and preventing anemia in pregnant women require a holistic approach involving various aspects, including strengthening health services, targeted health education, and cross-sector collaboration. By implementing appropriate recommendations, it is hoped that a significant reduction in the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women can be achieved and improve the overall health of mothers and fetuses.

The total sample size for this study was 30 respondents, comprising 5 purposively sampled employees and 25 community respondents selected incidentally. This research adopts a quantitative approach. Data was collected using observation and questionnaires, with frequency tables used for analysis. Based on the analysis of questionnaire data across the five indicators (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy), the findings indicate that the service quality at the Tihu Village Office in Teluk Ambon Subdistrict is deemed insufficient.

is study also identified factors that support or hinder family participation in the IMCI program. The method used was a systematic literature review of various published studies. The method used is a systematic literature review with the main data source of 15 previous studies on the theme to be examined in this study so that the data makes a new finding. The main findings of this study show that family education, social and community support, health policies, and family experiences and perceptions of IMCI are important themes that influence the successful implementation of IMCI. Effective education of families improves their understanding and skills in managing childhood illnesses, while support from health workers and the community can increase family participation in IMCI programs. Supportive health policies and appropriate interventions also play an important role in ensuring the program's effectiveness. However, lack of motivation and adequate information from health workers can be barriers to family participation. This study confirms the importance of active family participation in IMCI implementation to improve child health outcomes. Recommendations for further research include evaluation of the most effective educational methods, the influence of technology in supporting IMCI, and longitudinal studies to monitor the long-term impact of family participation. From a health policy perspective, improved training for health workers, strengthened social and community support networks, and improved accessibility of health information through various media are suggested to support better implementation of IMCI programs.

City Drinking Water BLUD, one of the things that is of concern is that there are differences in data between the Revenue Treasurer and the Accounting Department. While the accounting department is duty to provide financial statement data to DPKP Cimahi City which will then be consolidated to BPKAD Cimahi City. When the accounting department reconciles data with BPKAD, there is different income data between BAPPENDA and BPKAD. This happened because there was no data reconciliation first between the revenue treasurer and the Accounting Section of the Cimahi City Drinking Water BLUD before the data was provided to interested parties. So far, BLUD Drinking Water uses SOPs that have not been updated. The problem occurred because the Cash Receipt SOP had not been updated and had not complied with the SOP preparation standards set by the local government. Needed to create a new Cash Receipt SOP so that the data provided by the Revenue Treasurer or Accounting Section becomes one vote. The methods used in preparing SOP are interviews, observations, and literature studies. The result of the community service carried out is that there is an excel format of the latest Cash Receipt SOP even though it has not been ratified because it is still waiting for the completion of SOP in other divisions.
