analyze the influence of employee motivation on the quality of administrative services at the Leihitu Sub-district Office, Central Maluku Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory design to identify causal relationships between variables. The population in this study consists of all employees involved in administrative services, and total sampling was used due to the manageable number of staff. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale to measure motivation and service quality indicators. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and linear regression to determine the effect of motivation on service quality. The results show that employee motivation significantly and positively influences administrative service quality. Employees with higher intrinsic and extrinsic motivation tend to demonstrate better responsiveness, discipline, communication, and consistency in carrying out public service functions. The study concludes that strengthening motivation is essential to improve public service performance. Therefore, organizational leaders are encouraged to enhance work motivation through recognition, supportive leadership, fair reward systems, and professional development opportunities to ensure services meet community expectations.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the existing legal framework for investor protection against stock fraud, analyse its practical implementation, and recommend measures to strengthen both preventive and repressive mechanisms. Employing a normative legal research design with a qualitative approach, the study integrates statute, conceptual, and case approaches, focusing on Law No. 8 of 1995 on Capital Markets, OJK regulations, the Criminal Code, and notable cases such as PT Hanson International Tbk. The findings reveal that while the legal framework normatively aligns with the Legal Protection Theory, Justice Theory, and Legal Effectiveness Theory, substantial gaps remain between regulation and enforcement. Weak supervisory coordination, delayed intervention, lengthy judicial processes, and low investor legal literacy reduce effectiveness. Recommended reforms include adopting regtech and suptech, enhancing cross-agency data integration, implementing AI-based surveillance, establishing a specialised capital market court, and strengthening investor education. The study concludes that combining regulatory improvements, adaptive enforcement, and public legal empowerment is essential to safeguard investors, maintain market integrity, and promote sustainable economic growth.

However, it raises legal concerns regarding ambiguous authority distribution between central, provincial, and municipal levels, as well as the unclear operational role of the Papuan People’s Assembly (MRP). The main research problem is whether PP No. 106/2021 provides a coherent and constitutionally consistent governance framework. This study applies doctrinal legal research using normative-analytical methods, including statutory interpretation, constitutional tests, and comparative perspectives. The findings indicate weak accountability mechanisms in managing Special Autonomy Funds, limited integration of customary law, and institutional fragility in newly established bodies such as BP-DOP and UPAP. The study concludes that PP No. 106/2021 does not fully align with the constitutional principles of legal certainty and decentralization. Grounded in framing theory, narrative theory, and social capital theory, the research explores how volunteers construct persuasive anti-drug messages through culturally rooted storytelling, emotional framing, and symbolic communication. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through interviews, focus groups, observations, and campaign materials with 18 youth volunteers. The findings reveal that volunteers effectively used personal experiences and local narratives to foster trust and collective identity, transforming individual challenges into shared stories of hope and resistance. Emotional strategies, such as gain-framed and fear-based appeals, were deliberately crafted to trigger empathy and promote behavioral change. Volunteers also capitalized on their deep integration within community networks to enhance message credibility and reach, cultivating both bonding and bridging social capital. The study challenges top-down approaches in health campaigns, illustrating the power of peer-led, culturally resonant communication. It contributes a layered communication model for grassroots health advocacy and underscores the transformative impact of narrative-driven volunteer engagement. The study recommends integrating cultural framing in training programs and exploring digital channels to scale grassroots messaging in future research.

The study involved 14 informants. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The findings show that the performance of the KPU of Maluku Province in organizing the 2024 Presidential Election in Ambon City is in good condition, based on dimensions such as work responsiveness, work accountability, work effectiveness, and work efficiency. This performance is influenced by factors such as human resources (HR), technological support, collaboration with stakeholders, and community participation.

According to this study, Malaysia is the country that publishes the most publications of this research compared to other countries. Then the University of Brunei Darussalam was the most prolific affiliate to publish articles on this. The history of article production growth that started from 2010-2024, continues to increase and peaks in 2024, with 55 documents and the lowest number of documents in 2010 with 10 published documents. This is increasing because there may be a need for sharia synergy to increase Islamic entrepreneurship in Islamic finance and sustainable development (SDGs). Using quantitative methods, data were analyzed through regression tests, including T-test, F-test, and determination coefficient analysis, to explore the relationships between these variables. The results indicate that motivation has a strong and significant positive effect on employee performance, supported by a regression coefficient of 0.661 and a significance level of p < 0.001. Similarly, job satisfaction also significantly impacts performance, with a coefficient of 0.325 and p < 0.001, although its influence is comparatively lower than motivation. The simultaneous effect of motivation and job satisfaction was confirmed by an F-value of 396.748 and an R² of 0.922, indicating that 92.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these two factors. The findings emphasize the importance of fostering both motivation and job satisfaction to improve employee performance effectively. Therefore, organizations should develop policies that enhance motivation through rewards and career development opportunities, as well as improve job satisfaction by ensuring supportive working conditions and recognizing employee contributions.

With such conditions, it is necessary to expand the medium voltage distribution network in the Gondoriyo area with the aim of balancing the load on the BSB 1 extension. To facilitate load sharing in the expansion of the Gondoriyo area, the ETAP powerstaion 7.5.0 simulation program is used. which consists of 1 phase simulation before expansion and 3 phase simulation after expansion. From the results of this engineering shrinkage simulation, the total engineering shrinkage value in the 1-phase network before the expansion was 6480 kW, after the network expansion, the total engineering shrinkage changed to 2510.4 kW. With the simulation that has been made, it is expected to produce a load sharing plan that will make it easier for PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Boja to share the load on the network after the expansion.
