r, dokumentasi hukum 14 bulan, observasi lapangan, dan analisis citra satelit dievaluasi terkait kepatuhan terhadap KUHAP pada tiga tahap penegakan hukum (penyidikan, penuntutan, persidangan) serta indikator lingkungan (tutupan vegetasi, konsentrasi merkuri, keanekaragaman hayati). Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa kasus yang mematuhi ketat timeline KUHAP mencapai pemulihan ekosistem 40% lebih cepat dibanding kasus tertunda. Pohuwato mencatat tingkat konversi menjadi vonis bersalah 75% (di atas rata-rata nasional 60%), dengan korelasi positif kuat (r=0,87; p<0,01) antara kualitas bukti lingkungan forensik dan keberhasilan penuntutan. Bukti konsentrasi merkuri terbukti sangat efektif, menghasilkan vonis bersalah pada 90% kasus. Meski aktivitas PETI menurun 85% dalam radius 5 km pasca-penindakan, peningkatan tutupan vegetasi hanya 15% dalam 6 bulan, mengindikasikan kecepatan pemulihan ekologis yang lebih lambat. Signifikan bahwa 70% tersangka menyatakan kesiapan berpartisipasi dalam program restorasi, berkorelasi signifikan dengan integrasi bukti ilmiah (r=0,79; p<0,05). Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa efisiensi prosedur hukum tidak hanya menghentikan kerusakan lebih lanjut, tetapi juga menjadi fondasi kritis bagi percepatan pemulihan ekosistem. Studi ini menjembatani celah penelitian dengan menghubungkan secara empiris kepatuhan prosedur hukum dengan hasil lingkungan, sekaligus menantang pendekatan ekonomi pertambangan yang berpusat pada Eropa. Implikasi praktis mendesak pelatihan khusus bukti lingkungan bagi jaksa dan pedoman operasional integrasi data ilmiah ke dalam proses hukum. Temuan ini menyediakan landasan aksi bagi penyelarasan kerangka hukum Indonesia dengan realitas konservasi, sekaligus menawarkan model perlindungan hutan tropis bagi negara berkembang kaya sumber daya.

In response to these challenges, neuroscience provides a theoretical and empirical foundation for designing learning media that align with how the brain processes, stores, and retrieves information. This study aims to systematically examine the integration of neuroscience principles into science learning media and their effects on elementary students' scientific literacy. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted using the PICO framework (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome). Relevant peer-reviewed studies published between 2019 and 2024 were retrieved from Scopus, Google Scholar, ERIC, and DOAJ databases. The review followed four stages: identification, selection, quality appraisal, and thematic synthesis. The results indicate that neuroscience-based interventions—such as Augmented Reality (AR), Brain-Based Learning (BBL), interactive multimedia, and multisensory instructional strategies—consistently improve students' motivation, attention, conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and scientific literacy compared to conventional instructional approaches. The novelty of this study lies in its systematic synthesis of neuroscience-based science learning media through a PICO-oriented framework, highlighting the interaction between cognitive, affective, and technological dimensions of learning. The findings provide important implications for science education, particularly in guiding the development of neuroscience-informed learning media and instructional designs to enhance scientific literacy in elementary schools.

cept in neuroscientific learning, describes the brain's ability to form, strengthen, or modify neural networks through experience, repetition, meaningful activities, and students' emotional involvement. Given the characteristics of elementary school students who are at a stage of cognitive development that is highly responsive to learning environment stimulation, a study of the application of neuroplasticity by teachers is important to ensure that the learning process is in line with the brain's working mechanisms.This study used a neuropsychological instrument measuring the dimensions of neuroplasticity to assess four main indicators, namely repetition & practice, dedicated time for review, use of interactive activities, and contextual learning that connects the material to students' real experiences. The data was reinforced through in-depth interviews and thematic analysis of the learning strategies applied by each teacher. The results showed variations in application between teachers. Some teachers showed strong implementation in interactive activities and contextual learning (score of 5), while structured repetition showed lower consistency (score of 3). The interview findings reinforced the instrument results by showing patterns of strategies such as the use of inspirational stories, educational games, quizzes with prizes, conveying the benefits of learning, and scaffolding through easy material as a starting point. This study concludes that the application of neuroplasticity principles is present in teachers' teaching practices, although the level of depth and routine still needs to be strengthened. The theoretical implication confirms that learning that integrates positive emotions, collaborative activities, planned repetition, and contextualization of material has the potential to have a significant impact on the formation of students' neural networks. Practically, this study provides recommendations for strengthening neuroscientific learning-based instructional design as an effort to optimize the learning process of elementary school students.

Hal ini disebabkan oleh lamanya proses hukum serta adanya hambatan koordinasi dengan lembaga eksternal seperti Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan lembaga perbankan akibat regulasi yang ketat dan prosedur birokrasi yang panjang. To facilitate load sharing in the expansion of the Gondoriyo area, the ETAP powerstaion 7.5.0 simulation program is used. which consists of 1 phase simulation before expansion and 3 phase simulation after expansion. From the results of this engineering shrinkage simulation, the total engineering shrinkage value in the 1-phase network before the expansion was 6480 kW, after the network expansion, the total engineering shrinkage changed to 2510.4 kW. With the simulation that has been made, it is expected to produce a load sharing plan that will make it easier for PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Boja to share the load on the network after the expansion.

In 2023, out of 37 health centers in Semarang, 36 health centers (97.3%) achieved “Plenary” accreditation and 1 Health Center (2.7%) achieved “Main” accreditation. The purpous of this study are to To determine the current OSH practice and determine OSH aspect that needs improvement based on Health Ministry Regulation No.52 of 2018. qualitative methods with a case study design. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management at Padangsari Health Center was evaluated based on 92 indicators from three main aspects. In the OHS management criteria, 14 out of 23 indicators (60.9%) have been met. For OSH standards, 45 out of 61 indicators (73.8%) have been met. Meanwhile, 8 indicators related to OSH training, reporting, and recording have all been met. Although Padangsari Health Center has achieved "Main" accreditation with an achievement of 72.8%, further efforts are still needed to meet at least 80% of the assessment indicators in order to obtain the highest accreditation, namely "Plenary". It is recommended to improve indicators, especially in improving OHS planning, strengthening supervision, ensuring staff compliance with SOPs, and evaluating the effectiveness of OSH implementation in the future.
