Abstract:Sustainable leadership is increasingly important for translating the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into effective decision-making, yet research on sustainable leadership, SDG trade-offs and synergies, and multi-actor…
tor governance remains fragmented. This study integrates these perspectives to develop a unified framework for SDG-oriented decision-making. A structured integrative literature review was conducted using Scopus as the primary database, complemented by Google Scholar and backward citation searching, with emphasis on studies published between 2015 and 2026. The synthesis shows that sustainable leadership extends beyond environmental responsibility by combining long-term orientation, stakeholder accountability, multidimensional sustainability objectives, and adaptive learning. Effective SDG-oriented decision-making also requires explicit assessment of trade-offs and synergies and governance mechanisms capable of aligning actors with different interests, resources, knowledge, and authority. Based on these findings, the study proposes the Sustainable Leadership–SDG Decision Framework (SL-SDG Framework), consisting of Leadership Orientation, Stakeholder Alignment, Policy Prioritization, Trade-Off and Synergy Assessment, Collaborative Implementation, SDG Outcomes, and Adaptive Feedback. Illustrative applications across coastal management, fisheries, mangrove restoration, sustainable tourism, urban sustainability, and organizational settings indicate that the framework is context-flexible but process-consistent. The framework contributes by positioning sustainable leadership as an iterative decision process for managing both inter-objective and inter-actor complexity. Future research should empirically validate its components, indicators, and causal relationships across governance and sustainability contexts.

Abstract:Keberadaan pedagang daging ayam skala mikro di pedesaan seringkali terabaikan dalam kebijakan pengembangan usaha, padahal mereka memegang peran vital dalam memenuhi kebutuhan protein hewani masyarakat sekaligus menjadi tulang…
ulang punggung ekonomi keluarga.
The existence of micro-scale chicken meat traders in rural areas is often overlooked in business development policies, even though they play a vital role in meeting the community's protein needs while serving as the backbone of family economies. This study aims to comprehensively identify and analyze the marketing strategies applied by chicken meat traders in Cumedak Village, Jember Regency, in facing increasingly intense market competition in the post-pandemic era. Using a qualitative approach with a case study type, this research involved three traders as key informants, as well as buyers and community leaders as supporting informants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, then analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model and SWOT analysis as a strategic mapping framework. The results reveal that all three traders experienced significant declines in sales volume, ranging from 33% to 50%, indicating structural external pressures. The traders' collective strategic position lies in Quadrant III (Turn-Around) and Quadrant IV (Defensive), confirming the dominance of internal weaknesses and external threats. Social capital and reputation as main strengths proved insufficient to counter threats such as the entry of outside village traders, fluctuating feed prices, and changing consumer behavior. The marketing strategies employed remain reactive and traditional, heavily reliant on word-of-mouth promotion and personal relationships. The implication of this research is the need for structured external intervention, particularly in the form of digital marketing assistance, easier access to capital, and business management training, to move traders from a defensive position towards a more competitive and sustainable enterprise.
Abstract:This study aimed to determine the relationship between stress levels and sugar and sodium intake among hypertensive patients at Bontomarannu Health Center. This quantitative study used an analytical observational design…
with a cross-sectional approach. The study involved 40 hypertensive patients selected using accidental sampling. Stress levels were measured using the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS-10), while sugar and sodium intake were assessed using three non-consecutive 24-hour food recalls. Blood pressure was measured using a tensimeter. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses, with Fisher's Exact Test applied to examine the relationships between stress level and sugar intake and between stress level and sodium intake at a 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results showed that 72.5% of respondents had moderate stress, 82.5% had adequate sugar intake, and 65.0% had excessive sodium intake. Fisher's Exact Test showed a significant relationship between stress level and sugar intake (p = 0.026), whereas no significant relationship was found between stress level and sodium intake (p = 0.759). These findings indicate that stress level was associated with sugar intake, but not with sodium intake, among hypertensive patients at Bontomarannu Health Center.
Abstract:Digital transformation has moved beyond the simple adoption of information technology and has become a fundamental organizational process affecting leadership, employee behavior, innovation, and performance. This study examines…
xamines the relationship between digital leadership and organizational performance by investigating employee innovation implementation as an intervening mechanism. Drawing on the Dynamic Capability View, digital leadership is conceptualized as a strategic capability that enables organizations to mobilize technological resources, stimulate employee experimentation, and facilitate the implementation of new ideas. A quantitative research design is proposed using a structured questionnaire administered to employees in digitally transforming organizations. The hypothesized relationships are tested using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The proposed model examines both the direct effect of digital leadership on organizational performance and its indirect effect through employee innovation implementation. The study contributes to digital leadership literature by distinguishing innovation implementation from the broader concept of innovative behavior and by explaining how employee-generated ideas can be translated into organizational value.
