analyze the influence of employee motivation on the quality of administrative services at the Leihitu Sub-district Office, Central Maluku Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory design to identify causal relationships between variables. The population in this study consists of all employees involved in administrative services, and total sampling was used due to the manageable number of staff. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale to measure motivation and service quality indicators. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and linear regression to determine the effect of motivation on service quality. The results show that employee motivation significantly and positively influences administrative service quality. Employees with higher intrinsic and extrinsic motivation tend to demonstrate better responsiveness, discipline, communication, and consistency in carrying out public service functions. The study concludes that strengthening motivation is essential to improve public service performance. Therefore, organizational leaders are encouraged to enhance work motivation through recognition, supportive leadership, fair reward systems, and professional development opportunities to ensure services meet community expectations.

gulation embodies asymmetric decentralization intended to protect the rights of Indigenous Papuans (OAP) and address local needs. However, it raises legal concerns regarding ambiguous authority distribution between central, provincial, and municipal levels, as well as the unclear operational role of the Papuan People’s Assembly (MRP). The main research problem is whether PP No. 106/2021 provides a coherent and constitutionally consistent governance framework. This study applies doctrinal legal research using normative-analytical methods, including statutory interpretation, constitutional tests, and comparative perspectives. The findings indicate weak accountability mechanisms in managing Special Autonomy Funds, limited integration of customary law, and institutional fragility in newly established bodies such as BP-DOP and UPAP. The study concludes that PP No. 106/2021 does not fully align with the constitutional principles of legal certainty and decentralization. It recommends substantial revisions, strengthening MRP’s legal status, formal recognition of customary law through Perdasus, and an institutional blueprint with clear performance indicators to ensure effective, inclusive, and adaptive governance in Papua

This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) based on a combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to improve objectivity and accountability in student selection. AHP is used to determine the weights of the four main academic criteria-the report card scores of Mathematics, Science, Indonesian, and English-based on consistent expert judgment. Furthermore, the SAW method processes the normalized and weighted scores to produce a final ranking of 100 prospective students. The implementation results show that the AHP-SAW integration is able to produce quantitative, transparent, and data-based rankings, thus minimizing subjectivity in the selection process. It provides a structured and replicable model, supporting fairness and efficiency in student admission. This approach is relevant to be applied in educational institutions that want to align the selection process with Islamic educational values and multi-criteria-based objectivity principles.

The research methods used are literature studies and secondary data analysis from various sources, including academic journals, government reports, and case studies of AI implementation in a number of educational institutions in Indonesia. The research results show that AI has made a significant contribution to improving administrative efficiency, facilitating more adaptive learning, and providing in-depth data analysis for educational decision making. However, challenges such as the digital divide, limited infrastructure, and the need to increase teacher competency in using AI technology still need to be overcome. This research concludes that with the right policy support and investment in infrastructure and training, AI has great potential to transform Indonesian education in a more inclusive and quality direction.

This study examines MaxOne Resort and Hotel Makassar to explore the mechanisms, challenges, and outcomes of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in sustainable tourism destination management (STDM). Using a qualitative case study approach, the research employs in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and policy analysis to investigate how MaxOne Resort collaborates with local government and communities to implement sustainability initiatives. The findings reveal that structured mechanisms such as formal agreements, joint projects, and stakeholder committees facilitate sustainable governance. MaxOne Resort actively engages in environmental conservation, community empowerment, and responsible tourism practices, positioning itself as a sustainability model within the hospitality sector. However, regulatory misalignments, funding constraints, and inconsistent stakeholder engagement present significant challenges. The study underscores the relevance of the Penta-Helix framework, highlighting how collaboration among government, private sector, academia, community, and media enhances the legitimacy and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives. This research contributes to the literature by providing a localized analysis of PPPs in Makassar, bridging the gap between theoretical models and practical applications. Moreover, the integration of Islamic values with technology has also proven to be important in maintaining the identity and morality of Islamic education. The Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) has a crucial role in protecting customer deposits when banks experience liquidation. In this context, LPS functions as a legal protection strategy for customer deposits held in banks. This action is important to maintain public confidence in banking amidst economic uncertainty. In response to the 1998 monetary crisis, the Indonesian government issued a policy of guaranteeing bank payments, including public deposits, through LPS. The importance of LPS is revealed when banks experience failures that have the potential to threaten the security of customer funds. In this situation, LPS guarantees the customer's refund up to a certain limit, providing the necessary financial protection. This creates a sense of security for customers and promotes banking system stability. With LPS, customers can be assured that their funds are safe even if unexpected events occur in the banking world. The role of LPS as a deposit insurance institution is inherent in the government's efforts to regulate and supervise the financial sector. LPS plays a role as the front guard in protecting customer interests, maintaining financial system stability, and preventing potential losses that could arise due to the possibility of bank failure.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik mengumpulkan data yang digunakan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada beberapa mahasiswa magister program studi Pendidikan Agama Islam yang dilakukan secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Chat GPT memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas akademik dari mahasiswa, baik dalam hal pemahaman materi, pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis, maupun efisiensi dalam menyelesaikan tugas akademik. Namun, hasil ini juga menunjukkan adanya tantangan dalam penerapan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI), seperti potensi kurangnya keakuratan jawaban apabila tidak di kritisi dengan baik, adanya resiko ketergantungan pada Chat GPT sehingga berdampak pada penurunan kualitas akademik mahasiswa dan kurangnya interaksi langsung mahasiswa dengan dosen.
