logy. Methods in Islamic educational philosophy generally involve literature research and philosophical analysis of various aspects of Islamic education. The application of technology is also considered a means to facilitate discussion and reflection on teaching ethics. The contribution of Islamic educational philosophy to ethical development is explained through the relevance of ethical concepts. A deep understanding of monotheism, justice, compassion, and honesty are promoted as the main foundations in shaping Islamic character. The relevance of these ethical concepts in the context of Islamic education is found in the integration of moral values into the curriculum and teaching practices, thus providing concrete guidelines in everyday life. Recommendations are made for improving the education system, including further integration of ethical concepts into the curriculum and community involvement in ethical development. Furthermore, research development and collaboration between academics and educational practitioners are proposed as an effort to support further understanding and implementation of ethical concepts in Islamic education.

Employing a normative juridical method, the research examines the court’s application of doctrines such as strict liability and identification theory within the framework of Law No. 32 of 2009 on Environmental Protection and Management. The findings show that the court adopted a formalistic, text-based legal reasoning model, treating permit violations as inherently punishable acts regardless of actual environmental harm. While the decision reinforces regulatory compliance and affirms corporate culpability, it lacks engagement with broader organizational responsibility and foundational environmental law principles like the precautionary principle and sustainability. This study argues for a more integrated doctrinal approach one that balances rule-based logic with value-oriented reasoning to enhance legal consistency, advance environmental justice, and align Indonesia’s corporate accountability framework with international standards.

This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) based on a combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to improve objectivity and accountability in student selection. AHP is used to determine the weights of the four main academic criteria-the report card scores of Mathematics, Science, Indonesian, and English-based on consistent expert judgment. Furthermore, the SAW method processes the normalized and weighted scores to produce a final ranking of 100 prospective students. The implementation results show that the AHP-SAW integration is able to produce quantitative, transparent, and data-based rankings, thus minimizing subjectivity in the selection process. It provides a structured and replicable model, supporting fairness and efficiency in student admission. This approach is relevant to be applied in educational institutions that want to align the selection process with Islamic educational values and multi-criteria-based objectivity principles.

This article presents a systematic review of scholarly studies discussing the use of mobile applications in Islamic studies education. The review focuses on two key aspects: the design principles employed in application development and the learning outcomes achieved following their use. The review involved selecting literature from the past six years using specific inclusion criteria, including content relevance, source credibility, and its connection to mobile learning practices in Islamic education. Analysis reveals that designs considering cultural appropriateness, user interface interactivity, and integration of Islamic values positively influence students' emotional engagement, motivation, and content comprehension. Learning outcomes also extend into affective and spiritual domains, not merely cognitive. These findings serve as an initial foundation for developers and educators to build an adaptive, meaningful, and value-based Islamic mobile learning ecosystem.

cle aims to systematically examine eight empirical publications from 2021 to 2025 that explore the application of this model within IRE contexts. The review focuses on instructional design, pedagogical outcomes, and implementation challenges. Findings from the analyzed studies suggest that applying the flipped classroom model in IRE can enhance students’ cognitive understanding, foster learning motivation, and develop critical and collaborative thinking skills. However, the effectiveness of this model depends heavily on the quality of digital learning design, the teacher’s readiness to facilitate active learning, and the ability to meaningfully integrate Islamic values into the learning process. In addition, this model faces several challenges, including limitations in technological infrastructure, lack of professional teacher training, and the need for curriculum adaptation. This study highlights the importance of systemic support and digital competency development among educators to ensure that flipped classroom implementation is not merely a technical strategy, but a means of strengthening the spiritual dimension and core values of Islamic education in the digital age.

Employing a quantitative survey of 100 active M-Din users, data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that PEOU significantly affects PU, and both PEOU and PU significantly influence BI; additionally, PU partially mediates the effect of PEOU on BI. This research contributes to the digital banking literature by reaffirming TAM constructs within an Islamic finance context and offers practical recommendations for optimizing Sharia-compliant mobile banking strategies. earch focuses on how these two technologies can increase learning effectiveness, personalize education, as well as the challenges and opportunities faced in their implementation. The research method used is a literature study with a qualitative approach, collecting and analyzing data from various sources such as journals, articles and reports related to virtual teachers, teaching robots and the application of AI in education. The research results show that virtual teachers and teaching robots are able to provide adaptive solutions in learning, such as 24/7 service, instant feedback, and a more interactive learning experience. However, its implementation still faces obstacles such as emotional limitations, ethical data use, and infrastructure readiness. This study concludes that this innovation has the potential to revolutionize education, as long as it is supported by appropriate policies, improving the quality of technology, and the readiness of human resources. This research provides recommendations for technology developers, educators and policy makers to optimize the use of AI in learning in the future.

The data obtained was analyzed thematically to identify patterns and impacts of the application of EQ and SQ in the context of digital education. The research results show that EQ and SQ-based education plays an important role in forming strong and adaptive student characters in the digital era. The integration of EQ helps students manage emotions, increase empathy, and build positive social relationships, while SQ strengthens spiritual values that encourage the formation of responsible and ethical attitudes. This combination not only helps students deal with digital distractions, but also improves collaboration and creativity skills. pitality sector’s key role in tourism governance, research on its collaboration with public institutions, particularly in Makassar, Indonesia, remains limited. This study examines MaxOne Resort and Hotel Makassar to explore the mechanisms, challenges, and outcomes of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in sustainable tourism destination management (STDM). Using a qualitative case study approach, the research employs in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and policy analysis to investigate how MaxOne Resort collaborates with local government and communities to implement sustainability initiatives. The findings reveal that structured mechanisms such as formal agreements, joint projects, and stakeholder committees facilitate sustainable governance. MaxOne Resort actively engages in environmental conservation, community empowerment, and responsible tourism practices, positioning itself as a sustainability model within the hospitality sector. However, regulatory misalignments, funding constraints, and inconsistent stakeholder engagement present significant challenges. The study underscores the relevance of the Penta-Helix framework, highlighting how collaboration among government, private sector, academia, community, and media enhances the legitimacy and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives. This research contributes to the literature by providing a localized analysis of PPPs in Makassar, bridging the gap between theoretical models and practical applications. The findings offer policy recommendations to strengthen stakeholder collaboration, optimize governance structures, and support sustainable tourism development in emerging destinations.
