So, this makes the Tanjung Shoe Store have serious challenges that affect sales levels which gives rise to problems of decreasing sales levels because there is no effective communication media, the shop is unable to analyze customer needs and market trends, customer disappointment often arises with the shop because it still applies conventional sales, and damage or loss of store operational data. To overcome this problem, a website-based system is needed by implementing a superior CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategy in increasing customer retention with operational data management features, discounts, chat, online ordering, so that customers get updated information. The CRM concept used is operational, analytical, and collaborative. The application of CRM in this research aims to make it easier for users and improve customer service and optimize marketing at the Tanjung Shoe Store. So, this CRM strategy is an effective solution in facing modern business challenges in improving store performance and competitiveness.

Abstrak: Pertumbuhan teknologi informasi terus berkembang pesat terutama pada bidang bisnis di Indonesia. Setiap tahunnya pertumbuhan toko usaha semakin meningkat hingga 3,98 juta unit usaha pada tahun 2022 dari sektor rill industri dan perdagangan. Sehingga hal ini membuat Toko Sepatu Tanjung memiliki tantangan serius yang mempengaruhi tingkat penjualan yang menimbulkan permasalahan penurunan tingkat penjualan karena tidak ada media komunikasi yang efektif, toko tidak mampu menganalisis kebutuhan pelanggan dan tren pasar, sering timbul kekecewaan pelanggan terhadap toko karena masih menerapkan penjualan konvensional, dan kerusakan atau kehilangan data operasional toko. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini diperlukan sistem berbasis website dengan menerapkan strategi CRM (Customer Relationship Management) yang unggul dalam meningkatkan retensi pelanggan dengan fitur pengelolaan data operasional, diskon, chatting, pemesanan online, sehingga pelanggan mendapatkan informasi secara update. Konsep CRM yang digunakan operasional, analitis, dan kolaboratif. Penerapan CRM pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pengguna dan meningkatkan pelayanan pelanggan serta mengoptimalkan pemasaran pada Toko Sepatu Tanjung. Maka strategi CRM ini menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam menghadapi tantangan bisnis modern dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing toko.

The purpose of conducting research to minimize theft, and the use of motorbikes by minors, this research uses quantitative methods. The results of the study found that when the user places the KTP on RC522, the condition of relay 1 will become NC to turn on the motorcycle's ignition system, then relay 2 will turn on the motorcycle's starter for 5 seconds, then it will turn off automatically. for relays, arduino provides pure 5VDC voltage. The conclusion from this study , RFID cards and KTP is have different serials, and different numbers, RFID cards have a serial combination of 9 numbers and letters, while KTP has a serial combination of 27 numbers and letters.

Abstrak : Sepeda motor menjadi pilihan utama dan terjangkau untuk mayoritas masyarakat Indonesia, kendaraan roda dua dipilih sebagai transportasi yang umum digunakan. Indonesia memiliki banyak pengguna sepeda motor, tahun 2019 sebanyak 112. 771. 136 unit. Tahun 2020 sebanyak 115. 023. 039 unit, dan tahun 2021 sebanyak 120 .042 .298 unit. Banyak nya sepeda motor, meningkatkan pencurian sepeda motor (curanmor), dan kecelakaan yang diakibatkan penggunaan dibawah umur. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian untuk meminimalisir curanmor, dan pemakaian sepeda motor oleh anak dibawah umur, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian mendapati ketika user meletakan KTP pada RC522, maka kondisi relay 1 akan menjadi NC untuk menyalakan sistem pengapian sepeda motor, kemudian relay 2 akan menyalakan stater sepeda motor selama 5 detik, kemudian akan mati secara otomatis. untuk relay, arduino memberikan tegangan 5VDC murni. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini,kartu RFID dan KTP memiliki serial yang berbeda, dan jumlah yang berbeda, kartu RFID memiliki serial kombinasi 9 angka dan huruf, sementara untuk KTP memiliki serial kombinasi 27 angka dan huruf.

f an Air Conditioner (AC) is needed for the coolness of a room. Many air conditioners in the office and educational environment make air conditioning health checks quite time and effort-consuming. To save time and effort in checking the health condition of air conditioners, then designed a device that can check the health of air conditioners by utilizing UHF RFID to identify each air conditioner. This device is divided into 2 parts, the first is an AC condition sending device that detects room temperature and current in the AC. Second, the receiver of the AC condition functions to find out the AC condition and sends the AC condition to mobile device. This experiment was carried out on 3 AC units. Each air conditioner is in a different room with a type of dividing wall made of glass and gypsum. The test results of this device are in a room with a length of 10 meters, the device can detect AC conditions. The air conditioner is in a different room with glass and gypsum walls, the device can still read the condition of the air conditioner.

