ANALISIS SENTIMEN TERHADAP PELAYANA PUBLIK PADA DINAS PELAYANAN MODAL DAN PELAYANAN TERPADU SATU PINTU KABUPATEN SUMBA BARAT DAYA MENGUNAKAN METODE NAÏVE BAYES

Ngongo, Enos Bili, Trisno, Mitra Permata Ayu
Abstract: Public Services at the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services of Southwest Sumba Regency are basic services in government administration. Public Services are an important indicator in assessing government… performance, both at the central and regional levels. Quality public services have implications for public satisfaction, because the public directly assesses the performance of the services provided. The low quality of Services in Southwest Sumba has so far encouraged the government to immediately improve the quality of services, especially those related to the required service licensing services, which are adjusted to the capabilities and needs of the region in managing them. Then, another problem found in the community is that the public does not understand the information related to licensing services that can be done online due to the lack of socialization from officers of the Office of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services of Southwest Sumba Regency regarding licensing that can be accessed online. The results of the Naïve Bayes method classification with a total of 71 positive sentiments and 31 negative sentiments. The accuracy value is 78.36%, margin of error is 9.10%, positive prediction precision is 85.92%, negative prediction precision is 61.292%, positive data recall is 83.56%, and negative data recall is 65.52%.

K. Brantakesuma, Rasikhansa, Rosalina
Abstract: This study investigates the influence of attention-seeking behavior and loneliness on problematic social media use among early adults who are active social media users in the Jabodetabek area. A total of 201 participants… were selected through self-selected surveys. The instruments used include the Bergen Social Media Addiction Scale (BSMAS) for measuring problematic social media use, the Attention-Seeking Scale for assessing attention-seeking behavior, and the UCLA Loneliness Scale version 3 for evaluating loneliness. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that attention-seeking behavior and loneliness have a significant impact on problematic social media use, with an R² of 0.661, indicating a 66.1% contribution. The data analysis showed that attention-seeking behavior (p-value < 0.001, t = 8.185) and loneliness (p-value < 0.001, t = 6.086) both significantly influence problematic social media use. In conclusion, both attention-seeking behavior and loneliness significantly contribute to problematic social media use among early adults in Jabodetabek.

Assessing Public Awareness of Circular Economy in Indonesia: Insights from Google Trends Data

Geusan Akbar, Gugun
Abstract: This study aims to understand public interest and awareness of the circular economy in Indonesia by analyzing Google Trends search volumes for keywords over the past five years, from 2017 to 2022: "Waste Recycling," "Circular… cular Economy," "Waste Management," and "Waste Reduction." Data analysis shows that "Waste Recycling" consistently has the highest and most stable search volume, especially in regions such as South Sulawesi, North Kalimantan, and West Sulawesi, indicating successful local campaigns. In contrast, "Circular Economy" has significantly lower search volumes, even in metropolitan areas, suggesting that this concept is relatively new. Interest in "Waste Management" varies, with higher volumes in South East Sulawesi, East Nusa Tenggara, and Central Sulawesi, highlighting the importance of waste management but also the need for better policy and infrastructure support. "Waste Reduction" has the lowest search volume, indicating the need for intensive educational efforts. Geographical analysis shows significant regional differences, with high-interest areas serving as education centers and low-interest areas needing targeted interventions. This study underscores the necessity for robust educational campaigns, supportive policies, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance the adoption of circular economy practices. These insights inform policy development and the design of effective educational campaigns for environmental sustainability in Indonesia

Rizal, Rizal, Djuraid, Djuraid, Daswati, Daswati
Abstract: This research focuses on investigations regarding the non-attainment of National Education Standards in Parigi Moutong Regency Elementary Schools. Qualitative methods are used to describe holistic education policy evaluations.… tions. In this research, the validity of the data was strengthened through various techniques such as extended participation, careful observation, triangulation, peer checking, and case analysis. The equipment used by researchers includes interview guidelines, observation guidelines, and document recording. The CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model is the main basis for evaluating education policies. This model is comprehensive and can be applied to policy aspects, from curriculum to institutional policy. The evaluation results show that the achievement of National Education Standards at Parigi Moutong Regency Elementary School is still not optimal. Factors such as community participation, limited facilities, low teacher innovation, and school principal management that is not yet optimal are the main obstacles. Learning processes that are less innovative and weak management of school principals are also a concern. Educational products, such as low AKM results and the lack of development of information technology and an independent learning curriculum, are important highlights in assessing the quality of graduates and human resources for teaching staff.

