ed on project-based learning assisted by live worksheet, as well as to find out the response of teachers and students in grade V of SDN Dewi Sartika 2 Aut The implementation of E-LKPD single substance material plays a role in improving thinking skills through classroom learning. The type of research is the ADDIE model approach, (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The product validation test was conducted by computer science media experts, Indonesian language experts, and science material experts. The validation results by media experts were 89.0% of the criteria were very feasible, linguists 96.0% of the requirements were very doable, and science materials experts 90.3% were very feasible. The results of the student response questionnaire were 91.5%, the response of class teachers was 90% in the appropriate category, and the average effectiveness score of using E-LKPD was 89.6% of the criteria as expected. The results show that project-based learning E-LKPD using live worksheets is feasible to use in the learning process and is effective in improving the thinking skills of elementary school students.

nderstanding of science concepts in grade V elementary school students of SDN Panaragan 2 Bogor City. The method used in this study is the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) method. This research begins with a needs analysis, making an E-LKPD design, validation by experts, and revising the E-LKPD, after which the E-LKPD is tested on a limited basis and evaluated. The study results show that the effectiveness of E-LKPD based on science literacy has met the criteria very feasible by obtaining a percentage of media experts of 88%, 95% from linguists, and 94% from material experts. Meanwhile, a limited trial conducted on 30 students in class V received a response with a percentage of 93% and a teacher response with a percentage of 92%. Based on these data, it can be concluded that science literacy-based E-LKPD is very feasible to be used by students and teachers as teaching materials on water cycle materials in grade V of Elementary School.

d is a systematic literature review, which includes data collection and analysis from various studies related to social support for pregnant women. the results of the study indicate that pregnant women involved in the family planning program receive stronger social support from family, friends, and health workers. this support includes better emotional, informational, and instrumental aspects, which have a positive impact on their mental and physical health. in contrast, non-family planning pregnant women tend to experience social isolation and have limited access to health resources and information. the discussion in this study emphasizes the importance of social support in improving the welfare of pregnant women and the role of the family planning program as a platform to strengthen social support networks. the conclusion of this study shows that better social support in pregnant women who participate in the family planning program contributes to better mental health, lower stress levels, and increase their self-confidence during pregnancy. therefore, it is important to improve the integration of social support in the family planning program to create a more supportive environment for pregnant women, so that they can go through their pregnancy more healthily and optimally.

pitality sector’s key role in tourism governance, research on its collaboration with public institutions, particularly in Makassar, Indonesia, remains limited. This study examines MaxOne Resort and Hotel Makassar to explore the mechanisms, challenges, and outcomes of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in sustainable tourism destination management (STDM). Using a qualitative case study approach, the research employs in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and policy analysis to investigate how MaxOne Resort collaborates with local government and communities to implement sustainability initiatives. The findings reveal that structured mechanisms such as formal agreements, joint projects, and stakeholder committees facilitate sustainable governance. MaxOne Resort actively engages in environmental conservation, community empowerment, and responsible tourism practices, positioning itself as a sustainability model within the hospitality sector. However, regulatory misalignments, funding constraints, and inconsistent stakeholder engagement present significant challenges. The study underscores the relevance of the Penta-Helix framework, highlighting how collaboration among government, private sector, academia, community, and media enhances the legitimacy and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives. This research contributes to the literature by providing a localized analysis of PPPs in Makassar, bridging the gap between theoretical models and practical applications. The findings offer policy recommendations to strengthen stakeholder collaboration, optimize governance structures, and support sustainable tourism development in emerging destinations.

The findings highlight that PT KAI’s ethical initiatives strengthen its reputation, promote customer loyalty, and support a positive workplace environment. Despite these successes, challenges remain, including the absence of formalized ethical guidelines and the need for ethical leadership. In 2023, out of 37 health centers in Semarang, 36 health centers (97.3%) achieved “Plenary” accreditation and 1 Health Center (2.7%) achieved “Main” accreditation. The purpous of this study are to To determine the current OSH practice and determine OSH aspect that needs improvement based on Health Ministry Regulation No.52 of 2018. qualitative methods with a case study design. Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) management at Padangsari Health Center was evaluated based on 92 indicators from three main aspects. In the OHS management criteria, 14 out of 23 indicators (60.9%) have been met. For OSH standards, 45 out of 61 indicators (73.8%) have been met. Meanwhile, 8 indicators related to OSH training, reporting, and recording have all been met. Although Padangsari Health Center has achieved "Main" accreditation with an achievement of 72.8%, further efforts are still needed to meet at least 80% of the assessment indicators in order to obtain the highest accreditation, namely "Plenary". It is recommended to improve indicators, especially in improving OHS planning, strengthening supervision, ensuring staff compliance with SOPs, and evaluating the effectiveness of OSH implementation in the future.

The research results show that the integration of Islamic values in human resource management significantly improves the performance, loyalty, and satisfaction of educators. However, the challenges in digital literacy are still felt by most educators, even though institutions have provided regular technology training. The implementation of a collaborative culture through deliberation has proven effective in enhancing innovation and the involvement of educators in the decision-making process. The use of digital technology tailored to Islamic values, such as sharia-compliant human resource management applications, also strengthens aspects of transparency and justice in institutional management. In conclusion, Human Resource management based on Islamic values, supported by digital technology, is capable of improving performance quality and creating a harmonious work environment that is relevant in addressing the challenges of the digital era.

shift has presented significant challenges for labor laws, which are often designed for traditional work environments. This study explores the implementation of labor law in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, analyzing the challenges faced by both employers and employees in adapting to these new technological advancements. Using a qualitative methodology, this research employs a juridical review of existing labor laws, supported by an in-depth case study examining how these laws are applied in technology-driven industries. The findings indicate that labor laws often lag behind the technological advances, leading to gaps in legal protections for workers and ambiguities in employer obligations. The case study highlights specific instances where current labor regulations fail to address issues related to remote work, job displacement due to automation, and workers' rights in the gig economy. Solutions are proposed to modernize labor laws, ensuring they are adaptable to future technological developments while safeguarding workers' rights. The study concludes that there is an urgent need for legal reforms to balance innovation with fair labor practices in the era of Industry 4.0.

The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression, processed with SPSS 25, following classic assumption tests for normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity. The analysis reveals that liquidity and working capital turnover do not significantly affect profitability, while solvency significantly impacts profitability. Overall, liquidity, solvency, and working capital turnover together significantly affect profitability.
