analyze the influence of employee motivation on the quality of administrative services at the Leihitu Sub-district Office, Central Maluku Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory design to identify causal relationships between variables. The population in this study consists of all employees involved in administrative services, and total sampling was used due to the manageable number of staff. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale to measure motivation and service quality indicators. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and linear regression to determine the effect of motivation on service quality. The results show that employee motivation significantly and positively influences administrative service quality. Employees with higher intrinsic and extrinsic motivation tend to demonstrate better responsiveness, discipline, communication, and consistency in carrying out public service functions. The study concludes that strengthening motivation is essential to improve public service performance. Therefore, organizational leaders are encouraged to enhance work motivation through recognition, supportive leadership, fair reward systems, and professional development opportunities to ensure services meet community expectations.

gulation embodies asymmetric decentralization intended to protect the rights of Indigenous Papuans (OAP) and address local needs. However, it raises legal concerns regarding ambiguous authority distribution between central, provincial, and municipal levels, as well as the unclear operational role of the Papuan People’s Assembly (MRP). The main research problem is whether PP No. 106/2021 provides a coherent and constitutionally consistent governance framework. This study applies doctrinal legal research using normative-analytical methods, including statutory interpretation, constitutional tests, and comparative perspectives. The findings indicate weak accountability mechanisms in managing Special Autonomy Funds, limited integration of customary law, and institutional fragility in newly established bodies such as BP-DOP and UPAP. The study concludes that PP No. 106/2021 does not fully align with the constitutional principles of legal certainty and decentralization. It recommends substantial revisions, strengthening MRP’s legal status, formal recognition of customary law through Perdasus, and an institutional blueprint with clear performance indicators to ensure effective, inclusive, and adaptive governance in Papua

purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing strategies for interactive education at the school and to identify the factors that support and hinder the implementation of these strategies. To provide an understanding of interactive education marketing strategies, data was obtained through field observations and in-depth analysis. The research results show that product, price, promotion, and people are the main indicators in the interactive education marketing strategy. Through school public relations and appropriate pricing, this strategy aims to create a good image. It was found that people's involvement and promotion are important factors in the success of educational service marketing. Nevertheless, the research also found several obstacles. In 2023, out of 37 health centers in Semarang, 36 health centers (97.3%) achieved “Plenary” accreditation and 1 Health Center (2.7%) achieved “Main” accreditation. The purpous of this study are to To determine the current OSH practice and determine OSH aspect that needs improvement based on Health Ministry Regulation No.52 of 2018. qualitative methods with a case study design. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management at Padangsari Health Center was evaluated based on 92 indicators from three main aspects. In the OHS management criteria, 14 out of 23 indicators (60.9%) have been met. For OSH standards, 45 out of 61 indicators (73.8%) have been met. Meanwhile, 8 indicators related to OSH training, reporting, and recording have all been met. Although Padangsari Health Center has achieved "Main" accreditation with an achievement of 72.8%, further efforts are still needed to meet at least 80% of the assessment indicators in order to obtain the highest accreditation, namely "Plenary". It is recommended to improve indicators, especially in improving OHS planning, strengthening supervision, ensuring staff compliance with SOPs, and evaluating the effectiveness of OSH implementation in the future.

Data analysis using multiple linear regression shows that family income, mother's education level, and access to social assistance programs significantly affect family economic resilience. The data processing in this research uses Descriptive Statistical Analysis to describe the economic characteristics of families, such as income, expenditure, and welfare indicators. The results of this study indicate that early marriage has a significant impact on the economic resilience of families in Mayang Village, as reflected in decreased income and increased health burdens. These findings also highlight the importance of women's economic empowerment programs and improved access to education as efforts to enhance the welfare of families involved in early marriage. Interventions targeting education, health, and changes in social norms are crucial for improving the economic resilience of families in Mayang Village.

The total sample size for this study was 30 respondents, comprising 5 purposively sampled employees and 25 community respondents selected incidentally. This research adopts a quantitative approach. Data was collected using observation and questionnaires, with frequency tables used for analysis. Based on the analysis of questionnaire data across the five indicators (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy), the findings indicate that the service quality at the Tihu Village Office in Teluk Ambon Subdistrict is deemed insufficient.

Although it is already quite good, further improvement is necessary, especially in terms of employees giving warnings to colleagues who violate rules. The family approach has also positively contributed to efforts to prevent bureaucratic pathologies. The weekly evaluations conducted by the section head with the team can be seen as a proactive step in maintaining performance quality. Although it is already quite good, there is a need for improvement to make these evaluations more effective in preventing and addressing violations. On the defensive strategy side, implementing mild sanctions in the form of written warnings has been effective. These sanctions are given to employees who violate rules, such as being absent without notice for 6 to 10 days. Moderate and severe sanctions have also been well implemented when needed, indicating readiness to respond to more serious violations. Overall, offensive and defensive strategies in the Sub-District Office of Pitumpanua are already quite good, but continuous improvement is needed to ensure their effectiveness in dealing with various situations and cases of bureaucratic pathologies in the future.

Namun, data tersebut belum sepenuhnya dimanfaatkan dalam bentuk informasi strategis untuk mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan, khususnya pada program literasi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan informasi pemerintah daerah serta merancang dashboard sistem informasi literasi digital berbasis data aplikasi SIBAHAGIA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan melalui studi dokumen dan wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan pemerintah daerah, perancangan dashboard menggunakan pendekatan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), serta pemodelan visualisasi informasi yang mengacu pada indikator kinerja utama (Key Performance Indicators). Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan dashboard yang menyajikan informasi literasi digital secara terintegrasi, meliputi tingkat penggunaan aplikasi, sebaran pengguna, dan capaian program literasi digital. Rancangan dashboard ini diharapkan dapat membantu pemerintah Kabupaten Batubara dalam melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi program literasi digital secara lebih efektif, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan berbasis data. Selain itu, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis dalam pengembangan sistem informasi pemerintahan daerah berbasis dashboard.
