The research was conducted with a phenomenological approach that reveals deep aspects that have not been revealed in the scientific literature so that it becomes a novelty about the dynamics of student decision-making in choosing a concentration. This research uses qualitative methodology with an interpretive paradigm and transcendental phenomenology approach. The key informants of this study were 8th students of financial management concentration. Data collection is done through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The dynamics of decision-making regarding the choice of financial management concentration are caused by academic preferences, the impact of social interaction, and job opportunities. There are factors of friends or close people who give academic preferences, group factors that concern the impact of social interaction on the decision-making process, and personal factors related to future employment opportunities

rch collected data from 100 samples determined based on the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results of the study showed that all independent variables had a significant impact on employee performance. Validity and reliability tests confirmed the reliability of the research instrument. The regression model indicated that an increase in the variables of Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style was positively associated with an improvement in employee performance. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 31% indicated that independent variables influenced 31% of the variance in employee performance, while the rest was influenced by other factors.This research confirms that education and training are important for improving the quality and performance of employees. Work motivation significantly affects performance, and effective leadership style positively contributes to employee performance. In conclusion, Education and Training, Work Motivation, and Leadership Style collectively and partially have a significant impact on the performance of female ASN employees in the city of Makassar.

But the 36 samples processed the result is abnormal distribution, so the researcher increase the observation period on the IDX in 2015.2020. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the procedures for submitting financing to Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar prioritize unity, balance, freedom and primarily responsibility. The financing schemes that are often used by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar are mudharabah and musyarakah financing. Benefit can be created by Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar for UMKM actors with patterns or implementation of contracts on products that are very much in favor so that the implementation of the benefits of Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Makassar has realized in its implementation the financing process for UMKM actors.

The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 21 program. The results of this study state that profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Consequently, this study was conducted to elucidate the interrelations between work motivation, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee performance within the context of the Regional Drinking Water Company of Makassar City (PDAM Makassar City).The research involved the collection of data from 107 employees of the Makassar City Regional Drinking Water Company to empirically test the proposed research model, utilizing WarpPLS 7.0 modeling software. The findings of the study reveal that there is a statistically significant influence of organizational commitment and work discipline, both individually and collectively, on job satisfaction and employee performance.
