the proportion of funds that must be invested in each of the IDX High Dividend 20 shares listed on the IDX for the 2019 - 2022 period which forms a portfolio. (3) Knowing the amount of return and risk from the optimal IDX High Dividend 20 portfolio recorded on the IDX for the period 2019 - 2022 using the single index model. The sample of this research is 29 company shares selected based on purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are carried out with documentation. Data analysis technique uses a single index model.
The results of this study indicate that there are 12 company shares included in the optimal portfolio, namely ADRO of 11.9%, BBCA of 8.7%, BBRI of 2.5%, BMRI of 13.1%, LPPF of 3.5%, ITMG of 11.3%, PTBA of 0.6% , TOWR 0.5%, DMAS 2.2%, ANTM 14.5%, HEXA 25.3%, and MPMX 5.9%. The expected return that investors get from the optimal portfolio formed is 0.0279 or 2.79% per month. The portfolio risk borne by the investor on investment from the optimal portfolio is (portfolio variance of 0.0144 or 1.44% and a standard deviation of 0.12 or 12% per month.

The results showed that partially, the lifestyle variable (X1) had a positive effect on consumptive behavior (Y) with a value of T count (5.732) > T table (1.985) and the self-concept variable (X2) had a positive effect on consumptive behavior (Y) with a value of T count (3.085) > T table (1.985), while simultaneously the lifestyle variable (X1) and self-concept (X2) had a positive effect on consumptive behavior (Y) with a value of F count (51.087) > F table (3.10).

The results show that the loan performance coefficient positively and significantly affects profit growth. The results of testing loan performance on profit growth show a path coefficient of 0.372 with a t-statistic value of 3.504. The t-statistic value is smaller than the t-table value (1.96). The coefficient of operating costs and operating income shows a negative and significant impact on profit growth. The results of the OCOI test on profit growth show a path coefficient of -0.638 with a t-statistic value of 6.324. The t-statistic value is greater than the t-table value (1.96). The loan performance coefficient through operational costs and operating income is negative and not significant to profit growth. The results of testing the performance of loans through OCOI on profit growth show a path coefficient of -0.174 with a t-statistic value of 1.756. The t-statistic value is smaller than the t-table value (1.96).

The results showed that there were 8 shares of coal mining companies with a beta (systematic risk) value of greater than 1 (β > 1), and 16 shares of companies with a beta of less than 1 (β < 1. The highest RI was found in HRUM shares with a rate of return of 0.07650 or 7.65%, while the lowest Ri is found in BOSS shares with an average rate of return of -0.06000 or - 6%. The highest E(Ri) value is found in DOID shares with a value of 0.00177 or 0.18%, while the lowest E(Ri) is found in GEMS companies with a value of 0.00126 or 0.13%. There are 16 shares of coal mining companies which are classified as efficient shares consisting of shares of ADRO, BSSR, BYAN, DOID, DSSA, FIRE, GEMS, iHRUM, INDY, iITMG, MBAP, MYOH, iPTRO, SMMT, iTOBA, and BRMS, as well as 8 inefficient stocks namely ARII, BOSS, BUMI, DEWA, GTBO, KKGI, PTBA, and SMRU.

Bentoel Internasional Investama Tbk. The company is in a vulnerable precautionary zone for bankruptcy during 2018-2019 and there are indications that the company is experiencing financial difficulties in 2020. The company PT. Gudang Garam Tbk, PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna, PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk, has no potential for bankruptcy.

Path analysis (Path analysis) is the data analysis method used. The findings show that customer satisfaction at Marinor Café Makassar City is positively and significantly influenced by store atmosphere, service quality, and product variants. Therefore, it can be said that customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of service quality and product variety on customer loyalty, but does not mediate the effect of store atmosphere on customer loyalty.
