population consist of all undergraduate students in all the six faculties of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko. A simple random sampling technique was used to select 200 students, the instrument for data collection was self-constructed questionnaire titled “off-campus, social and academic life of undergraduates’’ on four-point likert scale. The face and content validity of the instrument was ascertained by the researchers. Test-retest technique was used by the researcher, Pearson product movement correlation was used to determine the correlation coefficient which was 0.76. Three hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. The hypotheses were tested using Pearson Product Moment Correlation analysis. The result indicated that there was a significant relationship between off-campus life and academic activities of undergraduate students. The result also showed that there was a significant relationship between off-campus life and academic activities of undergraduate students, and finally the result revealed that there is a significant relationship between off-campus life and academic activities of undergraduate students. It was suggested that The Management of the institution should monitor the activities of students living off-campus.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership and communication with motivation as an intervening variable on the performance of tourism village managers in Ubud District, Gianyar Regency. The research population is all the administrators or Pokdarwis members of tourist villages in Ubud District as many as 110 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling in order to obtain 93 people as respondents. The method of analysis using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with SEM-PLS analysis. The results show that directly transformational leadership, communication and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of managers, transformational leadership and communication have a positive and significant effect on motivation, and motivation is positively and significantly able to mediate the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of Tourism Village managers in Ubud District. According to the results of an independent sample t-test, male teachers have significantly stronger self-efficacy views than their female colleagues. Again, the results of a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test reveal that there was no statistically significant difference between the means of the five groups of teacher teaching experience in terms of teacher efficacy. The research implication is the need for motivation to produce work according to standards. The research suggestion is that motivation needs to be increased again by giving awards to managers to form awareness to be more enthusiastic and motivated and committed to work so that they can improve performance at the Denpasar City Waste Bank.

The method of determining the sample with a saturated sample and the method of analysis using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results show that the leader member exchange variable has an effectsignificanton employee performance, local culture has an effect positive and significant on employee performance.Local culture is not able to moderate the influenceleader member exchangeon employee performance but tends to be a predictor variable because it has positive but not significant results.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi literatur melalui pengkajian berbagai jurnal, artikel ilmiah, dan sumber referensi yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform seperti YouTube, Instagram, dan TikTok mampu meningkatkan minat belajar, mempermudah akses materi keagamaan, serta mendukung pembelajaran PAI yang lebih inovatif dan komunikatif. The development of digital technology has a significant impact on the learning process, including in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Social media, which was initially used as a means of communication and entertainment, has now developed into an interactive, flexible, and easily accessible learning resource for students. This study aims to analyze the optimization of social media use as a learning resource for Islamic Religious Education in the digital era and to describe the benefits and challenges of its use in the learning process. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature study type through the review of various journals, scientific articles, and relevant reference sources. The results of the study indicate that platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok are able to increase learning interest, facilitate access to religious materials, and support more innovative and communicative PAI learning. However, its use also faces several challenges, such as the spread of invalid information, low digital literacy, and potential distractions in learning. Therefore, guidance and supervision are needed so that the use of social media can effectively and responsibly support Islamic Education learning in the digital era.

caregivers. Inadequate knowledge may lead to inappropriate first aid measures that can worsen the child's condition. This research aims to identify the level of parent's knowledge regarding first aid management for children experiencing febrile seizures in Sei Mencirim. This study uses a descriptive design method with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study are all parents who brought their children for treatment to the Sei Mencirim Community Health Center in the last three months, wiht a sample of 36 respondents taken using an accidental sampling technique. The research instrument is a questionnaire consisting of 25 questions. Data analysis was carried out univariately to describe the level of respondents' knowledge. The results of the study show that parental knowledge based on the management of febrile seizures, parents have a good level of knowledge of 55.6%. Based on the administration during seizures, parental knowledge is in the sufficient category of 38.9%. Based on the administration of medication from the hospital after the child is treated, parental knowledge is in the good category off 66.7%. Based on information about seizures, parental knowledge is in the good category of 75.0%. concluded that the level of parental knowledge about first aid for children experiencing febrile is in the good category of 80.5
