distribution of infrastructure development, especially in remote areas. Economic growth, driven by increased goods and services, is closely tied to infrastructure such as roads, electricity, and water distribution. This study analyzes the impact of these infrastructural elements and labor force participation on economic growth, measured by Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), across 34 provinces from 2017 to 2021. Using panel data regression, the results reveal that road length, electricity distribution, and clean water distribution have significant positive effects on GRDP. However, labor force participation shows an insignificant impact. Together, these variables explain 57% of GRDP growth. The findings highlight the critical role of infrastructure in economic development, with provinces like Jakarta leading the growth while regions like North Maluku lag behind. Improving infrastructure and addressing regional disparities are essential to enhancing Indonesia’s overall economic performance.

rkload that can provide its own pressure for female employees with all the demands that exist, such as one of which is that female employees must still be able to perform stable or good performance in accordance with existing standards. In this situation, an ability called resilience is needed. Resilience will allow a person to keep standing upright in the face of existing problems and actively seek solutions to the problems being faced. Good resilience can greatly help female employees to be able to optimize their work, even in difficult times so that it has an impact on their health both physically and mentally, and affects the success achieved in interacting with their environment and remaining productive in carrying out their responsibilities to the fullest. Female employees who have resilience are certainly supported by a factor such as emotional intelligence that can help female employees increasingly have an awareness of the importance of resilience when facing existing difficulties. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on resilience owned by female employees, especially those at PT "X" East Jakarta. This study involved 40 employees at PT "X" East Jakarta. The measuring instruments used in this study are resilience scale and emotional intelligence scale. The results of simple regression analysis show that emotional intelligence has a positive influence on resilience owned by employees at PT "X" East Jakarta. Emotional intelligence affects a person's level of resilience. The implication of this research is that can provide information to employees at PT "X" East Jakarta and or general readers who have the same condition to be more aware of the importance of having resilience and knowing the emotional intelligence factors that exist to still be able to help further improve resilience when in a difficult situation or condition such as pressure or a lot of workload.

Abstract:This study explores the relationship between social media usage, physical self-concept, and social anxiety among students at Universitas Persada Indonesia YAI. Social media has become an essential aspect of daily life, especially…
specially among younger generations, significantly impacting various dimensions of their psychological well-being. Physical self-concept, which encompasses individuals' perceptions and evaluations of their physical attributes, also plays a crucial role in shaping self-esteem and social interactions. This research adopts a quantitative approach, utilizing convenience sampling to gather data from a sample of 200 students. The study employs three Likert scale-based instruments: the Social Anxiety Scale, Social Media Usage Scale, and Physical Self-Concept Scale. Data were analyzed using linear regression. The first hypothesis test revealed a t-value of 7.816, with a corresponding significance (Sig) value of 0.000, which is below the 0.05 threshold. This result supports the first hypothesis, indicating a positive and statistically significant relationship between social media usage and social anxiety. Similarly, the second hypothesis test yielded a t-value of -5.887, with a Sig value of 0.000, also below the 0.05 threshold. This finding confirms the second hypothesis, revealing a significant negative impact of physical self-concept on social anxiety. Overall, the study concludes that both social media usage and physical self-concept significantly influence social anxiety among Generation Z students at Universitas Persada Indonesia YAI.
Abstract:This study aims to determine the role of emotion regulation on academic resilience in 10th, 12th, and 14th semester students who are working on an undergraduate thesis. The research method used is quantitative, employing…
multiple regression analysis techniques to analyze the data. The instruments used in this study include the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) scale, developed by Gross and John (2003), to measure emotion regulation, and The Academic Resilience Scale (ARS-30), developed by Cassidy (2016), to measure academic resilience. The results of the study reveal that there is a significant positive effect of cognitive reappraisal emotion regulation on academic resilience among students in their 10th, 12th, and 14th semesters who are working on their thesis, accounting for 27.1% of the variance in academic resilience. This finding suggests that students who engage in cognitive reappraisal, a strategy that involves reinterpreting a situation to change its emotional impact, are more likely to demonstrate resilience in the face of academic challenges. In contrast, the study found no significant effect of expressive suppression emotion regulation on academic resilience in the same group of students. Expressive suppression, which involves inhibiting the outward expression of emotions, does not appear to contribute to the ability of students to remain resilient while working on their thesis. These findings highlight the importance of cognitive emotion regulation strategies in fostering academic resilience among students, particularly during challenging academic tasks such as thesis completion.

) on economic growth in Indonesia's 3T (Disadvantaged, Frontier, Outermost) regions. This study employs quantitative research methods, with a population and sample comprising 62 regions designated as 3T in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using panel data regression analysis with the EViews 10 software. The results reveal that government spending on education (BFPEND), public services (BFPU), and community empowerment (BDPM) does not significantly influence economic growth. However, government expenditures on social protection (BFPS) negatively and significantly affect economic growth, while spending on infrastructure (BFINF) and investment (INVEST) positively and significantly impact economic growth. Additionally, the HDI has a negative and significant effect on economic growth. Collectively, government spending across these sectors, along with HDI, has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia's 3T regions. A comparison of the average HDI in Disadvantaged Regions versus Frontier and Outermost Regions in Indonesia is also presented.
