he learning process so that technology in learning is still very lacking. The purpose of this research is to develop powtoon-based animated video media in class V subtheme 3 humans and objects in their environment and determine the feasibility of powtoon-based animated video media with validation tests by material experts, media experts, and linguists, as well as student responses. The experimental subjects were fifth-grade elementary school students. The development of this video media uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of the validation test by material experts showed a percentage value of 88% in the very feasible category, media experts gave a percentage value of 100% in the very feasible category, and linguists gave a percentage value of 60% in the feasible category with revisions. The student response based on the questionnaire shows a positive response with a percentage score obtained of 91% in the category of very feasible, student response. The results can be concluded that the development of powtoon-based animated video media on subtheme 3 of humans and objects in their environment is suitable for use and motivates teachers and students in the learning process.

ction, convenience, administrative certainty, and equitable access for prospective pilgrims in an archipelagic province. A qualitative descriptive approach was used. Data were collected through observation, document review, and in-depth interviews with officials and employees involved in umrah service management at the Regional Office during August-October 2023. The analysis applies six public-policy evaluation criteria: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and appropriateness. The findings show that the policy has generally met the six criteria. Effectiveness is reflected in administrative preparation, document control, security, and comfort before departure, during the stay in Saudi Arabia, and during return. Efficiency is shown through the use of available resources, a service process of approximately three to ten days, and continuous monitoring of travel providers. Adequacy is reflected in supervision of facilities, accommodation, safety standards, information, and complaint mechanisms. Equity is pursued through equal access, affordable costs, gender sensitivity, and protection of pilgrims. Responsiveness appears in rapid responses to complaints, emergency coordination, and service improvement based on feedback. Appropriateness is demonstrated through compliance with Islamic values, business ethics, regulations, and Saudi Arabian procedures. The study implies that digital registration, transparent quota management, cost audits, emergency response teams, and certified service personnel are needed to strengthen umrah service governance.

The results underscore the need for tax authorities to prioritize strengthening audit processes and detection mechanisms while recognizing that service quality, though important for building long-term trust, may not significantly influence immediate compliance behavior. Future research should explore other moderating factors that could impact taxpayer decisions in varying economic and cultural contexts.

The results showed that Extensive Reading Practice received positive responses from students and teachers. Students reported improved reading skills, increased vocabulary, better text comprehension, and increased interest in reading. Meanwhile, teachers reported that extensive reading practice increased students' motivation to learn and active participation in language learning. The role of the school in providing adequate resources for extensive reading practice is also very important. This includes a well-stocked library and a variety of reading materials to support different reading activities. Overall, this study shows that extensive reading practice has significant benefits for students and teachers in improving language proficiency and motivation to learn.

However, policies regarding foreign language teaching teachers in Northern Cyprus must be reviewed to provide immense opportunities to enhance language competence of both language teachers and learners. In this sense, foreign language teaching and learning policy in ELT as well as other foreign languages must be well taught and successfully integrated into school systems and societies. Hence, the open-ended questions have been administered to six (6) foreign language teachers to elicit more detailed responses concerning teachers’ perception on changing time and options in teaching industry. The findings reveal how significant it is to introduce positive changes in foreign language teaching. The study suggests to be circumspect in the implementation of language policies and classroom activities regarding foreign language teaching and learning in order to prevent negative influences on both the teachers’ and the learners’ first language, ethnicity or culture.

Using the social exchange theory, this cross-sectional study examined the influence of workplace incivility on productivity among 365 owners/managers, supervisors, and employees of SMEs in the liquefied petroleum gas sub-sector in Lagos State. Stratified proportionate sampling was utilized to select the respondents. The outcomes revealed that workplace incivility in the form of rudeness, discourteous disposition, and derogatory remarks predicted productivity in terms of an interaction between customers and employees and the capacity of the service process. Also, our findings accentuated the essence of avoiding direct and indirect costs that are linked with workplace incivility. The study recommended the communal and positive interpersonal relationships between owners/managers, employees, and customers and suggested training on emotional intelligence as a panacea for behavioral responses.

Students who work in groups, on the other hand, are not affected by this. Another finding of the survey was that respondents employ a wide range of social media lingo, including clipping, abbreviation, alphanumeric homophony, vowel deletion, graphone, and other slang terms, among other things. The researchers collected data using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire distributed to 103 students of the Computer Science Study Program who had attended lectures. The researchers analyzed five aspects: teaching readiness, teaching materials, teaching discipline, teaching evaluation, and lecturer personality. We analyzed the data using descriptive statistics, calculating the percentage of student responses for each aspect of the assessment. The results of the study show that the performance of lecturers in the Computer Science Study Program at HKBP Nommensen University Pematangsiantar is generally in the good to very good category. The aspects of teaching readiness, teaching materials, teaching discipline, and teaching evaluation received very good ratings. The aspect of lecturer personality was in the good category. However, we must improve lecturer performance in the aspect of research. We must improve productivity, continuity of research activities, and scientific publications. The results of this study are expected to be used as evaluation material and a basis for policy-making for institutions in their efforts to improve the quality of lecturers and higher education in a sustainable manner.
