bibliometric analysis of global trends, collaboration networks, and thematic developments remains limited. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of 489 Scopus-indexed articles published between 1977 and 2025 to examine publication trends, key contributors, and thematic structures. Results indicate that the United States (32.5%), United Kingdom (15.8%), Germany (9.6%), and Canada (7.3%) are the leading contributors, with emerging research from Slovenia (2.1%) and Uruguay (1.7%). Institutional collaborations highlight strong interdisciplinary ties, particularly between the Center for Addictive Disorders and the Faculty of Medicine and Health. Co-authorship analysis identifies Nikos Ntoumanis (98 publications) and Jennifer Cumming (76 publications) as pivotal researchers, while citation network analysis highlights influential clusters led by Joan L. Duda (4,532 citations) and Andreas Ivarsson (3,215 citations). Bradford’s Law identifies Psychology of Sport and Exercise and Journal of Applied Sport Psychology as core journals. Thematic mapping reveals that mental toughness (18.4%) and resilience (14.7%) are dominant topics, while psychometrics (6.3%) and competitive anxiety (5.1%) remain underexplored. These findings provide strategic insights for enhancing global research collaboration, bridging psychological theory and practice, and guiding future research directions in sports psychology.

Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 30 artikel jurnal internasional terindeks Scopus, IEEE Xplore, dan ScienceDirect dalam rentang tahun 2020–2025. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa Machine Learning banyak diterapkan pada empat domain utama: predictive maintenance, process optimization, quality control, serta intelligent automation. Algoritma yang dominan digunakan meliputi supervised learning dan deep reinforcement learning, yang terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional hingga 35%. Namun demikian, isu terkait interpretabilitas model, keterbatasan data industri, serta integrasi manusia–AI masih menjadi tantangan utama. This study aims to analyse the needs and components of a robust maritime surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait, particularly in dealing with the impacts of extreme weather and climate change. Additionally, this research will explore the role of geospatial maritime intelligence in enhancing situational awareness and response to maritime incidents. The study findings indicate that a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait requires the integration of advanced sensor systems (including multi-spectral radar and meteorological/oceanographic sensors), redundant communication networks, and AI/ML-based intelligent data processing. The adaptive capabilities of the system, including the use of UAVs and USVs, are critical to maintaining operational effectiveness in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, international cooperation and a robust policy framework, encompassing climate change adaptation and ethical considerations, are fundamental to the successful implementation and sustainability of surveillance systems. The Malacca Strait case study highlights specific vulnerabilities and proposes concrete solutions, illustrating a shift from a reactive to a proactive paradigm in maritime security. This study aims to analyze the primary factors influencing consumer protection in live commerce settings by examining five core variables: product transparency, platform accountability, perceived risk, consumer trust, and digital literacy. Utilizing a qualitative exploratory approach, this research conducted a comprehensive literature review of 77 international journal articles published between 2020 and 2024. The findings indicate that product transparency and platform accountability are fundamental to enhancing consumer trust and reducing perceived risks, whereas digital literacy acts as a moderating factor that empowers consumers to make informed decisions. The study proposes a conceptual framework that integrates behavioral and regulatory dimensions, offering both theoretical insights and practical implications for improving consumer protection in fast paced, interactive digital marketplaces.

Proses pengembangan sistem mengikuti model Waterfall dalam Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), meliputi tahapan pengumpulan kebutuhan, analisis, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem e-Poin mampu memberikan kemudahan dalam pendokumentasian pelanggaran, mempercepat proses pelaporan kepada wali santri, serta meningkatkan keterlibatan guru dan orang tua dalam pembinaan karakter siswa. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan framework CodeIgniter 3 dengan database MySQL dan menyediakan fitur antarmuka yang mudah digunakan oleh berbagai pengguna, termasuk guru, admin, orang tua, dan siswa. Implementasi sistem ini mendukung program digitalisasi pendidikan yang sejalan dengan kebijakan Kurikulum Merdeka serta visi madrasah dalam membentuk siswa yang disiplin dan berkarakter.

Based on the interest in studying Malcolm X's speech further, the thesis writer decided to analyze Malcolm X's speech at the Oxford Union Debate using Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis framework with a qualitative method that will focus on linguistic issues as part of social and humanitarian issues. The results of this study showed deconstruction result of Malcolm X's speech text by analyzing various linguistic features from the dimensions of text practice (including positive and negative lexical items, key terms of ideology and belief, modality, and rhetorical devices), discursive practice (including intertextuality and shared knowledge), and sociocultural (including formality and personal pronouns), then continued with a discussion of the relationship between discourse, power, and ideology and the role of Malcolm X's speech in the historical context at that time. It can be concluded that Malcolm X's speech highlights his advocacy for revolutionary justice and self-defense for oppressed black people. He also challenged the power structures of his time, opposing segregation and exposing the hypocrisy of the American and Western governments with white supremacy and colonialism behind the mask of democracy.

to analyze how Islamic law and positive law interact in regulating marriage and to what extent their convergence occurs in the practice of religious courts and within the Muslim community in Indonesia. The research employs a normative approach by analyzing sources of Islamic law, statutory regulations, and religious court rulings related to marriage. The findings indicate that although Indonesia’s marriage law is based on Sharia principles, several adjustments have been made to align with positive law to ensure justice and protection for all parties, particularly in aspects such as marriage registration, minimum marriage age, and women's rights. The convergence between Islamic law and positive law reflects efforts to harmonize religious values with national legal interests. However, challenges remain in its implementation, particularly concerning child marriage, polygamy, and divorce, which often spark debates in society. Therefore, further studies are needed to evaluate the effectiveness of Indonesia’s marriage regulations and how Islamic law can continue to adapt within the framework of a modern legal state.
