Study Of Capacity Building of The Tuha Peut Institution Through The Establishment Of Village Regulations/Qanun Concerning Prevention And Management Of KEK In Pregnant Women In Cot Kuta Village, Nagan Raya Regency

Based on the health profile of Nagan Raya, it shows that the prevalence of pregnant women experiencing CED in 2020 is 5.2%, in 2021 it is 4.6% and from the 2022 Cot Kuta Health Center Report there are 15 pregnant women experiencing CED. From observations, it was found that some Tuha Peut members did not understand the importance of preventing and dealing with SEZs according to Qanuns or village regulations due to the lack of attention from the keuchik and the head of Tuha Peut so that there was no socialization regarding SEZs to pregnant women. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of the tuha peut institution according to the Qanun on the prevention and control of KEK in pregnant women through indicators of quality, quantity, time, effectiveness and independence. Abstract: The development of investment is one indicator of the progress of economic growth in Indonesia, where investments made properly can support the improvement of the welfare of the Indonesian people. The challenge of implementing… enting investment in Indonesia today, one of which is the implementation of regional autonomy in Indonesia. The investment performance of a region can be reflected in the Capital Output Ratio (COR) and Incremental Output Ratio (ICOR). The development of the availability of investment in an area can be measured from the Capital Output Ratio (COR) which is the ratio between realized investment and the income of a region or GRDP. Meanwhile, the amount of investment capacity of a region in increasing any increase in regional income can be measured from the Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR). If you look at the development of ICOR in Pekanbaru City, it has fluctuated, in 2016 it rose to 15.62 then in 2017 it decreased to 14.27, then in 2018 it became 15.57 and in 2019 it increased to 13.27 and in 2020 it decreased to -17.33 this is influenced by the Covid 19 Pandemic factor which causes all business sectors to slow down, in 2021 with a value of 15.87. From the results of the analysis of the Projection Investment Needs formulation, it is found that the investment needs in the city of Pekanbaru as much as Rp. 129 682.91 billion, it can be seen that the Base sector is in dire need of investment in 2023, which is 65.4%, the Business Fields are Manufacturing, Construction, Wholesale and Retail Trade., Car and motorcycle repair.

The East Banjarmasin Sub-district Office is one of the sub-districts in the city of Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan province. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and the Quality of Public Services at the East Banjarmasin District Office, Banjarmasin City. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the service standards at the East Banjarmasin Sub-District Office have been carried out in accordance with applicable procedures, but many people do not understand the service standards in the office, because the service standards are not installed at the East Banjarmasin Sub-District Office. The quality of public services at the East Banjarmasin Sub-district Office, Banjarmasin City can be said to be good, but there are indicators that have not been running according to community expectations, namely the unfriendliness of service employees in serving service users. So that makes people uncomfortable in taking care of all their needs.

Changing Time and Options in Foreign Language Teaching of ELT Teachers in Northern Cyprus

Abstract: We live in the world where English language has become the most international language for communication among the other foreign languages. English just as the other languages has been used as a medium of communication for… or diplomatic relationship, administrative affairs, employment, commerce, or trade and above all for education. However, policies regarding foreign language teaching teachers in Northern Cyprus must be reviewed to provide immense opportunities to enhance language competence of both language teachers and learners. In this sense, foreign language teaching and learning policy in ELT as well as other foreign languages must be well taught and successfully integrated into school systems and societies. Hence, the open-ended questions have been administered to six (6) foreign language teachers to elicit more detailed responses concerning teachers’ perception on changing time and options in teaching industry. The findings reveal how significant it is to introduce positive changes in foreign language teaching. The study suggests to be circumspect in the implementation of language policies and classroom activities regarding foreign language teaching and learning in order to prevent negative influences on both the teachers’ and the learners’ first language, ethnicity or culture.

This research is a qualitative research with case study method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The technique of checking the validity of the data is by triangulation of sources and techniques. Regulation of the minister of education and culture Number 20 of 2016 concerning competency standards for elementary and secondary education graduates, regarding the meaning, purpose, and scope of SKL as well as Monitoring and Evaluation. Definition of Graduate Competency Standards are criteria regarding the qualifications of graduates' abilities which include attitudes, knowledge, and skills. The results of research at SMAN 1 Bandung City and SMA Al Azhar Syifa Budi Parahyangan West Bandung in general indicate that the implementation of integrated quality management of ICT-based chemistry learning in both schools has been going well so that it can improve the quality of graduates.

Abstract: Increased productivity in SMEs in terms of quality service delivery is crucial for economic growth and development. Most SMEs are bedevilled with destructive workplace deviant behaviour, particularly the incivility of owners/managers… ners/managers and employees towards customers, which have different consequences for workplace performance parameters such as a decline in sales, low patronage, and by extension, weak gross domestic product contribution. Using the social exchange theory, this cross-sectional study examined the influence of workplace incivility on productivity among 365 owners/managers, supervisors, and employees of SMEs in the liquefied petroleum gas sub-sector in Lagos State. Stratified proportionate sampling was utilized to select the respondents. The outcomes revealed that workplace incivility in the form of rudeness, discourteous disposition, and derogatory remarks predicted productivity in terms of an interaction between customers and employees and the capacity of the service process. Also, our findings accentuated the essence of avoiding direct and indirect costs that are linked with workplace incivility. The study recommended the communal and positive interpersonal relationships between owners/managers, employees, and customers and suggested training on emotional intelligence as a panacea for behavioral responses.

The Role of Commitment to Mediate Effect of Motivation on The Performance of Waste Bank Managers in The City of Denpasar

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of commitment to mediate the influence of motivation on the performance of waste bank managers in Denpasar City. The research is causal in nature to provide an explanation… n and understanding of the relationship between the motivation variable and the manager's commitment and performance variables. The research population is all managers of Denpasar City waste bank which are still active, totaling 94 managers. The sampling technique was carried out using the saturated sample technique. Questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability were given to 94 respondents. Methods of data collection through: observation, interviews, documentation, and literature, questionnaires. The method of analysis using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of the study show that direct motivation significant positive effect on the commitment and performance of managers, and commitment plays a partial role in mediating the influence of motivation on the performance of managers. The research implication is the need for motivation to produce work according to standards. The research suggestion is that motivation needs to be increased again by giving awards to managers to form awareness to be more enthusiastic and motivated and committed to work so that they can improve performance at the Denpasar City Waste Bank.
