Despite its increasing popularity, empirical research explaining the psychological mechanisms underlying Continuous Viewing Intention in short-form drama remains limited. This study investigates the influence of Viewing Motivation on Flow Experience and Continuous Viewing Intention. In this study, Viewing Motivation is conceptualized as a higher-order construct comprising Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, Habit, Substitute Expectancy, and Aesthetic Motivation. Data were collected through an online survey involving 140 respondents in Makassar who actively consume short-form drama content. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that Viewing Motivation significantly influences both Flow Experience and Continuous Viewing Intention. Furthermore, Flow Experience significantly affects Continuous Viewing Intention and mediates the relationship between Viewing Motivation and Continuous Viewing Intention. These findings underscore the importance of motivational drivers and immersive viewing experiences in fostering sustained engagement with short-form drama content

ve developed beyond places of beverage consumption into urban social spaces linked to lifestyle, sociability, symbolic visibility, and identity formation, competition has become denser and more complex. The study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of how coffee shop owners and managers experience, interpret, and respond to this increasingly crowded market. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research employed in-depth semi-structured interviews with business actors involved in strategic and operational decision-making, supported by contextual observation and business-related documents. The findings reveal five main themes: market growth is experienced as both opportunity and pressure; similarity among coffee shops increases vulnerability and reduces perceived distinctiveness; entrepreneurs rely on continuous adaptation rather than fixed strategies; business sustainability is understood as stability, relevance, and survival rather than expansion alone; and competition is shaped not only by product and price, but also by ambience, visibility, symbolic value, and lifestyle alignment.

Twelve target-market participants assessed anonymized visual sets (A/B/C) produced under a standardized prompt structure, using a semi-structured protocol informed by attention-stage cues from the AISAS model. Expert input from a visual communication design practitioner was used to triangulate judgments on visual quality and brand fit. Data were analyzed through iterative coding and thematic synthesis to identify recurring evaluation dimensions and decision cues. The findings suggest that perceived brand fit is shaped by visual realism, compositional clarity, brand-consistent signals, and message interpretability, while prompt ambiguity and inconsistent visual cues reduce credibility. Islamic banking context that emphasizes efficiency, service quality, and regulatory compliance, and aims to clarify the contribution of these behavioral and organizational constructs to employee outcomes. A quantitative survey design was used, with data gathered via a structured questionnaire that operationalized the constructs. The data were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) to test direct and indirect relationships. The results reveal that (1) Result Oriented has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, confirming that goal clarity and disciplined execution lead to better performance; (2) Mindset does not have a direct effect on performance, but its effect through Employee Engagement is significant, indicating that Mindset influences performance only when employees are engaged; (3) Employee Engagement mediates the effect of Result Oriented on performance, improving execution; and (4) Togetherness has no direct or indirect effect on performance, suggesting that collaboration alone does not drive performance without clear goals and engagement.

However, the blurred boundaries between work and personal life in a hybrid setting can create challenges, such as overworking, interruptions during personal time, and social isolation. Using a qualitative approach, this study explores the experiences, challenges, and factors influencing work-life balance in hybrid work environments. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and focus group discussions with employees from various sectors. The findings reveal that while hybrid work promotes flexibility and autonomy, it also increases the risk of stress and burnout due to a lack of clear boundaries and insufficient organizational support. Factors such as flexible scheduling, supportive leadership, and access to user-friendly digital tools were identified as enablers of work-life balance. This research highlights the dual impact of hybrid work on work-life balance and emphasizes the need for clear organizational policies, leadership training, and technological support to ensure employee well-being. The findings provide actionable recommendations for organizations to optimize hybrid work practices.

Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi untuk menggali pengalaman dan pemaknaan guru serta dinamika praktik keseharian di lembaga. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konstruksi makna tauhid terbentuk melalui integrasi pembiasaan ibadah yang konsisten, peran guru sebagai mediator nilai melalui narasi kontekstual, serta dukungan budaya sekolah religius yang memperkuat pesan simbolik dan verbal. Praktik ibadah tidak sekadar menjadi rutinitas ritual, tetapi berfungsi sebagai pengalaman sosial yang membangun kesadaran ketuhanan secara bertahap. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa artefak budaya seperti Rumah Bolon, motif ulos, kain tenun Melayu, Bika Ambon, dan onde-onde mengandung representasi bangun datar, seperti persegi, persegi panjang, segitiga, trapesium, belah ketupat, dan lingkaran yang dapat dijadikan media konkret dalam pembelajaran. Integrasi budaya tersebut membantu siswa menghubungkan konsep abstrak dengan objek nyata, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, serta menumbuhkan apresiasi terhadap budaya daerah. ts. The absence of a racking system and clear classification of goods has caused the storage, retrieval, and work safety processes to not run efficiently. The research approach uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The tata letak design was carried out by implementing the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD) methods, then tested through simulations using FlexSim software with two operator scenarios. The simulation results showed that the proposed alternative tata letak design was able to improve the workflow by grouping goods into seven categories and arranging shelves based on the level of proximity of activities. However, the utilization rate of operators is still relatively low, namely 17.65% and 19.78%, due to the periodic pattern of goods arrival and efficient search times due to a more structured storage system. These findings indicate opportunities for human resource optimization through reducing the number of operators or adjusting workloads. The resulting tata letak design makes a practical contribution to improving warehouse space efficiency and operations, and can be used as a reference for applications for companies with similar characteristics.

Fokus penelitian diarahkan perbedaan antara citra positif yang ditampilkan dalam video TikTok dengan fakta di balik layar yang kemudian diungkap melalui kanal YouTube Podcast Bang Denny Sumargo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra Willie Salim sebagai kreator dermawan yang aktif membantu masyarakat selama periode 2023–2025 mengalami penurunan kepercayaan setelah muncul dugaan bahwa sebagian konten giveaway dibuat secara terencana atau settingan. Konten-konten tersebut sebelumnya berhasil menarik perhatian publik dengan jutaan penonton dan ratusan ribu likes. Temuan Penelitian juga memperlihatkan bahwa banyak netizen menganggap konten tersebut sebagai bentuk eksploitasi kemiskinan atau poverty porn demi mendapatkan perhatian dan popularitas di media sosial. Reaksi masyarakat kemudian terbagi menjadi beberapa kelompok. Sebagian besar berada pada posisi oposisi, yaitu menolak dan mengkritik tindakan tersebut karena dianggap tidak jujur. Sebagian lainnya berada pada posisi negosiasi, yaitu tetap mengkritik kebohongan dalam konten tetapi masih menghargai adanya bantuan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat. Sementara itu, kelompok yang sepenuhnya mendukung Willie Salim semakin sedikit dan umumnya berasal dari pengikut setia yang tetap percaya pada sang kreator. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terbukanya informasi dari berbagai platform media sosial membuat audiens tidak lagi menjadi penonton pasif, tetapi lebih kritis dalam menilai konten digital. Fenomena ini juga menunjukkan meningkatnya kesadaran masyrakat terhadap pentingnya kejujuran, etika komunikasi, dan tanggung jawab moral dalam dunia media sosial.
