interviews were conducted with 20 room attendants and 10 housekeeping managers across various hotel segments. The findings reveal that while initial training typically covers basic cleaning techniques and safety protocols, it often lacks depth in advanced methods and customer service skills. Challenges such as time constraints and reliance on informal learning are common, affecting the consistency and quality of training. Effective training programs were identified as those that provide comprehensive, ongoing instruction and incorporate innovative methods like virtual reality and gamified learning. The study also highlights the importance of mentorship programs and regular feedback to enhance training outcomes. Recommendations for improving training programs include developing detailed curricula, addressing time constraints, and adapting to emerging trends. By implementing these strategies, hotels can enhance room attendants' skills, satisfaction, and overall service quality, leading to improved guest experiences and operational success.

This study aims to analyze the factors related to the incidence of diarrhea in the working area of the Kebun Kopi Community Health Center, Jambi City. The research utilized a cross-sectional study design, with a population of 843 people, from which 71 samples were selected through accidental sampling. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires, and analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test. The results indicate a significant relationship between latrine ownership (p-value 0.000), hand washing behavior (p-value 0.000), and knowledge (p-value 0.000) with the incidence of diarrhea. The variables associated with the incidence of diarrhea at the Kebun Kopi Health Center in Jambi City include latrine ownership, hand washing behavior, and knowledge. The high incidence of diarrhea is closely linked to inadequate sanitation, poor hand washing practices, and low levels of health knowledge. To significantly reduce the incidence of diarrhea, it is essential to improve access to proper sanitation, promote effective hand washing practices, and enhance public knowledge about essential health practices.

of waste is 615 kg out of a total of 7804.1 kg of medical waste from health centers in Jambi City, so it has the potential to spread disease if medical waste is not managed properly. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained from 8 informants by conducting in-depth interviews and observations in May 2023 - April 2024 using qualitative research data analysis software. In the input aspect (1) Human Resources in the quantity aspect are sufficient, while the qualifications are not appropriate because they come from general administration. (2) Facilities and infrastructure are not sufficient and if there is damage, goods will be procured and reported to envinronmental health authority. Meanwhile, in the process aspect (3) Sorting is carried out by each waste producing poly unit by labeling the type of waste, date and poly, (4) The container used at the Putri Ayu Public Health Center meets the standards of Minister of Health Regulation Number 18 of 2020 (5) Transportation is carried out more than once every 2 days by PT Anggrek (6). Storage is carried out at TPS with a time span of 2-3 days at the latest. There are still input aspects that do not comply with standards (in the case of this research, namely the quality of human resources) causing disruption to process aspects, such as less than optimal management performance in managing medical waste in the container, transport and storage processes.

Perkembangan bahasa merupakan salah satu bagian perkembangan yang krusial bagi kehidupan anak, mengingat bahasa merupakan media komunikasi penyampaian pesan seseorang terhadap orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh screen time terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah A Literature Review untuk mengidentifikasi artikel secara sistematis. Melalui pencarian seperti: Social Science Research, Mendeley Cite, Google Scholar dan Garuda Jurnal dari tahun 2017 hingga 2023, ditemukan 8 artikel sesuai dengan karakteristik yang telah ditentukan. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah 5 dari 8 penelitian didapatkan tidak ada korelasi antara screen time dan perkembangan berbahasa anak namun berpengaruh negatif terhadap perkembangan bahasa anak terutama pada anak yang menggunakan waktu berlayar >2 jam. Dalam penelitian lain menemukan bahwa media sosial YouTube memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada pemerolehan bahasa anak khususnya bagi anak speech delay. Banyak juga para orang tua yang memiliki sedikit pemahaman tentang dampak negatif dari pemberian screen time berlebihan pada anak dan pentingnya pendampingan orang tua pada anak ketika memberikan waktu screen time.

The purpose of descriptive research is to describe and analyze research data related to phenomena, social activities, and human attitudes in various situations. At the Hilimegai Sub-district Office of South Nias Regency, the implementation of work discipline is quite good because most employees arrive on time although a small number are sometimes late due to long distances from home, but this is not used as an excuse and they still obey the rules. Employees there also always take care of office equipment as a form of discipline. They also show high responsibility by diligently completing work and are willing to work overtime to achieve work targets. However, adherence to the rules still needs to be improved because some employees often neglect their duties. This was obtained from the results of interviews, observations and documents of teachers who had carried out the portfolio assessment stage in learning to write quite well but not yet optimally.
