and secondary data, which consist of 60 monthly observations from January 2020 to December 2024. The analysis tool employed is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM), with several tests conducted, including the stationarity test, optimal lag test, VAR stability test, cointegration test, Granger causality test, VECM estimation, impulse response function (IRF) test, and forecast error variance decomposition (FEVD) test. The results indicate that inflation has a significant negative effect on DPK in both the short and long term. The exchange rate has no significant effect on DPK in either the short or long term. The BI rate does not affect DPK in the short term, while in the long term, it tends to show a negative effect, though not significant. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has a significant positive effect on DPK in both the short and long term.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam jangka panjang variabel Saham Syariah, Sukuk, dan Reksadana Syariah berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Sedangkan dalam jangka pendek variabel Sukuk berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Sementara variabel Saham Syariah dan Reksadana Syariah tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menjadikan penelitian ini sebagai referensi serta mengembangkan kajian dengan menambahkan variabel lain yang berpotensi memengaruhi pertumbuhan ekonomi.

The results show that fangirling is not merely a form of passive consumption, but rather a communal cultural activity carried out massively and organized through fictitious kinship structures in cyberspace. This phenomenon manifests itself in the form of digital "work culture," such as the ritual of collectively streaming music and mobilizing votes to increase the symbolic capital of the idol group SEVENTEEN on the global stage. This practice confirms a shift in social interaction patterns, where group loyalty is bound by a commitment to the idol's aesthetics and achievements. Anthropologically, this activity creates a new value system that blurs the boundaries between the private space of fans and the digital public space, while simultaneously strengthening the position of social media platform X as a primary locus in the formation of contemporary popular culture.

The findings reveal that the execution of Tudang Sipulung in Marannu Village is not merely a ceremonial ritual but a structured forum for collective decision-making. This procession involves a synergy between traditional leaders, village government officials, agricultural extension workers, and the farming community, particularly in preparation for the rice planting season. The primary agenda includes determining planting schedules, selecting seed varieties, and managing irrigation systems to minimize the risk of crop failure. Anthropologically, this tradition serves as a medium for social integration, bridging local wisdom with technical government policies. This study concludes that the sustainability of Tudang Sipulung is a crucial factor in maintaining food security and social harmony within the Marannu Village community.

Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi digital masa depan bertumpu pada asas yang berpusat pada manusia, memadukan keahlian teknis dengan kecerdasan sosial-emosional. Sebagai luaran utama, penelitian ini mengajukan arsitektur penilaian kesiapan yang terdiri dari tiga dimensi pokok: (1) Pemahaman Tata Kelola Data dan Teknologi, (2) Keluwesan Nalar dan Pembelajaran Berkesinambungan, serta (3) Ketahanan Sosial-Emosional dan Kepemimpinan. Landasan teori utama mengacu pada Abdurahman dan Hasanah (2023) mengenai unsur intrinsik karya sastra, khususnya tokoh, penokohan, konflik, dan latar yang dipadukan dengan teori feminisme sastra untuk menafsirkan bentuk subordinasi dan resistensi perempuan. Data penelitian berupa kutipan narasi dan dialog yang menunjukkan posisi sosial, perkembangan karakter, serta tindakan perlawanan tokoh utama. Hasil penelituan menunjukkan bahwa Nyai Ontosoroh mengalami subordinasi sebagai perempuan pribumi dalam sistem kolonial, tetapi juga simbol perempuan modern yang rasional, tangguh, dan berdaya. Dengan demikian, novel ini memperlihatkan bahwa karya sastra dapat menjadi media refleksi sosial atas perjuangan perempuan dalam memperoleh martabat dan pengakuan.

The distribution of rights for female workers is also not optimally implemented. In addition, workforce skills remain a concern, as many workers only possess primary to junior secondary education. Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

utuhan spiritual, tetapi juga bagian dari gaya hidup masyarakat Muslim urban yang semakin sadar akan nilai-nilai keislaman, kualitas, dan keamanan produk. Namun, meskipun mayoritas penduduk Indonesia beragama Islam, tidak semua individu memiliki pola konsumsi halal yang konsisten. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini penting untuk memahami sejauh mana ketiga faktor tersebut memengaruhi preferensi konsumsi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 402 responden Muslim di enam wilayah administratif DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas (Convergent Validity), uji reliabilitas (Cronbach’s Alpha dan Composite Reliability), uji R-square, serta uji hipotesis, baik secara parsial (uji-t) maupun simultan (uji-F). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, hanya faktor religiusitas yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumsi produk halal. Sedangkan faktor sosial dan budaya tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Namun, secara simultan, ketiga faktor tersebut mampu menjelaskan sebesar 80,5% variasi dalam keputusan konsumsi. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa religiusitas menjadi faktor utama dalam perilaku konsumsi produk halal masyarakat urban, serta menjadi acuan penting dalam penyusunan strategi pemasaran dan edukasi halal di wilayah perkotaan.