Abstract:The concept of authority plays a pivotal role in the context of civil law, particularly in delineating the powers and responsibilities vested in legal subjects through statutory provisions. This research explores the nuanced…
nced distinctions between "authority" and "competence," asserting that authority in civil law is a formal power granted by legislation, whereas competence refers to the scope and nature of the duties assigned. The study adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing descriptive analysis to investigate the legal foundations and implications of authority, particularly its attribution, delegation, and mandate in the legal system. The findings emphasize the complex interplay between state sovereignty and civil law, illustrating how authority functions within legal relationships and its relevance in ensuring accountability. This paper further examines how civil law governs the delegation of authority, its implications for legal subjects, and the underlying principles that guide such delegation. Ultimately, this research contributes to the broader discourse on authority in civil law, highlighting the essential role of legal frameworks in governing power delegation while maintaining legal order and justice.
Abstract:This study explores the application of Reality Therapy using the WDEP (Wants, Doing, Evaluation, Planning) technique to improve self-esteem among People Living With HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) at the Panti Sosial Bina Insan Bangun…
Daya II in East Jakarta. As PLWHA often face stigma, rejection, and psychological distress, self-esteem becomes a crucial component for mental resilience and social reintegration. This quasi-experimental research employed a pre-test and post-test control group design, involving five selected participants diagnosed with HIV/AIDS aged 18 and above. The intervention consisted of ten group counseling sessions focusing on helping participants identify their goals, assess current behaviors, and plan realistic strategies for change. Self-esteem levels were measured using the Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory (CSEI). Pre-test results indicated low levels of self-esteem, with an average score of 31. Following the intervention, the post-test average rose to 48, signifying a 54% improvement and placing participants in the high self-esteem category. Qualitative observations during therapy sessions revealed significant behavioral transformations, including increased emotional regulation, social interaction, self-acceptance, responsibility, and future orientation. The findings demonstrate that Reality Therapy with WDEP is an effective, culturally adaptable approach to psychological rehabilitation in institutional settings. It not only enhances self-esteem but also empowers PLWHA to rebuild their sense of self-worth, establish supportive relationships, and envision a hopeful future. The study contributes to expanding evidence-based psychosocial interventions for marginalized populations in Indonesia.
Abstract:This research uses a case study methodology to examine the social interactions of early adult women raised in single-parent households where the father figure has been absent since childhood. Data were collected through…
interviews, observations, and field notes. The study reveals that the informants had strong attachments to their fathers and experienced deep grief upon their fathers' deaths, which led to social withdrawal and reluctance to engage with the opposite sex. The absence of a father figure significantly impacted the informants' social development, particularly in forming relationships with the opposite sex. Informants expressed feelings of loss and were reluctant to open up to others, especially men, due to their grief and a sense of abandonment. Despite these challenges, the informants eventually adapted by accepting the reality of their father’s death, finding comfort in spiritual growth and learning to accept themselves. This study highlights the long-lasting effects of father absence on social behaviors, particularly in early adulthood, and how these individuals navigate their relationships with others.
Abstract:The rapid expansion of digital communication technologies has transformed the structure of human interaction within hyperconnected societies. This study examines the emergence of digital intimacy and its implications for…
the decline of authentic human presence in contemporary communication practices. Using a qualitative conceptual approach grounded in communication theory, media ecology, existential philosophy, and critical digital studies, this article explores how social media platforms, algorithmic systems, and virtual interaction reshape intimacy, identity, and relational experience. The findings reveal that hyperconnectivity produces a paradoxical condition in which individuals remain continuously connected yet increasingly experience emotional fragmentation, loneliness, performative communication, and communicative fatigue. The study introduces the concept of “presence erosion” to explain the weakening of embodied interaction and existential closeness caused by excessive technological mediation. Furthermore, the article argues that digital capitalism commodifies emotional expression and social interaction through engagement-driven communication systems that prioritize visibility over authenticity. Although digital technologies provide opportunities for global connectivity and social participation, they simultaneously threaten the depth of human relationships by replacing direct presence with symbolic and algorithmic interaction. This study contributes to global communication scholarship by offering an interdisciplinary theoretical framework for understanding the crisis of presence in digital civilization. Ultimately, the article emphasizes the importance of reconstructing communicative ethics grounded in empathy, attentiveness, and authentic human engagement within increasingly mediated social environments.
