udy was conducted to explore perception of students in Islamic Education Department in using Google Translate in learning English subject. A questionnaire consisted of open-ended and close-ended questions was distributed to 138 students of Islamic Education Department. Then, descriptive qualitative research employed to describe and analyze the data. The result show that students assume Google Translate as a good way to help them translate difficult words, sentences, and paragraphes from English to Bahasa or Bahasa to English. Although the students find several problems especially in the quality of translation, they are confident to overcome the problems with effective ways. Moreover, the positive impacts of Google Translate use is greater that the negative impacts for several considerations.

The population in this study were all food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. TtechniqueSampling in this study using purposive sampling. Based on the predetermined criteria, the researchers determined 14 food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data were processed using SPSS version 25. The results show that Days of Inventory Outstanding (DIO), Days of Sale Outstanding (DSO), Days of Payable Outstanding (DPO) and DER have a simultaneous effect. On Profitability, shows that DIO, DSO, DPO and DER together are able to increase profitability, DIO has an effect on profitability, DSO has a negative effect on profitability. DPO has no effect on profitability.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership and communication with motivation as an intervening variable on the performance of tourism village managers in Ubud District, Gianyar Regency. The research population is all the administrators or Pokdarwis members of tourist villages in Ubud District as many as 110 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling in order to obtain 93 people as respondents. The method of analysis using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with SEM-PLS analysis. The results show that directly transformational leadership, communication and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of managers, transformational leadership and communication have a positive and significant effect on motivation, and motivation is positively and significantly able to mediate the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of Tourism Village managers in Ubud District. Gianyar Regency. The implication of the research is the need to improve harmonious relationships between Pokdarwis members as tourism village managers to participate together in developing a better tourist village.

Methods of data collection through: observation, interviews, documentation, and literature, questionnaires. The method of analysis using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the study show that direct motivation significant positive effect on the commitment and performance of managers, and commitment plays a partial role in mediating the influence of motivation on the performance of managers. The research implication is the need for motivation to produce work according to standards. The research suggestion is that motivation needs to be increased again by giving awards to managers to form awareness to be more enthusiastic and motivated and committed to work so that they can improve performance at the Denpasar City Waste Bank.

The research is causal in nature to provide an explanation and understanding of the relationship between the leader member exchange variable, local culture and employee performance variables. The research population was all employees of the Village Office in Abiansemal District, totaling 269 employees. Questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability were given to 73 respondents. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. The method of determining the sample with a saturated sample and the method of analysis using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results show that the leader member exchange variable has an effectsignificanton employee performance, local culture has an effect positive and significant on employee performance.Local culture is not able to moderate the influenceleader member exchangeon employee performance but tends to be a predictor variable because it has positive but not significant results.

Another finding of the survey was that respondents employ a wide range of social media lingo, including clipping, abbreviation, alphanumeric homophony, vowel deletion, graphone, and other slang terms, among other things. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan kompetensi mahasiswa magang melalui kontribusi dalam Tata Kelola Persidangan dan Komunikasi Publik pada rapat paripurna DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi observasi langsung, keterlibatan aktif dalam tugas, dan komunikasi informal dengan pegawai. Narasumber penelitian ini terdiri dari staf Sub Bagian Persidangan serta staf Humas Protokol DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah yang terlibat langsung dalam pelaksanaan sidang paripurna. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui teknik triangulasi sumber dengan membandingkan hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa magang berkontribusi aktif dalam mendukung administrasi persidangan, penyusunan notulen hasil rapat dan risalah rapat, pengelolaan dokumentasi kegiatan, serta koordinasi teknis pelaksanaan rapat paripurna. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara Sub Bagian Persidangan dan Humas Protokol pada rapat paripurna DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah menjadi faktor penting dalam mendukung efektivitas pelaksanaan rapat paripurna.
The internship program is a policy that provides opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience in the workplace. One implementation is internships in government agencies. This research was compiled based on internship activities carried out by students for four months in the Sub-Section of Trials and Protocol Public Relations of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council. Through direct involvement in the implementation of plenary sessions, students not only gain administrative experience, but also develop professional competencies that are relevant to the needs of the world of work, as well as support administrative and publication services. This study aims to analyze the development of student intern competencies through contributions to Trial Governance and Public Communication at plenary sessions of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council. The methods used in this activity include direct observation, active involvement in tasks, and informal communication with employees. The sources for this research consisted of staff from the Trial Sub-Section and Public Relations and Protocol staff of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council who were directly involved in the implementation of the plenary session. Data validity was obtained through source triangulation techniques by comparing the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the interns actively contributed in supporting the administration of the trial, preparing meeting minutes and minutes of meetings, managing activity documentation, and technical coordination of the implementation of plenary meetings. In addition, this study shows that the synergy between the Sub-Section of Trials and Protocol Public Relations at the plenary session of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council is an important factor in supporting the effectiveness of the implementation of plenary sessions.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi literatur melalui pengkajian berbagai jurnal, artikel ilmiah, dan sumber referensi yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform seperti YouTube, Instagram, dan TikTok mampu meningkatkan minat belajar, mempermudah akses materi keagamaan, serta mendukung pembelajaran PAI yang lebih inovatif dan komunikatif. Namun, penggunaannya juga menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti penyebaran informasi yang tidak valid, rendahnya literasi digital, dan potensi distraksi dalam belajar. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendampingan dan pengawasan agar penggunaan media sosial dapat mendukung pembelajaran PAI secara efektif dan bertanggung jawab di era digital.
The development of digital technology has a significant impact on the learning process, including in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Social media, which was initially used as a means of communication and entertainment, has now developed into an interactive, flexible, and easily accessible learning resource for students. This study aims to analyze the optimization of social media use as a learning resource for Islamic Religious Education in the digital era and to describe the benefits and challenges of its use in the learning process. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature study type through the review of various journals, scientific articles, and relevant reference sources. The results of the study indicate that platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok are able to increase learning interest, facilitate access to religious materials, and support more innovative and communicative PAI learning. However, its use also faces several challenges, such as the spread of invalid information, low digital literacy, and potential distractions in learning. Therefore, guidance and supervision are needed so that the use of social media can effectively and responsibly support Islamic Education learning in the digital era.

thod employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 10 empirical articles published between 2019 and 2026. Data were extracted based on the five stages of NEA — reading, comprehension, transformation, process skill, and encoding — and subsequently analyzed through narrative synthesis, percentage comparison, and descriptive effect size. The results indicate that comprehension errors and encoding errors are the most dominant categories, with the highest percentages of 56.92% and 50%, respectively, followed by transformation errors, which consistently fall within a moderate effect range (20–40%), while reading errors and process skill errors are classified as low. The primary causes of errors include weak understanding of geometric concepts, inability in spatial visualization, limited mathematical language, and lack of procedural precision. The findings contribute as a diagnostic foundation for designing more effective geometry learning, while simultaneously serving as a conceptual bridge toward higher-level geometry
