The algorithm used is K-Means Clustering, where the data are grouped based on the same characteristics will be entered into the same group and the data set entered into the group does not overlap. Information displayed in the form of group ?? a group of graduate students who dominate the Study Program, so it is known to the group that has the best graduate quality. The results of this study will assist the University in analyzing the quality of graduated students and the most potential study programs. Software used to help this grouping is Rapid Miner.

Abstrak: Semakin meningkatnya jumlah mahasiswa yang diluluskan setiap tahunnya menyebabkan banyaknya data mahasiswa yang perlu diolah sehingga menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pengelompokan data tersebut. Pada penelitian ini menerapkan Data Mining dengan menggunakan metode Clustering untuk mengelompokkan kualitas lulusan mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu berdasarkan IPK dan Program Studi. Algoritma yang digunakan yaitu K-Means Clustering, dimana data dikelompokkan berdasarkan karakteristik yang sama akan dimasukkan ke dalam kelompok yang sama dan set data yang dimasukkan ke dalam kelompok tidak tumpang tindih. Informasi yang ditampilkan berupa kelompok – kelompok lulusan mahasiswa yang mendominasi Program Studi, sehingga diketahui kelompok yang memiliki kualitas lulusan terbaik. Hasil penelitian ini akan membantu pihak Universitas dalam menganalisa kualitas mahasiswa yang diluluskan dan program studi yang paling berpotensi diminati. Software yang digunakan untuk membantu pengelompokan ini adalah Rapid Miner.

Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data bahan konstruksi hanya sebatas Microsoft Office. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada sistem yang sedang berjalan, kesulitan ketika mencari data yang dibutuhkan, sering terjadi pengulangan data saat menuliskan data tersebut pada lapora, kesalahan penulisan data sehingga data yang dilaporkan tidak sesuai dengan data yang sebenarnya. Dengan sistem yang sedang berjalan,mengakibatkan ketidakefektifan dalam mengerjakan laporan dan waktu untuk mengolah data pelaksanaan konstruksi pembanguan jalan tidak efesien. Pada sistem yang diusulkan merupakan sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi untuk membantu memproses data pelaksanaan konstruksi pembangunan jalan sehingga permasalahan yang dihdapi selama ini dapat teratasi. Pembangunan sistem lama pada sistem baru akan menerapkan metode Waterfall. , suatu persoalan yang kemudian memunculkan beragam interpretasi dan perdebatan di kalangan ulama. Riwayat ini menimbulkan perdebatan di kalangan ulama, terutama karena mendapat sanggahan dari Aisyah yang menilai pemahaman tersebut tidak sejalan dengan prinsip Al-Qur’an yang menegaskan bahwa seseorang tidak akan memikul dosa orang lain. Perbedaan periwayatan antara Abdullah bin Umar dan Aisyah menunjukkan adanya dinamika dalam transmisi hadis yang memerlukan kajian kritis terhadap sanad, matan, serta konteks penyampaian hadis. Berangkat dari persoalan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji makna hadis tersebut melalui pendekatan ilmu hadis dan analisis terhadap penafsiran para ulama. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian kepustakaan dengan menelaah hadis-hadis terkait beserta syarah para ulama. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa yang dimaksud dalam hadis bukanlah tangisan biasa, melainkan ratapan berlebihan (niyāhah) yang disertai keluhan, penyesalan terhadap takdir Allah Swt., atau kebiasaan yang dahulu diperintahkan maupun diridhai oleh mayit semasa hidupnya. Adapun tangisan yang bersifat wajar karena rasa sedih tidaklah dilarang dalam Islam, bahkan Nabi Muhammad Saw. sendiri pernah menangis ketika kehilangan orang-orang tercinta. Dengan demikian, hadis tersebut harus dipahami secara kontekstual agar tidak menimbulkan kesalahpahaman terhadap ajaran Islam tentang rahmat, keadilan, dan sikap menghadapi musibah kematian.
This research employs a library research approach by examining the relevant hadith narrations along with their commentaries (syarah) by classical scholars. The findings indicate that the hadith does not refer to ordinary weeping but rather to excessive lamentation (niyāḥah), characterized by expressions of complaint, objection to Allah's decree, or practices that were encouraged, approved, or tolerated by the deceased during their lifetime. In contrast, natural weeping as an expression of grief is not prohibited in Islam. Indeed, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) himself wept upon the loss of his loved ones. Therefore, this hadith should be understood contextually to avoid misconceptions regarding Islamic teachings on divine mercy, justice, and the proper response to the calamity of death.

However, it raises legal concerns regarding ambiguous authority distribution between central, provincial, and municipal levels, as well as the unclear operational role of the Papuan People’s Assembly (MRP). The main research problem is whether PP No. 106/2021 provides a coherent and constitutionally consistent governance framework. This study applies doctrinal legal research using normative-analytical methods, including statutory interpretation, constitutional tests, and comparative perspectives. The findings indicate weak accountability mechanisms in managing Special Autonomy Funds, limited integration of customary law, and institutional fragility in newly established bodies such as BP-DOP and UPAP. The study concludes that PP No. 106/2021 does not fully align with the constitutional principles of legal certainty and decentralization. It recommends substantial revisions, strengthening MRP’s legal status, formal recognition of customary law through Perdasus, and an institutional blueprint with clear performance indicators to ensure effective, inclusive, and adaptive governance in Papua

ependent variables analyzed include Tax Planning, Sales Growth, and Dividend Policy, while the dependent variable is Firm Value. This research utilizes secondary data from financial statements, with sample selection using purposive sampling techniques, resulting in 65 observations from 13 companies that meet the established criteria. The analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression methods. The results indicate that Tax Planning has a negative and significant effect on Firm Value, while Sales Growth does not show a significant effect. On the other hand, Dividend Policy has been proven to have a positive and significant influence on Firm Value. These findings provide valuable insights for management and stakeholders in formulating corporate strategies to enhance firm value through more effective tax and dividend policies.

The results of the research show that the presence of APM officers has helped the patient registration process, but there are several things that make the use of APM less effective at Wava Husada Hospital, namely in terms of staff, the lack of APM officers, in terms of the method of using APM is not carried out in accordance with the SOP, in terms of Machine errors or loading often occur. Consequently, there are too many patients, the registration process is thrown off, services are provided non-procedurally, and registration is completed by hand. Efforts made by officers to ensure that the use of APM runs well are adding APM officers, training APM officers on APM use, and improving internet quality so it doesn't load frequently.

This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research, and the object of this study is carried out on natural objects. The data collection techniques used in this study are Observation, Documentation, and Interview. The researcher made observations by directly going into the field to see the object being studied. Then the researcher conducted interviews to explore information to data sources, namely the main informant, key informant, and supporting informant, then collected documents about the use of technology techniques in analyzing the data carried out in this study after data collection, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the Sisobahili Village Office still does not have adequate facilities to support administrative service activities to the community such as computers that are still not owned by the Sisobahili Village office, the facilities in the Sisobahili Village office, only in the form of laptops and printers . The limitations of these facilities are an obstacle for the Village apparatus in carrying out administrative activities related to the use of technology, so in this case information technology has not been used optimally.