The study revealed that Preaching I predominantly employed material and verbal mechanisms to communicate a message urging spouses to actively engage in domestic tasks. Consequently, as demonstrated by the second lecturer, it was established that the wife can contribute to the household's financial stability through employment.

Remote Sensing Study of the Impact of Social-Economic Development on The Scale of Land Use in The Shaki District

Artunov, Nofal
Abstract: The study investigates the changes in both the quantity and quality of land use in the Shaki district resulting from the increased level of social and economic development. Remote sensing was used to analyze the projects… implemented under the State program 'Social and Economic Development of Regions,' assessing their impact on land use. The projects were categorized as either 'changing' or 'replacing,' based on their degree of impact, scale, and transformations between areas. The study also examined the population distribution by altitude zones and settlement levels. The satellite images were decoded and the land use areas were divided into classes. The level of land use between 2001 and 2020 was analyzed using the support vector machine (SVM) method to calculate the scale, difference, and regional growth rate of individual areas. The changes that occurred were identified and explained. Additionally, the transitions between categories were studied, the main changing and expanding areas were identified, and the increasing and decreasing tendencies between classes were examined.

EVALUATION OF THE RETURN ON INVESTMENT FOR THE SCIENCEDIRECT SUBSCRIPTION: EVIDENCE FROM RESEARCH PRODUCTIVITY, CITATION IMPACT, AND ALTMETRICS AT THE UNIVERSITAS TERBUKA (2024–2026)

Ristiyono, Mohamad Pandu, Bashayeva, Nasywaa Sabina
Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of ScienceDirect subscriptions at Universitas Terbuka during the 2024–2026 period by examining research productivity, publication characteristics, and scholarly… y impact beyond conventional usage statistics. Rather than assessing subscription value solely through download counts, this study adopts a value-based assessment approach that integrates research performance indicators. A quantitative descriptive design with a bibliometric approach was employed. The dataset comprised 31 Scopus-indexed publications affiliated with Universitas Terbuka published between 2024 and 2026. Data were analyzed using publication productivity, citation performance, publication outlets, publisher distribution, and collaboration patterns. The findings indicate relatively stable research productivity, with 12 publications in 2024, 10 in 2025, and 9 in 2026. Publications were disseminated across various international publishers, predominantly Emerald, Turkish Online Journal of Distance Education, AIP Publishing, and Springer Nature, while no publication in the analyzed dataset appeared in Elsevier journals hosted on ScienceDirect. These findings suggest that the primary value of ScienceDirect lies not in serving as a publication destination but in functioning as a strategic knowledge infrastructure that supports literature discovery, research design, and scholarly writing. Consequently, evaluating subscription ROI should extend beyond COUNTER usage statistics and incorporate research productivity, citation impact, collaboration, and alternative metrics to capture broader institutional benefits. This study contributes a multidimensional framework for assessing electronic resource investments in academic libraries and provides empirical evidence to support evidence-based collection management and research policy in open and distance higher education institutions.

The Influence of Financial Performance on Stock Prices in Banking Companies Listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange

Harisda, Yusuf , Syarifuddin, Syukri, Fitriyani
Abstract: Stock price fluctuations in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) reflect the financial condition of the company and are a major concern for both companies and investors. One of the factors that… influences stock prices is the company's financial performance. This study aims to examine the effect of ROA and EPS on stock prices, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of annual financial reports of the population of all banking companies listed on the IDX for the period 2020–2023. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, resulting in 13 companies with a total of 52 data. Data analysis used multiple linear regression after going through the classical assumption test to ensure the feasibility of the model. The results of the study showed that partially, Return on Assets (ROA) did not have a significant effect on stock prices. This is thought to be due to the instability of external factors and market expectations that are not fully focused on the efficiency of asset use. Conversely, Earnings Per Share (EPS) has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, indicating that investors tend to prioritize earnings per share as the main indicator in assessing a company's prospects. This finding confirms that in the context of banking companies in Indonesia, EPS is more important than ROA in making investment decisions
