PERBANDINGAN DOUBLE MOVING AVERAGE DENGAN DOUBLE EXPONENTIAL SMOOTHING PADA PERAMALAN BAHAN MEDIS HABIS PAKAI

The pharmacy department has to forecast the demand to supply information… ormation for decision making in budgeting. In this paper, is comparing double moving average and double exponential smoothing method for 3 ml spuit for time series 01 January to 30 June 2017. The accuracy of forecasting is the most important and it can be measure with MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) and RMSE (Root Mean Square Value). The smallest value of MAPE and RMSE is having the high accuracy of forecasting. The double moving average method has the smallest MAPE = 0.353 and RMSE = 95.8 compare to Exponential Smoothingand be the best option to use as method to forecast the medical disposable supply demand.

Analisis Konten Kemampuan Berpikir Tingkat Tinggi (HOTS) Dalam Buku Matematika Kelas VII Kurikulum Merdeka

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konten latihan dan soal yang merepresentasikan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi (HOTS) pada buku teks Matematika kelas VII SMP terbitan Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset,… et, dan Teknologi sebagai bahan ajar Kurikulum Merdeka. Anifarka & Rosnawati (2023) menyatakan bahwa buku teks yang berkualitas seyogianya mampu memfasilitasi perkembangan kognitif peserta didik selaras dengan capaian pembelajaran yang ditetapkan. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kajian ini adalah analisis isi dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumen analisis merujuk pada dimensi kognitif C4 (Menganalisis), C5 (Mengevaluasi), dan C6 (Menciptakan) berdasarkan revisi taksonomi Bloom oleh Anderson & Krathwohl (2001). Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa dari total 485 butir soal dan aktivitas yang tersebar pada enam bab, sebanyak 147 butir (30,31%) tergolong dalam kategori HOTS. Distribusi HOTS tertinggi ditemukan pada Bab 5 tentang Persamaan dan Pertidaksamaan Linear Satu Variabel (38,46%), sedangkan terendah pada Bab 1 tentang Bilangan (22,80%). Level kognitif yang paling dominan adalah C4-Menganalisis (58,50%), diikuti C5-Mengevaluasi (28,57%), dan C6-Mencipta (12,93%). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa buku teks Kurikulum Merdeka telah mengintegrasikan HOTS secara lebih sistematis dibandingkan kurikulum sebelumnya (Fanani, 2018)meskipun proporsinya perlu ditingkatkan untuk memenuhi tuntutan pembelajaran abad ke-21. This study aims to analyze the content of exercises and questions representing higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) in the Mathematics textbook for grade VII junior high school published by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology as teaching materials for the Independent Curriculum. Anifarka & Rosnawati (2023) stated that a quality textbook should be able to facilitate students' cognitive development in line with the established learning outcomes. The method applied in this study is content analysis with a qualitative descriptive approach. The analysis instrument refers to the cognitive dimensions C4 (Analyzing), C5 (Evaluating), and C6 (Creating) based on the revised Bloom's taxonomy by Anderson & Krathwohl (2001). The research findings indicate that of a total of 485 questions and activities spread across six chapters, 147 items (30.31%) are classified as HOTS. The highest HOTS distribution was found in Chapter 5 on Linear Equations and Inequalities with One Variable (38.46%), while the lowest was in Chapter 1 on Numbers (22.80%). The most dominant cognitive level is C4-Analyzing (58.50%), followed by C5-Evaluating (28.57%), and C6-Creating (12.93%). This finding indicates that the Independent Curriculum textbooks have integrated HOTS more systematically than the previous curriculum (Fanani, 2018), although the proportion needs to be increased to meet the demands of 21st-century learning. 

