Dimensions of Behavior of Green Product Using Organic Fertilizer (Qualitative and Countitative study of Farming Communities in Mulyoagung Village)

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the direct and indirect relationship between green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, green purchase intention, and green purchase behavior. This study… udy examines the mediating role of green purchase intention in the relationship between the orientation of green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, and green purchase behavior. This research is included in the mixed method research where both quantitative and qualitative are used. The research method used in this research is an unbalanced mixed method (concurrent embedded design) conducted on farmers in Mulyoagung Village. The research sample was taken using the quota sampling method with the sample size calculator as the method for determining the number of samples. Data collection was carried out online through a questionnaire form for 2 months on 219 farmers in Mulyoagung Village. Data analysis in this study used SEM-PLS assisted by SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. as well as for qualitative research using documentation and interviews. The results of the study show that there is a direct and indirect relationship between green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, green purchase intention, and green purchase behavior. Not only that, there is a mediating role of green purchase intention in the relationship between the orientation of green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, and green purchase behavior. Determination Analysis Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning (STP) On The Level Sales at Upnormal Coffee in Palu

Abstract: This study aims to assess and analyze whether the marketing strategy STP (Segmentation, targets, and position) to the level of sales has been implemented by Upnormal Coffee Beach in Palu which has reached more than one year… ear (2021- 2022). This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all employees of Upnormal Coffee while the sample of this research is all employees of Upnormal Coffee as many as 36 employees as respondents using saturation sampling, the sampling technique when all members of the population were used as a sample. The data collection techniques were performed by means of a questionnaire conducted interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of this study with multiple linear regression analysis, regression equation Y = 8,944+ 0.164 X1 + 0.061 X2 + 0,032 X3 + e. Basedonn statistical analysis data, the indicators in this study is valid and the variables are reliable. In the classical assumption, in said that indicator otherwise normal distribution and correlation Linear in significance between each independent variable and the dependent variable, to the amount of influence Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning are all having a positive direction and not significant in their influence on the level of sales in Upnormal Coffee in the city of Palu

This research was conducted at the Banyorang coffee processing center, Tompobulu sub-district, Bantaeng district. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, with a total sample of 30 people. The results of the research hypothesis show that the recruitment system has a partial effect on employee productivity at the Banyorang Coffee Processing Center, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency. This result means that with a good recruitment system, there will be an increase in Employee Productivity. The results of the research hypothesis show that employee performance has a partial effect on employee productivity at the Banyorang Coffee Processing Center, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency. This result means that with good performance, there will be an increase in Employee Productivity. The results of the research hypothesis show that the recruitment system and employee performance simultaneously influence employee productivity at the Banyorang Coffee Processing Center, Tompobulu District, Bantaeng Regency.

Literature Study of Sukuk as a Sharia Securities Instrument

Abstract: Sukuk is one of the subjects in the field of Sharia accounting that is growing rapidly in Islamic finance as an alternative investment instrument that has attracted investors' interest in the last few decades. This article… le aims to provide a deeper understanding of the topics raised, and the theories and methodologies used in research conducted in all countries in the world in the last 10 years (2010-2020). A review of articles from Publish or Perish that is indexed by Scopus and guided by the NVivo R1 application is used to analyze the data. From the results of the study, it was found, firstly about the trend of research on sukuk over the last 10 years by categorizing it from the publishing journal, year of publication, country, and research theme. Second, it was found that there were 29 theories used in previous articles related to the review of the Sukuk literature as an investment in Islamic securities. Furthermore, this theory influences the methods used for research, there are 29 methodologies found in previous articles. Third, the findings regarding research gaps are based on themes for further research

This research approach is quantitative. This research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of Barru Regency. The sample used was 68 people. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and coefficient determination test (r2). The research results show thatwork stress has a negative and effect onwork motivation. The higher the work stress experienced by employees, the morework motivationemployees are decreasing. When an employee in carrying out his duties, gets a high work load, will take actions that can reduce the quality of his work there by reducing motivation at work. So it is concluded thatwork stress havenegative influenceto work motivation at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of Barru Regency.

Analysis of Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction on Repurchase Halal Fashion Products

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on repurchasing and the effect of customer satisfaction on repurchasing halal fashion products at the Bone Sewing House (RJA). The variables used are Service Quality&#8230; lity (X1), Customer Satisfaction (X2) as the independent variable and Repurchase (Y) as the dependent variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted using a purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 80 respondents. The data collection method was through distributing questionnaires to the customer population of the Bone Sewing House (RJA). The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that service quality (X1) has a significant effect on repurchase (Y) and customer satisfaction (X2) has a significant effect on repurchase (Y) with a sig value of 0.000, which means the value is less than α 0.05 or (0.000 < 0.05).

The Effect of Internal Motivation and External Motivation on The Performance of Honorary Teachers at State Junior High Schools in Tarowang District, Jeneponto Regency

Abstract: This research aims to know and explain the effects of internal motivation (X1) and external motivation (X2) on teacher Performance (Y). To figure out the internal motivation influence (X1) partially towards the teacher's&#8230; performance (Y) and external motivation influence (X2) partially towards the teacher's performance (Y). This research was conducted at SMP Negeri di Tarowang Kabuaten Jeneponto Sub-district. The population and samples in this study are all honorary teachers at SMP Negeri in Tarowang Sub-district of Jeneponto district amounting to 34 people. The data collection techniques are done by providing questionnaires and observations. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression through the SPSS 21 application. External motivation to the performance of the honorary teachers had a very strong relationship. The results of multiple linear regression analyses showed that the contribution given by internal motivation and external motivation to the performance of the honorary teacher of the state Junior high School in Tarowang sub-district of Jeneponto was 63%.

Value Chain Model in Zakat Management at Makassar City National Amil Zakat Agency

Abstract: This research aims to determine the application of value chain model in zakat management at the Makassar City National Amil Zakat Agency. Population in this research is financial statements BAZNAS Makassar City in 2016 to&#8230; o 2018. Sample this research is data zakat conducted by BAZNAS Makassar City in 2016-2018. Data collection in research is by documentation, observation and interviews. The analysis technique used is descriptive method of value chain model analysis. The results showed that value chain model application can describe the activities carried out and increase the BAZNAS Makassar City value added. Primary activities consisting of zakat receipts, management functions application, zakat distribution, distribution and services. Furthermore secondary activities consist of administration, technology development, human resources management, and institutional facilities.
