dang Genting masih mengalami kendala dalam menyusun modul ajar, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), serta mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis proyek secara efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pendampingan berbasis Project-Based Learning untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan, pendampingan implementasi di kelas, praktik penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, dan evaluasi reflektif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa model pendampingan yang diterapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun modul ajar dan RPP berbasis proyek dengan capaian sebesar 89,3% pada kategori sangat baik. Selain itu, guru menjadi lebih aktif, kreatif, dan mampu melibatkan siswa dalam pembelajaran yang komunikatif dan kolaboratif. Dengan demikian, model pendampingan berbasis Project-Based Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SDN 15 Padang Genting.
Project-Based Learning (PBL) is an innovative approach that can improve the quality of English language learning in elementary schools through collaborative and project-oriented activities. However, teachers at SDN 15 Padang Genting still face difficulties in developing teaching modules, lesson plans, and implementing project-based learning effectively. This community service activity aimed to develop a mentoring model based on Project-Based Learning to improve teachers’ competence in English language teaching. The methods used included needs analysis, teacher training, classroom mentoring, practical implementation of learning tools, and reflective evaluation. The stages of the activity consisted of identifying teachers’ needs, designing the mentoring model, conducting training sessions, assisting classroom implementation, and evaluating the outcomes. The results showed that the mentoring model improved teachers’ ability to develop project-based teaching modules and lesson plans, achieving a score of 89.3% in the very good category. In addition, teachers became more active and creative in engaging students in collaborative and communicative learning activities. Therefore, the Project-Based Learning mentoring model was effective in improving the quality of English language learning at SDN 15 Padang Genting.

Villages, as the lowest level of government, play a strategic role in development and public service delivery; however, they still face various challenges in administration and management. Manual administrative processes lead to slow services, a high risk of errors, and low levels of transparency and accountability. In addition, the limited competence of village officials in technology and modern management hinders the effectiveness of planning, implementation, and evaluation of development programs. This condition impacts the quality of public services and reduces community participation. Therefore, digital transformation and the strengthening of village governance management have become urgent necessities. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation with informants consisting of the General Manager, Head of the Research and Development Division (Litbang), Head of the Member Resource Development Subdivision (PSDA), and members of LPM DINAMIKA UIN SU. The results of the study indicate that HRM plays a role in improving member quality through various coaching and competency development programs, and helps increase member activity through continuous motivation, coaching, and coordination. However, its implementation still faces several obstacles, such as low member commitment, time constraints, and differences in motivation levels. Therefore, more effective and sustainable HRM management is needed to support the development of the organization and its members.

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengelolaan program konservasi orangutan Sumatera yang dilakukan oleh Yayasan Orangutan Sumatera Lestari–Orangutan Information Centre (YOSL–OIC) di Bukit Mas, Kecamatan Besitang, Kabupaten Langkat, Sumatera Utara, serta mengkaji kontribusi produk berbasis konservasi terhadap perekonomian masyarakat. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa YOSL–OIC menerapkan pendekatan konservasi terpadu melalui restorasi ekosistem, penyelamatan orangutan, smart patrol, edukasi lingkungan, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Selain mendukung perlindungan habitat orangutan, program pemberdayaan masyarakat menghasilkan produk berbasis jahe merah seperti JELES, aromaterapi, dan body oil herbal yang memberikan manfaat ekonomi bagi masyarakat sekitar kawasan konservasi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi antara konservasi ekologis dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat mampu mendukung keberlanjutan konservasi orangutan Sumatera secara lebih efektif.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola pemanfaatan lahan agroforestri dan non-agroforestri, menganalisis kontribusi pola tanam agroforestri terhadap mitigasi erosi tanah, serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi erosi tanah di Desa Sambak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis komparatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi lapangan, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur. Analisis difokuskan pada kondisi vegetasi, penggunaan lahan, dan karakteristik fisik lahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola agroforestri di Desa Sambak didominasi oleh sistem agrisilvikultur pola multistrata dengan vegetasi utama berupa pinus, mahoni, kopi, dan tanaman bawah berupa rumput-rumputan. Kawasan agroforestri memiliki penutupan lahan yang lebih rapat dibandingkan lahan non-agroforestri sehingga mampu mengurangi limpasan permukaan, memperkuat struktur tanah, dan menekan erosi tanah. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi erosi tanah meliputi kemiringan lereng, curah hujan, jenis tanah, vegetasi, dan penggunaan lahan. Dengan demikian, agroforestri berperan penting dalam mitigasi erosi tanah dan mendukung pengelolaan lahan berkelanjutan di Desa Sambak.

The analysis tool employed is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM), with several tests conducted, including the stationarity test, optimal lag test, VAR stability test, cointegration test, Granger causality test, VECM estimation, impulse response function (IRF) test, and forecast error variance decomposition (FEVD) test. The results indicate that inflation has a significant negative effect on DPK in both the short and long term. The exchange rate has no significant effect on DPK in either the short or long term. The BI rate does not affect DPK in the short term, while in the long term, it tends to show a negative effect, though not significant. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has a significant positive effect on DPK in both the short and long term.

The distribution of rights for female workers is also not optimally implemented. In addition, workforce skills remain a concern, as many workers only possess primary to junior secondary education. Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

This has become a discourse and issue of legal norms for sharia arbitration as an option for sharia insurance dispute resolution, and so far the resolution of sharia insurance disputes through sharia arbitration is regulated by Supreme Court Regulation Number 14 of 2016. The results of this study explain that state policy in managing sharia insurance disputes is still a discourse, so that constitutional authority still uses Article 58 of Law no. 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power. Therefore, it is necessary to amend Law No. 30 of 1999, specifically regarding the article regarding the District Court, which must be supplemented by the Religious Courts and procedures for resolving disputes through sharia arbitration.

Hasil ini menunjukkan pentingnya diplomasi dalam perdagangan, penguatan hilirisasi, serta penerapan standar keberlanjutan guna meningkatkan daya saing Indonesia di pasar global.