The Effect Of Giving Manure Type Growth Regulators On The Vegetative Phase Of Chili Plants (Capsicum Frutescens)

Abstract: Cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) is a horticultural commodity with high economic value and continuously increasing market demand. The success of cayenne pepper production is largely determined by vegetative growth… in the early stages, which is influenced by the availability of nutrients and plant growth regulators. The use of manure as a source of organic matter and natural Plant Growth Regulators (PGRs) is expected to enhance vegetative growth. This study aimed to determine the effect of manure application and natural PGRs on the vegetative growth of cayenne pepper and to identify the treatment that produces the best growth.The research was conducted from December to January 2026 at the land of the Kopbun Suka Tani Sejahtera Business Research Center, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency. The study used a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with a 4 × 3 pattern and three replications. The first factor was the dosage of manure consisting of 0 kg (control), 1 kg, 1.5 kg, and 2 kg per plant. The second factor was the type of natural PGR, consisting of shallot extract, rice water, and coconut water. The observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, and number of branches at 15, 30, and 45 days after planting (DAP). Data were analyzed using the F-test and continued with the Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) test at a 5% significance level if the results were significant.The results showed that manure application had no significant effect on all vegetative growth parameters up to 45 DAP. The application of natural PGRs also showed no significant effect at 15, 30, and 45 DAP, as well as on other parameters. There was no significant interaction between manure and natural PGRs on all observed parameters.

The Transition from Conventional Constitutions to Digital Law: Constitutional Law Challenges in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract: The rapid advancement of digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in the twenty-first century has fundamentally transformed the structure of modern constitutional governance. Digitalization has reshaped the interactions… teractions between governments and citizens, altered the patterns of political participation, and presented major challenges to constitutional principles. This study aims to analyze the implications of technological development for constitutional law and propose the concept of a digital constitution as an adaptive framework in the AI era. This study employs a normative legal method, using both conceptual and statutory approaches. Legal materials consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary sources, which are analyzed qualitatively and descriptively. The findings reveal that, while digital transformation enhances governmental efficiency and public transparency, it also generates serious risks, including data misuse, digital surveillance, and political disinformation. These dynamics demand a reinterpretation of constitutional norms to protect citizens' digital rights in cyberspace. The concept of a digital constitution is proposed as a normative response that integrates digital rights into constitutional rights and reaffirms the principle of the rule of law within technological governance. To achieve a democratic and just constitutional order, it is crucial to strengthen regulatory frameworks, ensure algorithmic accountability, and foster collaboration among state institutions, civil society, and the private sector. Ultimately, constitutional law must evolve into an adaptive, transparent, and fair system that can address the profound challenges of the digital and AI-driven era.

Daily Peak Load Forecasting At PT. PLN Uses Anfis(Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System)

Abstract: The demand for electrical energy continues to rise with the progression of time. This growth must be matched by a reliable and cost-effective supply of electricity, requiring power systems that are both dependable and economical.… onomical. Since the amount of electricity consumed by users cannot be precisely predicted, balancing generation with consumption necessitates accurate electrical load forecasting. This study focuses on load forecasting using the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) method. The forecast developed targets daily peak loads, which fall under short-term load forecasting. The data used for this forecasting consists of historical daily peak loads from January 1, 2017, to June 9, 2022. The forecasting process involves parameters such as radius, squash factor, accept ratio, reject ratio, and epoch. The forecast accuracy is evaluated using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) metric. The results are then compared with PLN’s load forecasting, which employs the load coefficient method. The ANFIS-based forecasting achieved a MAPE of 1.879%, using networks Jaringan_24 and Jaringan_25. This MAPE value is slightly lower than PLN’s load forecasting MAPE of 1.917%, indicating better accuracy by the ANFIS method.

PARADOKS DIGITALISASI REKAM MEDIS ELEKTRONIK: ANALISIS KORELASIONAL BOTTLENECK PELAYANAN, KEPUASAN PASIEN DAN AKURASI DATA DI PUSKESMAS KOTA BATU KABUPATEN BOGOR

Abstract: Transformasi digital melalui implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) di Puskesmas Kota Batu, Kabupaten Bogor, yang semula bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan publik, justru memunculkan paradoks berupa bottleneck&#8230; sistemik dalam alur pelayanan klinis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji korelasi antara waktu tunggu sebagai indikator bottleneck dengan kepuasan pasien serta akurasi dan kelengkapan data rekam medis. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif korelasional dengan 379 responden (purposive/proportionate random sampling), data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner Likert, observasi langsung, dan audit data RME periode Juli– Oktober 2025. Hasil menunjukkan korelasi negatif signifikan antara waktu tunggu dengan kepuasan pasien (Beta = −0,32; p < 0,01; R² = 0,21) dan antara waktu tunggu dengan akurasi data (r = −0,45; p < 0,05). Rata-rata durasi input RME mencapai 9,5 menit per pasien tanpa skrining awal, dengan puncak waktu tunggu 72 menit pada periode 08:31–09:30 WIB. Kondisi tekanan tinggi mendorong petugas melakukan plotting data yang mengancam integritas rekam medis. Penelitian menegaskan bahwa digitalisasi tanpa process re-engineering dan penyesuaian kapasitas SDM menjadikan teknologi sebagai beban administratif. Rekomendasi mencakup penyederhanaan antarmuka RME, demand management pada jam puncak, dan pengembangan sistem self-service skrining terintegrasi.

MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL MODEL PEMBELAJARAN SELAMA KEGIATAN ASISTENSI MENGAJAR DI UPT SDN 066656 MEDAN SELAYANG

Abstract: Teaching assistance is part of a field experience program aimed at integrating theory learned in lectures with hands-on practice in the classroom. Through this activity, students are expected to develop pedagogical, professional,&#8230; essional, social, and personal competencies in line with the demands of the teaching profession. This teaching assistance activity is conducted at UPT SD Negeri 066656, one of the elementary schools in Medan, specifically located at Jl. Karya Sembada No. 182 A PB. Selayang II. The objective is to provide direct teaching experience, understand student characteristics, and develop skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating the learning process. Through this teaching assistance program, students not only observe the learning process but also actively participate in teaching activities and assist teachers in the learning process. This report is compiled as a form of accountability for the implementation of the teaching assistance activities and as a reflection on the experiences gained during the program. Additionally, students have carried out a series of activities focused on improving the quality of learning and applying 21st-century learning approaches. The activities conducted include: Students observing the learning process in the classroom, including analyzing the curriculum and students' learning needs. Students developing learning materials such as lesson plans/teaching modules and designing learning media. Students also actively participating in the adaptation of technology in learning.

Strategies for Developing Technical Competence and Soft Skills in Improving Customer Service Quality at NJS Alumunium Bandung

Abstract: The manufacturing sector in Indonesia, particularly within the aluminum fabrication and extrusion industry, is currently navigating a period of intense structural transition. Historically characterized by a focus on physical&#8230; ical output and technical specifications, enterprises are now increasingly compelled to adopt a service-dominant logic to maintain competitive viability. This research report investigates the strategic implementation of human resource development programs at NJS Alumunium, focusing on the dual-pathway integration of technical competence (hard skills) and interpersonal proficiencies (soft skills). Utilizing the SERVQUAL framework as a primary evaluative tool, the analysis explores how specific technical abilities, such as CNC machining, precision welding, and CAD design, intersect with soft skills like emotional intelligence, communication, and proactive problem-solving to drive customer satisfaction. The study synthesizes data from contemporary Indonesian industrial policies, including "Making Indonesia 4.0," and academic frameworks such as Workplace Learning (WPL) and Total Quality Management (TQM). Findings indicate that while technical mastery is a prerequisite for entry into the high-end aluminum market, soft skills serve as the critical differentiator in fostering customer loyalty and bridging the gap between expectation and perception. The report further details the role of management information systems, the impact of local cultural paternalism in leadership, and the emergence of green capabilities as essential components of a modern competency strategy. The proposed developmental model advocates for a continuous, mentored, and digitally-enabled training ecosystem that aligns organizational capabilities with the sophisticated demands of both domestic and international consumers.

Strategi Pengendalian Inflasi melalui Zakat dan Infak dalam Sistem Moneter Syariah Modern

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi pengendalian inflasi melalui zakat dan infak dalam sistem moneter syariah modern. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif berbasis tinjauan literatur, data sekunder dari&#8230; i jurnal terkini (2019-2024) dikumpul melalui database seperti Google Scholar, disaring, dan dianalisis secara tematik dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil menunjukkan zakat meredistribusi kekayaan untuk mengendalikan inflasi demand-pull, sementara infak meningkatkan produktivitas pasokan melawan cost-push; bukti empiris Indonesia mengindikasikan potensi zakat Rp300 triliun per tahun menekan volatilitas CPI hingga 1-2%, dengan sistem syariah 40% lebih rendah volatilitasnya daripada konvensional.
