Rachmayadi, Ravena, Askina, Meutia, Safira Sekar Putri, Azzahra
Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between body image and self-esteem and the tendency for body dysmorphic disorder in teenagers in grades X and XI at SMA Muhammadiyah 5 Jakarta. The sampling method… d for this research used a purposive sampling technique and the sample used was 148 teenagers. Based on the results of data analysis using bivariate correlation between body image variables and body dysmorphic disorder tendencies, r = -0.268 with p = 0.001, which means there is a negative relationship between self-esteem variables and body dysmorphic disorder. The results of data analysis between the self-esteem variable and body dysmorphic disorder obtained a correlation coefficient value of r = -0.254 and p = 0.002, which means there is a negative relationship between the self-esteem variable and the tendency for body dysmorphic disorder. Multivariate correlation in the regression test shows that the coefficient of determination R Square is 0.074. Based on the multivariate correlation regression, the correlation coefficient value R = 0.272 and p = 0.004 is obtained, which means there is a relationship between body image and self-esteem and the tendency for body dysmorphic disorder. The effective contribution of body image and price to the tendency for body dysmorphic disorders is 7.4%, while 92.6% is a contribution from other factors not studied.

Therefore, sellers on the Shopee application need to know… ow the factors that influence impulse buying, two of which are hedonic shopping motivation and perceived ease. of use. The data used in this research is primary data obtained from a sample of 100 generation Z SPaylaters in Pondok Melati sub-district. The analysis used in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this research show that partially hedonic shopping motivation has a positive and significant effect on impulse buying among Generation Z Shopee users in Pondok Melati District. Partially perceived ease of use has no effect on impulse buying among Generation Z Shopee users in Pondok Melati District. The independent variables hedonic shopping motivation (X1) and perceived ease of use (X2), together have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying (Y) in Generation Z Shopee users in Pondok Melati District.

Sesha Riani, Widia, Lusiana Prabandari, Dyah, Lisa Lamhab Sari, Freeo
Abstract: Aim of this study is to identify the role of avoidance procrastination towards academic achievement of university student. This research is quantitative research by using correlation methods involving 400 undergraduate male… ale and female university students’ classes of 2014 until 2017 in Indonesia. Two Instruments used for this research are: variable of avoidance procrastination is measured by using McCown & Johnson’s (1989) Adult Inventory of Procrastination (AIP) scale, and academic achievement variable is measured by using the Grade-point Average (GPA). We use Simple Linear Regression Analysis as our data analysis methods by using IBM SPSS Ver.22 software. Results of our study is that avoidance procrastination produces negative influence towards academic achievement, such that university students who has higher avoidance procrastination have lower rates of academic achievement, while university students who has lower avoidance procrastination achieve higher rates of academic achievement. This study is proven by regression coefficient value of –0,81 and significancy value 0,000 < 0,05 ( p – value < 0,05 ).

Analysis Of the Effect of Internal Performance on Bank Profitability

Tri Basuki, Agus, Rahman, Arif
Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of CAR, LDR, NPL, BOPO, and Bank Size. This study uses quantitative methods and panel data regression models to investigate how internal factors or bank ratios affect the profitability… lity of KBMI 3 and 4 banks in Indonesia. The research sample consisted of 8 KBMI banks 3 and 4 using Purposive Sampling covering the 2015-2022 period. The estimation method in the selected panel data is the Fixed Effect Model approach. The results of this study show that the profitability of Bank KBMI 3 and 4, as measured by ROA, partially LDR variables have a significant positive influence, BOPO and Asset Size have a significant negative influence, CAR and NPL do not have a significant and negative effect, while simultaneously have a significant influence. The findings of this study provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of financial ratio variables or internal bank factors on the profitability of Bank KBMI 3 and 4, which in turn can be useful for policy makers, academics, and investors.

Lidinillah, Aufa, Ansoria Sufi, Madina, Victory Sofia, Vonny
Abstract: In general, happiness is the biggest goal that humans want to achieve. Many factors make an individual happy. Previous studies have shown that there is a relationship between prosociality and happiness. Several sources say… ay that religion is one of the factors that makes happiness and that humans' relationship with God is the main factor in achieving happiness. The quality of alms is the level of goodness or badness of a material or non-material gift to someone with only the hope of Allah's blessing. This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine the effect of alms on the happiness of life of the Bekasi Group Alms Community couriers. The research subjects were 51 people according to the population of couriers in the community. The data collection technique in this research used a happiness and alms quality questionnaire. The happiness questionnaire refers to the OHQ (Oxford Happiness Questionaire) from Argyle (2001) and the alms questionnaire to measure the quality of alms refers to the concept from Mu'is (2016). The statistical calculation process uses simple linear regression analysis with the results of the regression equation Ŷ = 18,810+0.672.

Sulthon, Mohamad, Baraja, Abdullah
Abstract: This study aims to find the effect of self-efficacy, social support, coping stress, and demographic factors on academic burnout in final year students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This study aims to examine the effect… fect of each independent variable (self-efficacy, social support, coping stress, and demographic factors) on the dependent variable (academic burnout). The sample consisted of 219 final year students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, which were taken using non- probability sampling techniques. The data collection instrument used the Maslach Burnout Inventory Student Survey measuring instrument developed by Schaufeli & Salanova (2007) Student Coping Instrument developed by Lazarus & Folkman (1984), the General Self Efficacy Scale (GSES) Scale developed by Sherer (1982), and Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) developed by Zimet et.al. (1988). The study used confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) to test the validity of the measuring instrument construct and to test the research hypothesis using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the major hypothesis test of this study are that there is a significant influence on the effect of self-efficacy, social support, coping stress, and demographic factors on academic burnout. Meanwhile, the results of the minor hypothesis test of this study are that there is a significant effect of variable self-efficacy, family support and special person support on academic burnout in final year students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Based on the proportion of all variants, the influence of all Independent Variables is 45% while the other 55% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
