n technological infrastructure but also on the ability of civil servants to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries. This study aims to explore the role of A'Bulo Sibatang local wisdom in fostering Digital Collaboration Behavior among civil servants in Jeneponto Regency. A qualitative case study approach was employed using in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving government officials, civil servants, cultural leaders, and academics selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the values of solidarity, mutual support, collective responsibility, and integrity embedded in A'Bulo Sibatang serve as important social capital that encourages knowledge sharing, interdepartmental coordination, and collaborative problem-solving in digital work environments. These cultural values strengthen trust and cooperation among civil servants and contribute to more effective digital governance practices. The study concludes that integrating local wisdom into organizational culture can support sustainable digital transformation and enhance collaborative performance within local government institutions.

Despite its increasing popularity, empirical research explaining the psychological mechanisms underlying Continuous Viewing Intention in short-form drama remains limited. This study investigates the influence of Viewing Motivation on Flow Experience and Continuous Viewing Intention. In this study, Viewing Motivation is conceptualized as a higher-order construct comprising Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, Habit, Substitute Expectancy, and Aesthetic Motivation. Data were collected through an online survey involving 140 respondents in Makassar who actively consume short-form drama content. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate that Viewing Motivation significantly influences both Flow Experience and Continuous Viewing Intention. Furthermore, Flow Experience significantly affects Continuous Viewing Intention and mediates the relationship between Viewing Motivation and Continuous Viewing Intention. These findings underscore the importance of motivational drivers and immersive viewing experiences in fostering sustained engagement with short-form drama content

Employee Work Motivation in Financial Institutions and Regional Assets of Barru Regency. This research approach is quantitative. This research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Agency of Barru Regency. The sample used was 68 people. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and coefficient determination test (r2). Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa ibu tidak hanya membutuhkan informasi, tetapi juga bimbingan praktis agar mampu melakukan perawatan dengan benar dan percaya diri dalam melakukan perawatan bayi sehari-hari. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu dalam melakukan praktik aman memandikan bayi baru lahir sesuai prinsip asuhan neonatal esensia;. Pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan edukasi partisipatif melalui penjelasan materi, demonstrasi bertahap, diskusi dua arah, dan praktik langsung dengan pendampingan untuk memastikan setiap langkah dilakukan secara tepat dan benar. Program ini dilaksanakan pada 21 Januari 2025 di Puskesmas Tanah Abang, Jakarta Pusat. Sasaran kegiatan adalah ibu yang memiliki bayi, yang datang berkunjung di wilayah kerja puskesmas. Selama kegiatan berlangsung, peserta terlibat secara aktif, mampu mempraktikkan kembali tahapan memandikan bayi dengan benar, serta menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan rasa percaya diri dalam melakukan perawatan. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa edukasi yang disertai demonstrasi dan praktik langsung di layanan kesehatan primer dapat membantu ibu menguasai keterampilan perawatan bayi secara lebih aman dan tepat.

ra digital menghadapi tantangan besar dalam menarik minat siswa, khususnya dalam pembelajaran yang cenderung monoton dengan pendekatan konvensional. Salah satu solusi yang diajukan adalah penggunaan aplikasi desain grafis Canva yang memungkinkan siswa untuk menciptakan karya visual seperti poster, presentasi, dan infografis, guna mendukung pemahaman mereka terhadap materi pelajaran komputer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan instrumen angket untuk mengukur minat belajar siswa setelah menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 19 siswa kelas XI Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan yang dipilih dengan teknik total sampling. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan SPSS, untuk menguji pengaruh penggunaan Canva terhadap minat belajar siswa. Hasil diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mengenai peran teknologi dalam pendidikan serta memberikan rekomendasi bagi guru dalam mengoptimalkan media pembelajaran guna meningkatkan motivasi dan minat belajar siswa.

the student digital card and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting its implementation at Hidsam Mart Cooperative, Hidayatullah Islamic Boarding School, Samarinda. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, with data analyzed through the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The findings indicate that the student digital card is easy to understand, operate, access, and learn, thereby accelerating transaction processes, improving service efficiency, and supporting more systematic financial record-keeping. The main obstacles identified include technical disruptions, network limitations, and the absence of independent features for checking account balances and transaction histories. The novelty of this study lies in its specific analysis of the ease of use of student digital cards within the context of an Islamic boarding school cooperative by emphasizing user experience as the primary basis for evaluating the implementation of a digital transaction system. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for the development of digital transaction services in Islamic boarding school environments.
