Analysis The Causes of Bad Credit

Abstract: Bad credit is one of the main problems faced by the banking sector, which can threaten financial stability and bank profitability. This research aims to analyze the causes of bad credit through the literature review method,… od, by identifying and evaluating relevant scientific works. The research results show that the causes of bad credit can be categorized into four main factors: internal factors of the borrower, external factors of the borrower, internal factors of the bank, and regulatory and policy factors. The borrower's internal factors include poor management and weak financial capabilities, while external factors include unstable macroeconomic conditions and intense business competition. Internal bank factors include weak credit assessment processes and inappropriate credit policies, while regulatory and policy factors include less effective regulations and erratic changes in government policy. To reduce the risk of bad credit, banks and financial institutions are advised to improve credit assessment processes, tighten supervision of the use of funds, develop credit policies that are more flexible but based on in-depth risk analysis, and strengthen regulations and supervision. Macroeconomic risk mitigation strategies are also important to maintain financial stability. By implementing these strategic steps, it is hoped that the risk of bad credit can be minimized, support the stability and sustainability of the banking sector, and increase trust and security for all parties involved. This research emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive and coordinated approach in credit risk management to ensure the sustainability and stability of the financial system.

The results of this literature review aim to analyze the role of management audit in human resources. The method used to write this journal article is a literature review with an explanation of findings, theories and sources from other research which are quoted from references to become the basis for conducting research that comes from thoughts that have been produced by the researchers.The results of a review of research journals overall conclude that management audits can be utilized in the effectiveness of human resources which helps achieve company goals. By increasing the effectiveness of the company to achieve its goals, the company requires a management audit. This is in accordance with the results of a review which concluded that management audit plays an important role in human resources.

The Influence of Facilities and Service Quality on Member Satisfaction of The Golden Stik Kelapa Dua Depok Gym

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of facilities and service quality on member satisfaction at the Golden Stik Kelapa Dua Depok Gym. In the fitness industry, member satisfaction is an important factor that determines… mines the success and sustainability of a fitness center. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey involving a number of Golden Stik Gym members as respondents. The data collected was analyzed using statistical techniques to determine the influence of facilities and service quality on member satisfaction. The research results show that both facilities and service quality have a significant influence on member satisfaction. Complete and high-quality facilities, such as modern equipment, maintained cleanliness and comfortable spaces, contribute positively to member satisfaction. Apart from that, service quality, which includes staff professionalism, responsiveness to member needs, and the ability to provide personalized service, has also been proven to have a big impact. This research provides valuable insight for Golden Stik Gym management in their efforts to increase member satisfaction. In addition, the results of this research can be used as a reference for other fitness centers in developing strategies to increase their member satisfaction and loyalty. With the right focus on improving facilities and services, it is hoped that fitness centers can meet member expectations and continue to grow in this competitive industry

Abstract: Artificial Intelligence has become a transformative technology in the field of financial technology, leveraging advanced algorithms and machine learning to identify risks and make informed decisions. However, its widespread… ead adoption presents new challenges related to ethical use, data privacy, security concerns, potential bias, and discrimination. This study aims to explore the benefits of AI-based risk management in Fintech while highlighting associated challenges and providing recommendations. This research utilises the systematic review methodology to analyse existing literature and identify important patterns, gaps, and areas for further investigation. The study utilised data gathered from the Scopus database to obtain credible scholarly materials. Research data was collected from a variety of countries including the United States, China, European nations, and other Asian countries in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of AI-based risk management on a global scale. The findings highlight the crucial role of ethical considerations in implementing AI-based risk management systems to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability. Moreover, the fintech industry needs to establish strong data protection measures and address issues related to bias and discrimination in order to instil trust and uphold public confidence in AI-based risk management. Future research should emphasise  assessing the effectiveness of different algorithms and approaches while also examining potential regulatory frameworks and legal implications associated with AI-based risk management strategies.

Marketing Strategy For Micro Small To Medium Enterprises at 777 Sweet Fruit Shops in Gowa District

Abstract: The growth of MSMEs is increasingly widespread, especially the 777 fruit sweet shop business which markets various kinds of fruit, both local and imported. In the current era, MSME players should be able to utilize digital… al media to market their products so that consumers become more familiar with the products produced by these MSMEs. This research aims to determine the marketing strategy carried out by the 777 fruit sweet shop business to increase sales. This research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The informant was determined deliberately, namely the business owner of Sweet Fruit Shop 777. The data collection procedures used in the research included observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained was analyzed using SWOT analysis. Based on the research results, show that the strategy implemented by the 777 fruit sweet shop business in Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi Province is in quadrant one, namely Aggressive (growth-oriented strategy), which is a very profitable situation with implementation through Marketing Strategy. The coordinates of point x are the coordinates of the IFAS strategy with a coordinate point of 2.83, while the coordinates of point y are the coordinates of the EFAS strategy with a coordinate point of 2.07. The strategy that needs to be improved in fruit marketing is to make maximum use of digital marketing to reach a wider market.

Analysis of Factors Influencing the Performance of Female Civil Servants in Makassar City

Abstract: This study examined the influence of Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style on the performance of female Civil Servants (ASN) in the city of Makassar. Using a quantitative causal method, this research… rch collected data from 100 samples determined based on the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results of the study showed that all independent variables had a significant impact on employee performance. Validity and reliability tests confirmed the reliability of the research instrument. The regression model indicated that an increase in the variables of Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style was positively associated with an improvement in employee performance. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 31% indicated that independent variables influenced 31% of the variance in employee performance, while the rest was influenced by other factors.This research confirms that education and training are important for improving the quality and performance of employees. Work motivation significantly affects performance, and effective leadership style positively contributes to employee performance. In conclusion, Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style collectively and partially have a significant impact on the performance of female ASN employees in the city of Makassar.

Analysis of The Income Statement in The Room Department of The Harper Perintis Makassar Hotel by Aston in 2020-2022

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the Income Statement of the Room Department at Harper Perintis Makassar By Aston Hotel in the 2020-2022 time span. The hospitality industry plays an important role in the tourism industry and the… he economy of a region. The existence of hotels not only provides a significant economic impact through income and employment for local communities, but also has a social impact by improving living standards and social conditions. The results of this study indicate that although Harper Perintis Makassar By Aston Hotel offers various additional facilities such as swimming pools, restaurants, massage services, and others, room types such as Superior Room and Deluxe Room continue to contribute significant departmental profits. However, there was a decrease in the Room Department's profit and loss at the end of 2017 due to room renovations and new facilities, as well as in 2019 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which resulted in a decrease in guest visits. This study uses quantitative research methods with a positivism approach. Primary data was obtained from the financial statements of the Rooms Department of Harper Perintis Makassar By Aston Hotel for 2020-2022. Data collection techniques involved field research with observation, direct interviews, and documentation.

The research provides strategic insights for Islamic banks in Eastern Indonesia, suggesting that a focus on enhancing corporate image and trust can lead to increased customer loyalty. The sample for this study the millennial generation and Z generation who live  Makassar City and have total wealth… l wealth or investment around IDR 70 million. We use this generations because the next generation has an important role to build and develop the finance sector in Indonesia and will support to become a developed country. The results show that financial literacy, income and financial behavior significantly positive with investment decisions. It is mean that good financial literacy, higher income, and the well financial behaviour will improve the quality of investment decisions.