Abstrak: Kondisi ruangan yang nyaman merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu pekerjaan dan proses pembelajaran. Untuk membuat ruangan tetap nyaman, suhu di dalamnya harus sejuk. Menjaga kesehatan Air Conditioner (AC) sangat dibutuhkan untuk kesejukan sebuah ruangan. Banyaknya AC di lingkungan kantor dan pendidikan membuat pemeriksaan kesehatan AC cukup banyak memakan waktu dan tenaga. Untuk menghemat waktu dan tenaga dalam melakukan pemeriksaan kondisi kesehatan AC, maka dirancang sebuah alat yang dapat melakukan pemeriksaan kesehatan AC dengan memanfaatkan UHF RFID untuk mengidentifikasi masing-masing AC. Alat ini terbagi menjadi 2 bagian, yang pertama adalah alat pengirim kondisi AC yang mendeteksi suhu ruangan dan arus dalam AC. Kedua, penerima kondisi AC yang berfungsi untuk mengetahui kondisi AC dan mengirimkan kondisi AC tersebut ke perangkat seluler admin. Percobaan ini dilakukan pada 3 buah AC. Setiap AC berada di ruangan yang berbeda dengan tipe dinding pemisah yang terbuat dari kaca dan gipsum. Hasil pengujian perangkat ini berada di dalam ruangan dengan panjang 10 meter, perangkat dapat mendeteksi kondisi AC. Pada AC yang berada di ruangan yang berbeda dengan kaca dan dinding gipsum, perangkat tetap dapat membaca kondisi AC tersebut.

arch was conducted from April to July 2025 at Mon Jambe Village, Jeumpa District, and the Kopbun Suka Tani Sejahtera Business Research Center, Kota Juang District, Bireuen Regency. The experiment employed a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with four varieties as treatments and three replications, resulting in 12 experimental units. The tested varieties were Rajo, Genie, Bara, and Tetra Hijau. Data were collected through observations of plant height, number of leaves, number of fruits, fruit weight, and fresh biomass weight, and were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) to determine differences among treatments. The results showed that the varietal factor had a highly significant effect on leaf number and a significant effect on fruit number and fruit weight. The Bara variety exhibited the most adaptive and productive performance under the cocoa alley cropping system, as indicated by superior vegetative growth and yield compared to other varieties. The novelty of this study lies in emphasizing that varietal selection is a key factor in optimizing the utilization of cocoa alley spaces for cayenne pepper cultivation. These findings are expected to provide a scientific basis for developing cayenne pepper cultivation technologies in cocoa alley systems and to serve as a reference for further research on adaptive variety development under such environmental conditions.

This study addresses the problem of how legal frameworks provide protection for teachers and whether existing regulations adequately ensure their rights and security. The research aims to analyze the effectiveness of legal protection for teachers under the Criminal Code, Law No. 14 of 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers, Law No. 35 of 2014 on Child Protection, and Ministerial Regulations concerning teacher protection. The study employs a normative juridical method with a statute, conceptual, and case approach, relying on primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, analyzed through qualitative interpretation and juridical argumentation. The results indicate that although legal instruments exist, their implementation remains weak due to the absence of technical regulations, limited institutional coordination, and insufficient support systems for teachers at the school level. The study concludes that derivative regulations and integrated mechanisms are essential for ensuring effective protection. It recommends strengthening inter-agency coordination, establishing school-level protection units, and enhancing teachers’ legal literacy.

this research, which is quantitative in nature, was the employees of the production unit with a total number of 86 respondents. It is done with data analysis method, using multiple linear regressions.The result of this study indicates that the variables of intrinsic motivation and quality of work life simultanneously affect the employee’s performance with a contribution of 37,3%, while the remaining 52,7% is influenced by other factors, which are beyond this study.Partially, intrinsic motivation variables negatively affect and have a significant influence on performance. This is due to the different work cultures in the sector.

The first teacher has difficulty identifying the readiness stages of educational units in designing modules and project assessments to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Second, teachers have difficulty determining dimensions and themes in designing modules and assessments for projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Third, teachers have difficulty designing and determining time allocation in module design and assessment as well as implementing projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fourth, teachers have difficulty developing topics and activity lines in designing modules and assessments for projects strengthening the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fifth, teachers have difficulty creating and designing project modules for strengthening Pancasila student profiles (P5). Sixth, teachers do not yet understand how to create assessment and assessment rubrics in the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). In data analysis, researchers apply a qualitative approach, namely efforts to organize and sort data. The goal is to create manageable units of data, implement systematic methods, look for patterns, and ultimately identify important things worth studying. The final stage involves the decision to share the research results with others, conveying the findings that have been discovered during the research process. The research results show that the position of hadith in Islamic education has similarities with the Koran as the main reference, but the two also have differences. Even though the Qur'an is considered a global revelation that requires interpretation, hadith have an important role in providing explanations of the concepts contained in the Qur'an, including in the educational context. Hadith also serve as examples and guidelines for individuals in living their lives according to Islamic teachings.

lementation of frontliner service procedures, varying employee discipline, and weak coordination among organizational units. A quantitative survey design was applied to test the causal relationship between leadership style and public service quality. Data were collected from 50 respondents consisting of 24 district employees and 26 community service users through structured questionnaires supported by observation, interviews, and documentation. Leadership style was measured through decision-making ability, motivational ability, subordinate control, and emotional control, whereas public service quality was measured using the SERVQUAL dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The data were processed using IBM SPSS with validity, reliability, normality, simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination procedures. The findings show that all questionnaire items were valid and reliable. The regression model produced a positive coefficient, a standardized beta of 0.906, and an R Square value of 0.820, indicating that leadership style explained 82.0% of the variation in public service quality. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on district-level public service governance in an archipelagic urban context, where leadership is not only administrative but also coordinative and adaptive. The study implies that stronger leadership supervision, staff arrangement, and service discipline are necessary to improve the consistency of public service delivery.
