The analysis includes the definition of shares as ownership of company assets, the importance of ensuring that the company's business is halal, as well as the prohibition against usury and gharar. Differences of opinion among scholars in determining the law itself. This research aims to compare the opinions of the DSN Fatwa with Contemporary Fuqaha in determining the law on the sale and purchase of shares. The approach used in this writing is a normative juridical approach with literature studies. The results that the author can conclude are that the law on buying and selling shares is permissible and some is prohibited.

of waste is 615 kg out of a total of 7804.1 kg of medical waste from health centers in Jambi City, so it has the potential to spread disease if medical waste is not managed properly. This research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Data was obtained from 8 informants by conducting in-depth interviews and observations in May 2023 - April 2024 using qualitative research data analysis software. In the input aspect (1) Human Resources in the quantity aspect are sufficient, while the qualifications are not appropriate because they come from general administration. (2) Facilities and infrastructure are not sufficient and if there is damage, goods will be procured and reported to envinronmental health authority. Meanwhile, in the process aspect (3) Sorting is carried out by each waste producing poly unit by labeling the type of waste, date and poly, (4) The container used at the Putri Ayu Public Health Center meets the standards of Minister of Health Regulation Number 18 of 2020 (5) Transportation is carried out more than once every 2 days by PT Anggrek (6). Storage is carried out at TPS with a time span of 2-3 days at the latest. There are still input aspects that do not comply with standards (in the case of this research, namely the quality of human resources) causing disruption to process aspects, such as less than optimal management performance in managing medical waste in the container, transport and storage processes.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji peran Dinas Kependudukan dan Registrasi Kota Banda Aceh menciptakan partisipasi pada masyarakat Gampong Lampulo dan mengetahui keterlibatan masyarakat gampong dalam mengikuti kegiatan program jemput bola. Penelitian ini dianalisa dengan menggunakan teori AGIL yang dikemukakan oleh Talcott Parsons. Penelitian ini berlokasi di Gampong Lampulo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian ini memiliki jumlah informan 6 orang. Teknik analisa yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat 4 komponen AGIL yang terbentuk di lokasi penelitian yaitu : 1. Adaptation, Disdukcapil Kota Banda Aceh dan Aparatur Gampong Lampulo saling beradaptasi mulai dari penentuan jadwal pelaksanaan serta pengadaan sarana dan prasarana yang dibutuhkan, 2. Goal Attainment, tujuan yang dituju bagi Dinas Kependudukan dan Registrasi Kota Banda Aceh dan Aparatur Gampong Lampulo memiliki kesamaan tujuan yaitu memudahkan proses administrasi bagi masyarakat, 3. Integration, diwujudkan dalam komunikasi dan konsolidasi Dinas Kependudukan dan Registrasi Kota Banda Aceh beserta Aparatur Gampong Lampulo yang solid. Selanjutnya, 4. Latent Maintenance, adanya komunikasi yang masih berlangsung antara Disdukcapil Kota Banda Aceh, Aparatur Gampong Lampulo, dan masyarakat Gampong Lampulo secara berkelanjutan.

This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive research, and the object of this study is carried out on natural objects. The data collection techniques used in this study are Observation, Documentation, and Interview. The researcher made observations by directly going into the field to see the object being studied. Then the researcher conducted interviews to explore information to data sources, namely the main informant, key informant, and supporting informant, then collected documents about the use of technology techniques in analyzing the data carried out in this study after data collection, then data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded that the Sisobahili Village Office still does not have adequate facilities to support administrative service activities to the community such as computers that are still not owned by the Sisobahili Village office, the facilities in the Sisobahili Village office, only in the form of laptops and printers . The limitations of these facilities are an obstacle for the Village apparatus in carrying out administrative activities related to the use of technology, so in this case information technology has not been used optimally. Human Resources in the use of information technology by the Sisobahili Village apparatus is still low, due to the low level of education of village apparatus in terms of technology utilization, so that some forms of services carried out still have obstacles, all forms of services related to technology are always charged to operators and other devices that are able to use technology, so it can be concluded based on the results of interviews at the level of human resources of the Village apparatus The use of technology is still minimal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa rumpun pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2020 – 2023 yang terdiri dari program studi Pendidikan Akuntansi, Pendidikan Ekonomi, dan Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran sebanyak 1.127 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proportionate stratified random sampling, dengan total sampel sebanyak 295 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen non tes berupa angket untuk mengukur keterampilan kolaborasi mahasiswa. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif, One Way Anova, dan Independent Sample T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara keseluruhan keterampilan kolaborasi mahasiswa rumpun pendidikan ekonomi UNS berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Indikator yang memiliki capaian tertinggi adalah indikator menunjukan sikap saling menghargai dan indikator yang memiliki capaian terendah adalah indikator bekerja secara produktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada tingkat signifikansi 5% untuk keterampilan kolaborasi mahasiswa rumpun pendidikan ekonomi UNS baik berdasarkan program studi maupun jenis kelaminnya.

Dari penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa dinasti politik dapat mengancam demokrasi dengan memperkuat oligarki dan menghambat partisipasi politik, namun juga dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dengan menawarkan stabilitas politik yang berkelanjutan. Kesimpulan yang ditarik adalah bahwa peran dinasti politik dalam demokrasi sangat dipengaruhi oleh konteks, dengan rekomendasi kebijakan yang bertujuan meminimalkan risiko negatif dan memanfaatkan potensi positif dinasti politik dalam proses demokratisasi.

Second, the assessment of the independent curriculum English language learning includes listening, reading, viewing, speaking and writing. Meanwhile, the challenges of evaluating and assessing English learning in the independent curriculum include the development of assessment instruments that are in accordance with the principles of the independent curriculum, the integration of continuous formative assessment in the independent curriculum, and aspects of inclusiveness in English learning.
