iases, emotions, culture, and materialism on the tendency to incur debt, as well as how financial literacy, job security, and religiosity moderate these relationships. A quantitative approach was used in this study, employing an ex post facto design supported by a survey questionnaire. Primary data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms, with 400 respondents selected through simple random sampling. The results show that financial behavior biases, such as overconfidence and aversion regret, have a positive and significant effect on Propensity to Indebtedness. Emotions and culture also have significant influences, where emotional impulsivity and consumption-driven cultural values affect the tendency to incur debt. Materialism was found to strongly influence decisions to incur debt to fulfill lifestyle needs. Additionally, the moderating effect of financial literacy strengthens the relationship between financial behavior biases and Propensity to Indebtedness, indicating that better financial understanding helps individuals make wiser decisions. Job security also strengthens this relationship by providing emotional and financial stability. On the other hand, religiosity weakens the influence of emotions and materialism on Propensity to Indebtedness, although practical approaches are still needed to strengthen these effects. This research contributes academically by expanding insights into financial behavior and debt management, and it provides practical implications for the development of effective financial education programs aimed at improving financial literacy among Indonesian society.

d for this research used a purposive sampling technique and the sample used was 148 teenagers. Based on the results of data analysis using bivariate correlation between body image variables and body dysmorphic disorder tendencies, r = -0.268 with p = 0.001, which means there is a negative relationship between self-esteem variables and body dysmorphic disorder. The results of data analysis between the self-esteem variable and body dysmorphic disorder obtained a correlation coefficient value of r = -0.254 and p = 0.002, which means there is a negative relationship between the self-esteem variable and the tendency for body dysmorphic disorder. Multivariate correlation in the regression test shows that the coefficient of determination R Square is 0.074. Based on the multivariate correlation regression, the correlation coefficient value R = 0.272 and p = 0.004 is obtained, which means there is a relationship between body image and self-esteem and the tendency for body dysmorphic disorder. The effective contribution of body image and price to the tendency for body dysmorphic disorders is 7.4%, while 92.6% is a contribution from other factors not studied.

techniques through documentation, interviews, and observation. Quantitative analysis is carried out by measuring the formal compliance ratio based on the number of taxpayers who pay on time compared to the number of registered taxpayers, while qualitative analysis is conducted through indicators of awareness, compliance with due dates, compliance with regulations, willingness to pay, and views on Samsat services. The results of the study indicate that the level of taxpayer compliance is relatively high, but it shows a tendency to decrease from year to year. The decrease is influenced by the increasing number of registered vehicles that is not matched by an increase in awareness, the economic factors of the community, and delays in payment due to other priority needs. Service innovations such as mobile services and digital convenience contribute positively, but have not fully encouraged optimal compliance. This study confirms that improving compliance requires continuous education strategies, strengthening public services, and consistent supervision
Abstract:The present study is a statistical hypothesis testing research aimed at examining the determinants of auditor turnover intention, specifically the influence of work motivation, workload, and time budget pressure as independent…
endent variables, with job satisfaction acting as a moderating variable. The research was conducted among auditors working at Public Accounting Firms in East Java. The population of the study consisted of junior and senior auditors employed at medium- and large-scale firms operating in the region. Data were collected using a survey method through primary questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.0 to test the structural relationships between variables. The findings of this study indicate that work motivation negatively influences turnover intention, whereas workload and time budget pressure positively influence turnover intention. The results also show that job satisfaction moderates the relationship between work motivation and turnover intention, strengthening its negative effect. However, job satisfaction does not significantly moderate the influence of workload or time budget pressure on turnover intention. Overall, the study highlights the crucial role of job satisfaction in reducing the tendency of auditors to leave their organization, especially in environments with varying levels of motivation, workload, and time pressure.
Abstract:This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of brand image on the purchasing decisions of students at the Faculty of Economics, Nias University, in the context of online shopping. The background of this study…
stems from the rapid growth of e-commerce in Indonesia, which has significantly changed consumer shopping behavior, particularly among students who are highly adaptive to digital technology. In online shopping situations, where consumers cannot physically assess the product, brand image becomes one of the main factors influencing consumer trust, perceived quality, and confidence in making purchasing decisions. The type of research employed is quantitative research with a survey approach. The study population consisted of 1,959 active students of the Faculty of Economics, Nias University, with a sample of 95 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire covering brand image indicators (strength, favorability, and uniqueness of brand association) as well as purchasing decision indicators (problem recognition, information search, evaluation of alternatives, purchase decision, and post-purchase behavior). The data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and determination test with the aid of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that brand image has a positive and significant effect on students' purchasing decisions in online shopping. This finding implies that the stronger the brand image, the higher the tendency of students to make online purchases. Therefore, companies or online businesses need to develop and strengthen their brand image through consistent marketing communication strategies, clear product information, and credible brand reputation to increase consumer loyalty and purchase intention.

Abstract:Fazlur Rahman is one of the modern Muslim thinkers who plays an important role in the reconstruction of Islamic thought, especially in responding to the challenges of modernity. He argues that Islam is not a static teaching,…
ing, but rather a dynamic value
system that must always develop in accordance with the changing times. One of Rahman's
main criticisms of the Islamic world is the tendency to understand the Qur'an and Sunnah
literally without considering their historical and social context. He offers a double movement
methodology, an approach that traces the original meaning of the text in its historical
context, then applies it to modern conditions. This approach allows Islam to remain
relevant without losing its essence. In addition to the interpretation methodology, Rahman
also contributed to the reform of Islamic education, the integration of science with religion,
and the reconstruction of Islamic law based on the principle of maqasid al-shariah. He
emphasized the importance of reopening the door of ijtihad so that Muslims do not get
caught up in taqlid, namely the attitude of accepting Islamic law dogmatically without
critical evaluation. Rahman also criticized Islamic fundamentalism which tends to reject
modernity absolutely, as well as radical secularism which seeks to eliminate the spiritual
aspect of human life. According to him, Muslims must be able to adopt the positive aspects
of modernity, such as the development of science and technology, without sacrificing
Islamic values. With a more rational and contextual approach, Rahman provides a
foundation for Islamic renewal that is not only based on tradition, but also open to the
development of the times. His thoughts offer solutions to various global challenges faced by Muslims, including in
legal, social, and economic aspects. Thus, modernity is not a threat to Islam, but rather
an opportunity to strengthen Islamic values in the lives of contemporary society.

s (X2), while the dependent variable is the ethical perception of accounting students (Y). This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population of this study consists of accounting students at Universitas Negeri Gorontalo, with a total sample of 32 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires via Google Forms and analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that partially, Love of Money has a positive and significant effect on the ethical perceptions of accounting students. This suggests that students perceive money as a motivation to achieve success in an ethical manner. Meanwhile, Machiavellian traits have a negative and significant effect on the ethical perceptions of accounting students, indicating that the higher the tendency toward manipulation and self-interest orientation, the lower the level of ethical perception. Simultaneously, Love of Money and Machiavellian traits have a significant effect on the ethical perceptions of accounting students.
