Data were collected through gamification-based platforms, student engagement surveys, and academic performance tests. The findings indicate that the use of gamification significantly increases student engagement, motivation, and academic achievement, particularly when integrated into a hybrid learning environment. This study also highlights challenges such as technology access and the need for teacher training to maximize the benefits of gamification. The results provide practical recommendations for educators to implement gamified elements in their teaching strategies and for platform developers to enhance features that support hybrid learning. There are various problems, including administrative problems regarding ownership of the market land, and there is a tug-of-war regarding land ownership status between the local community and the Agam Regency Government, which in this case is the Nagari Padang Tarok Government, which becomes an obstacle in developing market management. The method used in this research is the Osgood and Wilbur Schramm communication model and the Swot Analysis method. The problem of asset ownership status and the status of Pakan Rabaa Nagari Padang Tarok is still unresolved and still triggers disputes . The results of this research found that the communication strategy used was the Osgood and Wilbur Schramm model of communication approach , which was very effective in resolving Nagari market disputes.

Sistem yang dihasilkan mengintegrasikan fitur absensi cerdas berbasis barcode, pengelolaan paket latihan, dashboard personal bagi member, panel administrasi lengkap, notifikasi kadaluarsa paket, dan manajemen pengumuman camp. Validasi dilakukan melalui Black Box Testing dengan empat skenario pengujian, seluruhnya menghasilkan keluaran yang sesuai ekspektasi. Penerapan sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan akurasi pencatatan data secara signifikan.
The operational sustainability of a martial arts camp depends greatly on the quality of member data management. At BangRajan Muaythai Boxing, attendance recording and session monitoring still rely on manual processes, which frequently lead to data inaccuracies and allow members with expired packages to continue training undetected. This study designs and develops a web-based member management information system to address these issues. The development follows a phased approach employing UML modeling including Activity Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams. The technology stack consists of Next.js on the client side, NestJS on the server side, PostgreSQL as the relational database, and Better Auth for authentication management. The resulting system integrates barcode-based smart attendance, training package management, a personal member dashboard, a comprehensive admin panel, package expiry notifications, and camp announcement management. Validation was conducted using Black Box Testing across four test scenarios, all yielding expected outputs. Implementation of this system demonstrably improves operational efficiency and data recording accuracy.

Logika Fuzzy diterapkan untuk mentransformasikan istilah linguistik menjadi Triangular Fuzzy Numbers (TFN) dan skor tegas (crisp), sementara metode Weighted Product digunakan untuk mengagregasikan skor tersebut berdasarkan bobot multi-kriteria. Model ini dievaluasi melalui studi kasus yang melibatkan sepuluh pegawai honorer berdasarkan lima kriteria: disiplin, tanggung jawab, kualitas kerja, kerja sama, dan inisiatif. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa model hibrida ini berhasil meminimalkan subjektivitas penilai dan menghasilkan perengkingan yang dapat direproduksi secara matematis. Analisis sensitivitas mengonfirmasi stabilitas hasil peringkat akhir, sehingga model Hibrida Fuzzy Weighted Product yang diusulkan ini sangat sesuai untuk digunakan sebagai kerangka kerja utama dalam sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penilaian kinerja di sektor publik.
Performance evaluation of honorary employees in public institutions often relies on subjective linguistic assessments, leading to evaluator bias and limited accountability. To address this, this paper proposes a Hybrid Fuzzy-Weighted Product (Fuzzy-Weighted Product) model. Fuzzy Logic is adopted to transform linguistic terms into Triangular Fuzzy Numbers (TFN) and crisp scores, while the Weighted Product method aggregates these scores based on multi-criteria weights. The model was evaluated using a case study of ten honorary employees across five criteria: discipline, responsibility, work quality, cooperation, and initiative. The experimental results demonstrate that the hybrid model successfully minimizes evaluator subjectivity and delivers mathematically reproducible rankings. A sensitivity analysis confirms the stability of the final rankings, making the proposed Hybrid Fuzzy–Weighted Product model highly suitable as a core framework for decision-support systems in public sector performance appraisal.

The analysis reveals that the refrain serves three interrelated functions: stylistically, it foregrounds divine warning and creates rhythmic cohesion; structurally, it segments the surah into thematic units and signals discourse boundaries; rhetorically, it intensifies condemnation and engages the reader emotionally through cumulative repetition. Abdel Haleem’s consistent rendering of the refrain retains these functions effectively, unlike other translations that introduce lexical variation. The findings demonstrate that repetition in Qur’anic translation is not merely ornamental but performs essential linguistic and communicative roles. This study contributes to Qur’anic stylistics, translation studies, and discourse analysis by showing that sacred texts, when translated with rhetorical sensitivity, can preserve the stylistic integrity of the original.
